i loved the design in general! all the details are amazing

Amazing food, amazing service, property architecture is beautiful
When weddings are happening people are drunk by the pool and make a lot of noise, which should be flagged to them as it is annoying when you pay that price, you want to relax.
4.0 / 5.0
The structure, the restaurants options, the staff and the pool
The location, this was such a problem. We also didn’t know that Ubers weren’t allowed in the property so it was a hassle to get transport.

Está muy bonito
Que en las tarifas te ponen una cosa y llegas y es otra. Me sentí estafado porque pensé que ya había pagado el total y te dicen que “solo está pagada la mitad”.

Minimalist architecture and decor. Superb food in all restaurants and cafés. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
A bit far away from activities and sights. Very windy in May.

Well kept, courteous staff, great restaurants
Outdoor hot tub was only 92 degrees Fahrenheit. Should be around 100.

Beautiful property. Prefect for quite days away. Breakfast at all the restaurants were divine. Rooms nice and cosy, some a is an absolute treat. Lovely all round.
Maybe a bit more night entertainment at the bars to create a night vibe.

La privacidad, tranquilidad, alta calidad y servicio
El trabajo del concierge personal menos que lo esperado
3.0 / 5.0
Beautiful property. Lovely architecture and spotlessly clean. Staff are reasonably attentive.
The hotel is pretty dead in the evening. Probably because the drinks and food are outrageously expensive (for quite average quality). Getting to downtown where more lively restaurants/ bars are plentiful is a hassle and expensive. On the beachfront, however you can’t swim there (it’s too dangerous)

Fantastic architecture, great restaurants, impeccable property
Location is great if you stay inside the entire time. If you want to go to downtown Cabo, it is quite a ride.

Amazing design to the resort and all the staff were excellent from arrival. Interior of the room is well designed and spacious, beautiful bathrooms. So relaxing and beautiful for any occasion!
Vegan options EXTREMELY limited during the day by the pool. No jacuzzi's working other than at the spa. Wine was ridculously overpriced (including Mexican wine) and the resort sells day passes to guests at the Hard Rock, which means a lack of exclusivity.

The most beautiful hotel I’ve been to! And the best hospitality! We saw whales just by walking on the beach
The food is pretty expansive and there are no alternative because the hotel is remote

The staffs are welcoming, and helpful
It was far from everything, no Uber at night, and using their taxi was expensive. Nubo is for lovers. Very very dark at night on the roads leading up to the resort.

Gorgeously modern 5star hotel, with the hospitality of the staff taking it to an entirely new level.

Food is 100% overpriced. Alcohol is 200% overpriced. Not convenient to get to the town.

Everything was great !!

The rooms were large.
From the check in time the reception was very less bothering about our preferences we wanted a room on higher floor but hotel staff made us wait for 2 hours and when we tried calling them at least 12-15 times no one answered the call on front desk. Finally when we got the room it was covered with 2 trees and we didn’t have any view. Not coming back

way way too far from nearest attractions and road to get there is terrible. beach is useless unfortunately

The hotel itself is really nice. Awesome amenities and the food is great.
The hotel is very far from anything. You need a car rental to basically get anywhere. Also, its on the pacific side so the ocean is unusable. Even in summer the weather was cold because of all the wind.

THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN AN AREA WHERE THERE IS EXTREME WEATHER ALL YEAR LONG. TOO WINDY AND COLD. MOREOVER YOU CAN NOT SWIM IN THE BEACH, THEY MAKE YOU SIGN A WAIVER ONCE YOU CHECK IN. FOOD IS AMAIZING HOTEL GROUNDS ARE AMAZING BUT WE COULD NOT ENJOY DUE TO THE WIND. WE HAD TO TAKE A TAXI EVERY DAY TO THE PORT WHERE THERE IS A BEACH AND ITS 100 DEGREES HOTTER NO WIND.

Service was great and the everything was very clean.
Very limited in the options of food. They need more Mexican food available at the property.

We stayed four nights; the hotel's architecture and the gardens are phenomenal. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Pool areas are great, with lots of shade, and the staff and service are polite and attentive. The beach is easily accessible and beautiful; unfortunately, it is too dangerous to swim there, which is a pity.
The hotel is located in a remote area, which has its advantages. However, being quite far from the Marina, where the restaurants and shops are, makes dining in one of the hotel restaurants almost a must if you don't want a long, bumpy drive to town. There are several restaurants on the hotel premises. The food and drinks are expensive, as expected. We dined in Nobu restaurant twice; the food was delicious, and the view from the terrace was spectacular, so good value for money.
Unfortunately, the other restaurants did not meet our expectations. The Mexican and poolside restaurant's menu was average, with little to choose from. As all the restaurants are expensive, we expected to have more imaginative, better food quality.
We had a personal concierge, but the first reservation we made (for the Nobu restaurant) never actually got to the restaurant, causing embarrassment when we appeared there without reservation. The restaurant staff accommodated us, although the restaurant was bustling. The next day we tried to reserve a restaurant at the reception desk, and we were informed that our concierge would contact us, but he or she never appeared. It took three visits to the hotel reception desk to make a reservation.

Honestly probably the best resort we ever stayed in and the staff was amazing. Obviously it’s a bit pricey but that’s to be expected for high end resort
