Stunning view!!! Close to town and park. Great for families.

The Linger Longer property is an excellent place to relax. The spacious great room and deck provided ample opportunity to relax and take in great views of the mountains. The location has easy access to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The house, bedrooms, and bathrooms were very clean and everything was ready upon our arrival.

Fanstastic cabin! Extremely clean and extremely comfortable! We had a wonderful week. The property is within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurant, and gift shops. A 5 min drive into Estes Park, and equally close to the Bear Lake entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We have been to Estes Park 3 times now, This is our favorite spot by far! We saw bobcat, elk, and deer from the porch. The view of Longs Peak and Mt. Meeker are stunning - especially in the morning. The hosts were very reachable and the check-in was smooth and easy. Fast Wi-Fi, Direct TV and of course other apps as long as you use your own log-in. Can't wait to come back!

Our family of five traveled to Colorado to tour college campuses and explore Rocky Mountain National Park. This home was perfectly located near the Park entrance and equal distance between the two schools my sons were visiting. The home had everything we needed. We enjoyed evenings sitting on the deck to take in the Mountain views, watch for wildlife, and see the stars of the night sky. We visited the local market to cook a few dinners in the well stocked kitchen, and also enjoyed a few area restaurants suggested by the owners. Our highlight was rising early to hike in the park each day, our favorite was reaching the peak of Mount Chiquita. We will definitely choose Linger Longer again on our next stay in Estes Park.

Great location. Beautiful views. House was very well kept and clean. Communication with the owner was very good.

Such a great spot to stay in Estes Park if you're planning on spending the majority of your time exploring Rocky Mountain National Park! You cannot beat the location & distance from the Beaver Meadows (main) park entrance! The views of the mountains from the front windows/front porch are breathtaking. We stayed with our 2.5 year old who loved seeing the mountains every morning & night (& greeted them appropriately!). The cabin is cozy, well loved & overall was very clean! Check in & out process was a breeze! We would 100% stay here again if we're ever back to visit RMNP!! Thank you!!

We loved everything about this cabin! The view, the coziness, and the daily view of the neighborhood deer showing up in the yard. To top it off it’s right by the park and one of my favorite coffee shops, Coffee On The Rocks! We enjoyed grabbing a cup of coffee right before or after hitting the trails each day and coming home to a nice fire in the afternoon/evening. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, and we always enjoy staying in their cabins. Not a single thing I can complain about!

We unfortunately had to cut our trip short, but we enjoyed the time we were there! Gorgeous view, great cabin, and the hosts are wonderful!

This welcoming warm cabin was a perfect place to stay for our Christmas trip. It had amazing views, clean quiet property, and close to downtown Estes park & RMNP.

They had everything we needed and the views were breathtaking! Be aware of stairs to get in to the house as well as a couple stairs in the house. It was tricky for my disabled mother but wouldn’t deter us from staying again. We got some snow that made travel for us Texans a little tricky but Aaron called to check on us and had a snow truck out in no time. Thanks guys!

Great house, great location! Close to RMNP for hiking. Wonderful wood burning fireplace for evening gathering. Great views right from house. Very good communication with home owners.

This property was perfect for our needs. Close to the Park and trails, but also close to town, with great restaurants a half mile down the hill. The views from the deck and living room were spectacular and we saw deer daily and an elk. It was peaceful and quiet, but not isolated. We would definitely stay here again.

We have vacationed at Estes Park and have found "Linger Longer" to be the perfect home base for our explorations of RMNP and surrounding areas. It's location provides a perfect view of Long's Peak to enjoy while sitting in the comfortable living area after shopping or watching the rut in the Park. It has a great layout with full modern kitchen, laundry area and rustic fireplace. Bedrooms are a good size and the second bathroom is in the master bedroom. Outside there are pine trees, boulders, and a deer family rests in the sun on most days. We hope they continue to visit because hopefully we will return next year to celebrate our 50th anniversary!

Cozy, well kept mountain retreat with wonderful views! Linens, towels, blankets were very nice and kitchen stocked nicely. Communication with owner easy and prompt when an issue with the grill arose, a quick fix. Great location and privacy.
Suggestions would be another lamp or two for bedrooms, box or two of Kleenex, and a clock..small things that would be helpful, but in no way impacted a lovely place to enjoy a week in Estes! Would definitely return!

Beautiful cabin with gorgeous views. This was perfect for our family of 6. Exceptionally clean and great owner communication. We enjoyed watching wildlife in the yard and sitting in front of the fireplace in the evenings. Close to RMNP entrance and very short drive to downtown Estes. Would recommend for anyone looking to spend time away from crowds and looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway.

The house was very comfortable with amazing views! We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house, but morning coffee on the deck was fabulous! Great location with proximity to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. Very quiet neighborhood and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Very nice property and a good location. Well maintained. My wife and I have stayed at least four different times at properties of this owner. All of our stays have been very positive experiences.

Amazing views of Longs Peak and the continental divide! Can’t beat the location either less than 10 minutes outside of the park and minutes from downtown Estes. Communication was also great! My family would definitely love staying here again if we visit Rocky Mountain National Park.

The cabin had everything we needed for resting and relaxing after our days in RMNP hiking. We loved the proximity to both the park entrance and the downtown of Estes Park. The deck has an amazing view of the mountains--a great place to start and end our days with the relaxing sounds of birds and an occasional visit from neighborhood deer. Thanks for sharing this special place. I hope we can return sometime!

