Nice Hotel however great shame NO GENERATOR!

The room was very nice, the bed and pillows comfortable,

The load shedding really effected our stay. This area suffers from the highest volume of load sheddding, therefore it effected our stay massively as the hotel does NOT have a generator!!! Also please check your bill upon check out, as this hotel will add on extras!!!!!

Expectations exceeded

This hotel is a 10/10 in all aspects. From design of the rooms to the staff, we were blown away. The rooms are super beautiful and clean. The staff so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just WOW! Willi made us the best trout eggs Benedict we’ve ever had! The location is super central and you got everything close by. If you’re going to Plett, this is your place to stay at. We will definitely be back! Thanks Rita & team!

Really nice, esp the breakfast and rooms

hotel is not in control of load shedding (no big generator for rooms or solar panels + battery). so you won’t have power for multiple hours per day. This was the most expansive hotel of our trip. other hotels provided power current load shedding times

Generator from coffee shop, right next to rooms, should be moved away or no generator at all.. It is too loud/ vibrating too much

Fantastic staff

The staff were excellent, the rooms were really big and really clean and the breakfast was great.

It’s quite dark, even on a sunny day, because the balconies are enclosed so not much natural light.

loved my stay here. will stay there again.

liked the location. liked the friendly and helpful staff. breakfast was great. room was clean an large. awesome shower. loadshedding was a problem but since I only stayed one night it did not affect me much. they don't yet have backup but I am sure this will be sorted sooner rather than later.

there is not much that I did not like.

Excellent location and nice staff.

The doors are very thin, so one can hear any movement in the corridors. The room was located without a nice view. The worst was that during loadshedding there was a generator close to the window and it got very noisy in the room. Breakfast took very long after ordering.

nice, clean and modern hotel. easy check in and check out

the room was in the basement. the rain gutter was broken, causing water to drop on our terrace which was incredibly load. we were unable to sleep due to the loud noise. also the bed was way to short. max. 1,80m!

- the staff is outstanding, everyone is so kind and helpful - the Location is very good, supermarkets and bars/ restaurants nearby and I guess less than 10 min walking distance to the beach - beautiful rooms and delicious breakfast

Oh my word this hotel is beautiful. The decor, where its at, the staff is so friendly. Defn going back to this hotel. Lovely ambiance, food was great. LOVE IT.
