EXCELENTE EXPERIENCIA

La atención del personal dentro de las instalaciones fue perfecta, siempre pendientes de tus necesidades, la comida y bebida muy ricas, las habitaciones son muy cómodas

Solicite si podían dejar algun letrero de aniversario en la habitación pero no sé que pasó que no hubo.

We loved our stay but not the sales people onsite

We loved how clean the property was. The staff was very attentive and everyone was very friendly. We enjoyed the excursion and they had a variety of options you could choose from. Our room was very beautiful and clean. We loved how there was always something to do at night. They have live music and events every single night. The weather was beautiful in July and we didn’t have any complaints about how warm it was in the summer.

We were extremely upset with how much some of the staff tried to sell you on packages. They would not leave us alone until we said yes about something. We were promised a couples massage if we accepted eating breakfast with a sales team (not sure what you call them) and an excursion as well. Well unfortunately the couples massage was definitely not free and neither was the excursion. They trick you into thinking that if you have breakfast with a sales rep and listen to their time share offers then you will still get these 2 things for free even if you decline the time share. I was so upset that I spent my whole morning listening to a sales person just to be told that the massage nor the excursion is free. So just beware any people walking around trying to sell you stuff.

The adult pool

The food was terrible, no drinks after 2 AM is ridiculous, no Ubers allowed is insane, I was kept hostage by the hotel because I wanted to leave for a day and they wouldn’t let me. I’d never recommend this hotel unless you want to eat horrible food in the middle of nowhere for a week. It is beach front but can’t access water. False advertising - no ocean access!

No swimmable beaches, pools too shallow made just for having people drinking cocktails all day long. No sport activities. Food quality average.

Staff was super helpful and friendly.

The food wasn’t good at Los Gallos. Maybe think about extending hours at the steakhouse (Torro to be exact) because it’s very difficult to get a table there. Offer wider selection for room service, maybe be able to order from the actual restaurants for room service.

It was a great family vacation. The restaurants were amazing.

Food was amazing and the atmosphere was great.

Needed more bartenders in the pool areas. The bartenders were overworked. They didn’t look pleased to be there.

The hotel is bait and switch. It is not family freindly. The Hard Rock is for partiers and drinkers

Our personal assistant - Alan was the bdt part of our stay. He did eveerything possible to make things better even though he was not able to accomodate my family.

The hotel is not famiily freindly. Our room (2604) smelled like marijuana, and where it was located, the noise from parties lasted till midnight everynight.. The main pool was not family friendly. For some reason, the staff did not allow my grandchildren on the water slides. The spa team never once got an appopintment correct and then tried to overcharge us for services.

The people in particular the lobby ambassador Maya was very helpful for our family, would always make sure that we were ok and tried to keep our children entertained. My son loved the water slides.

Overall did not feel like this place was suitable for young children. It was very very loud! Every night there was a different event on and the music would play loud every night right next to our room. We asked to switch rooms which they accommodated..although we had to check in and check out and did not have access to a room for a whole day. The room we were moved to was even closer to all the music so didn't fix the problem at all. I figured there was no way to escape the noise. I did not get any sleep while here. My kids had trouble settling. Also the food was pretty average..only had 2 good meals while there in the Italian restaurant and the steakhouse other than that the food was very poor.

Very disappointing! No beach access!

Restaurant good great, food at event buffet was not good and the same every day.

Rooms were not clean and toiletries were half used from previous guests. All staff was friendly but cleansers wee not not at all. I had to call down for toilet paper and Kleenex

Extra $535US was incorrectly debited from my card and supposedly credited back. But we still DONOT have it refunded which is $835 AUD. We want it ASAP

Superb

Clean, spacious and well-equipped room. The staff was helpful and friendly. There are many restaurants on the property to choose from. We were lucky and got to enjoy the Indian food from Chef Hari Dev on one of the night events. Highly recommend.

Lackluster from start to finish

We liked the facilities and the majority of the staff. It is a very nice resort.

With many different options on property all of the food falls short. Edible yes. Recommendable no. We also had a mishap with our golf outing and ended up wasting 3 hours of your day being taken to the wrong location all booked through the Hard Rock

Hotel is amazing, we loved the stunning views, far from everwhere

The hotel is amazing, gym, restaurants, I loved the coffe place, views are amazing and sunset in the beach of the hotel is stunning.

You can't swim in the beach of the hotel, pools are a bit dirty due to the customers that are not very clean and they spend whole day inside the pool. It is far from the village, very expensive to go somewhere.

It's all-inclusive, and that's nice!

The rooms are very nice and the beds are so comfortable! The tub on the balcony is an added bonus. I loved the many choices of pools (but, didn't like how they have closing hours).

Restaurants were always crowded and you had to wait very long to get a table (even with reservations). It is beachfront but you can't swim in the ocean (very rough tides, don't try!). The service at the pools is minimal and the menu is basic. Sidenote: I don't think I ate or drank enough to justify the cost, I stayed here for a wedding, so it was nice to be with everyone and indulge, but we spent the other half of our trip in a hotel in the city center and enjoyed it much more!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND HARD ROCK HOTEL LOS CABOS!! place looks nothing like the pictures online. we booked a week but early departed after 24 hours. We had to wait for a pre ordered private shuttle for 30min and no one answered our call. check in process was crazy long, took 40 minutes to check us in. rooms were dirty (floor was oily and bedsheets were dirty) pool water were murky, food was below par. when we asked to leave and requested a refund for days we didn’t use they moved us from a manager to a manager three different managers eventually they refused to give us the refund.

Enjoyed the different pool selection and the room service.

Poor choice of alcohol for the cost of the package. Excepted at least quality tequila. The menu choices for the different restaurants.