My youngest son asked for his graduation gift to go hiking in Colorado. I Googled top 10 places to hike in Colorado? More than half were located near Estes Park. I Search VRBO and found "Linger Longer". My son & I wear speechless when we arrived! First, the breath taking view from the front patio...WOW! And second, our Home for the week was just amazing! Clean and Comfortable throughout the whole place. I'm very funny when it comes to cleanliness.
Every Trailhead my son researched was within a twenty-five minute drive, with simply Beautiful Mountains to look at on your way to your respected Trailhead.
I Highly Recommend "Linger Longer" for your next family vacation to Estes Park or to The Rocky Mountain National Park.

We stayed a full week in the cabin! The views were fantastic and we he location felt very private.
We loved watching the deer and elk in the mornings and evenings. We even saw a mountain lion exploring the area from the deck! We’ve been to Estes many times and it was our first time seeing a mountain lion!
The cabin is very clean and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us! ❤️

The home had that exact Colorado mountain feel we were looking for with amazing views and quiet area. Deer and elk wander through the property frequently to make it even more special. Communication with the owners was great. We had everything we needed. We will surely be back in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much this time around. The location is absolutely perfect with incredible views from the large deck. The cabin somehow manages to feel secluded AND near everything all at once. We love the fireplace in the center of the home, and all the windows and natural light. It’s a lovely home and we look forward to returning soon.

We loved it here! It has an amazing view of the mountains right off the porch and even from the couch! The cabin is warm and cozy especially with the fireplace. We had such a great time going hiking and relaxing in front of the fireplace while it snowed. It’s only a few minutes from the shops and restaurants and from the entrance to the RMNP. It’s at a very convenient location where you also have plenty of privacy. Almost every day we would see 2 mule deer come walking by the house. We had the best time and we will definitely be going back!

Lovely home with a beautiful fireplace during our winter stay. Views of the mountains were gorgeous. We had seven adults and 1 newborn stay comfortably in this home. Aaron was a gracious host and very helpful with sharing their family favorite attractions in The area.

This is more than a cabin, it is a comfortable, cozy, mountain- side home with a fantastic view of Long's Peak.
Definitely need 4-wheel, or all-wheel drive, to get to it in the winter, but it has a large deck to enjoy the openness of the mountains surrounding this relaxing accommodation.
All 3 bedrooms are a half floor above the living room, which made us feel like we weren't bothering anyone napping while we were talking together in the living room. The living room also has a beautiful wood burning fireplace.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils.
This location is really close to the entrance to RMNP (about 2 miles) and also easy access to the downtown area of Estes Park, so the enjoyment of our trip was enhanced by staying here. Hope to stay there again.

This was our first trip to Estes and it was amazing!! This house was perfect!! It was within minutes of Rocky Mountain National Park and the downtown shopping area. We saw several deer and chipmunks just right outside our door. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful from the front deck!! Our family of 6 was very comfortable here. We would definitely stay again!! Thank you.for sharing your home with us!!

My family and I were very comfortable in this property. It offers spectacular views and the right amount of space inside and out. It was clean and tidy upon arrival. The host was very informative and responded promptly to any questions. I would highly recommend staying at this property. I asked my grown kids if they would stay there again. They all said it was the perfect place for us and they loved the views and the location of the property. So did I!!

Enjoyed the cabin. Layout and location were terrific. One of the best properties we’ve stayed at in Estes Park.

We stayed at the cabin for a week. Wonderful views of Long's Peak and surrounding area. It is so peaceful and quiet up here, very relaxing and no traffic or other noise. Just the wildlife sounds! The cabin is very comfortable and clean. Beds and pillows were great and we slept well. Living room furniture is also comfortable and there are lots of crank out windows throughout the cabin the let in the fresh air. It's also a great neighborhood to take a walk, and you're pretty close to the grocery store and lots of great places to eat. We had a family of deer that were regular visitors and it was fun to watch them. This was just a great place to stay, clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. Just what we needed. The hosts were 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. Great communication before, during, and after our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here. You won't regret it!

Aaron and Heidi have a great house with amazing views and convenient proximity to RMNP and the town center of Estes Park. You could get to a gas stations, a grocery store, a coffee house and several restaurants in less than a 5 minute drive. We had as many as 8 people in the house at a time (including little ones) and we had enough room for everyone. Check in was easy and the owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.

We found this property to be delightful! We saw deer almost every day and one day there were several elk hanging around! The cabin is really close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park which made getting to and from the park super convenient. The cabin is well maintained and exactly as listed. We highly recommend it!

I recommend this property highly. The cabin is cozy with great views of the mountains from the living room and the huge wrap-around deck. The cabin was CLEAN and well maintained. The kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation. The host sent very specific easy to understand instructions for checking in and out. They also sent great recommendations for restaurants, local activities and navigating the new timed entry system to get into the park. The cabin is in a great location to easily access downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park.
We would love to return to Linger Longer in the future.

We enjoyed staying at Linger Longer. Great views of Longs Peak. Saw an elk and her baby on the property one night. The cabin was comfortable and well appointed. Owners were helpful and communicative. Caught a lot of brook and brown trout on dry flies in RMNP (and released them for the next visitors). Had a wonderful time.
