Quick stay for work and couldn't have chosen a better location. This cottage is separate from the main house with its own driveway. Close to everything but in the middle of farm/vineyards. Hosts are outstanding.

This small family farm has a very spacious and private guest house with amazing outdoor surroundings — small outdoor dining and fire pit areas right outside the door, bocce ball too, small vineyard right there with two adorable baby sheep keeping the weeds at bay.

We loved our stay here! The views were beautiful, we all adored the farm animals (especially my toddler), it was extremely quiet & peaceful, spacious, and was a wonderful place to relax- while still being kid friendly! The hosts were super nice and friendly… but the guest house was very private! We were trying to decide between this property and another one… and we are soooo glad we chose this one! Would definitely stay here again when back in the area!

It is nestled in the rolling hills of Paso Robles, surrounded by vineyards, a farm, and serenity. It is a warm and friendly home, plenty of room and thoughtful owners. Lovely experience and a great location for exploring the area, We loved our stay.

My husband and I brought our 2 grandchildren and our 2 Labradors with us to this property. It was perfect. Chickens, goats, bocce ball court, trampoline and more. Cambria and moonstone beach just a short drive over the mountains and we will be back sometime by ourselves to take advantage of all the wineries nearby. Our hosts were very accommodating…….8 thumbs and paws up…..🐾♥️

Nicely furnished and very clean, comfortable place with great outdoor area. The owners are very friendly and responsive. The location is fabulous for visiting Westside wineries and is very close to downtown Templeton, which is charming. Fit four of us well (one couple and two single friends) but be aware access to the bathroom is through the main bedroom. It was no problem for us as the bed is well away from the bathroom. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

We absolutely loved this guest house. It has everything you need to cook your own meals. The setting is gorgeous. Chickens in their coop right outside but no rooster to wake you up. A handful of adorable friendly goats out in their field. The master bedroom has a large comfortable bed. Private and quiet with air conditioning for hot days though we didn’t need it much with the nice breeze that comes through. No complicated check-out instructions. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Perfect, relaxing environment to enjoy local wine. Vineyards, chicken coop, open fields, goats all surround the cozy cottage. We’ve stayed twice and we’ll stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family and pup. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the peaceful setting was greatly appreciated. It has a rural feeling but close to downtown Paso Robles. We especially enjoyed hanging out with the goats. It was exactly as advertised.

My husband, our golden retriever, and I adored our short two night stay. The house was exactly as advertised. The bed and couch were super comfortable. The WiFi was strong. We loved using the smart tv to watch a scary movie under blankets during the storm. I was worried because there are dirt roads (I.e. mud with rain) but our dog loved seeing the chickens and the goats and we were able to clean his paws. The whole area is beautiful. We enjoyed an afternoon at Tin City, which was a quick Uber ride from here. Thanks for the stay!

This is the second time we've stayed at this property for an extended time in January - can't wait to get back next year. Excellent location for access to downtown Paso, easy 30 minute drive to SLO airport and great proximity to many, many wineries & restaurants. Excellent kitchen, great wifi for working away from office. Be aware that the only bathroom is accessed through the main bedroom.

The moment we arrived, we were at awe of the place. The wide open area with stillness of peace and quiet, especially after hanging out with families over the holidays. Our dog loved it especially his walks around the neighborhood. The location is nearby the vineyards and downtown Paso Robles. We enjoyed our 4-day stay. Thank you for the accommodation.

This is a great place to stay in the Templeton area. It is so quiet and peaceful and located close to Paso Robles. The bed was comfy, the place was clean. Kitchen was well-equipped. Nice to have the RO water for tea and coffee. We managed a few games of bocce in the bocce court out back. The local goats were sweet and very chatty. Highly recommended.

We had a great time here for Thanksgiving, visiting family in the area. Our dogs were able to run around outside with a freedom they don't get in the city. Their favorite toy is a big white chicken, and they got adorably confused faces when the real deal made her morning rounds outside the coop. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had all the equipment I needed to make mashed sweet potatoes.

Away from it all, but so close to everything. Wonderful to enjoy the outdoors with the view, BBQ and Bocce court. Everything was at our fingertips. We loved it and our dogs did too.

My husband and I were both looking for peace and quite and found it! The cottage is situated in the back of the main house allowing you total seclusion and privacy. It was well stocked with towels, coffee, paper products. We had two large breed dogs (90 lbs each) with us and the cottage was large enough for all four of us. The area has country roads (with beautiful homes and fields) which were a treat for our pups. We are not wine drinkers so I cannot speak to any of the nearby wineries. There are plenty of restaurants to eat at on Main Street which is a 5 minute drive away. There are also grocery stores like Albertsons and Trade Joes nearby. Paso Robles is within 15 miles and has a wonderful downtown to find places to eat. All in all this is a great location to stay at which puts you near a lot of attractions including Morro Bay (20 miles) away. I would recommend this location. There are also chickens and goats near the cottage to keep you company if you get lonely.

We loved staying in the guest house! It was nice to meet Eric who is very helpful. The nights are so peaceful. Sunrises are beautiful. Loved the goats and sheep. One of the goats greeted us at 5 am and then came to say goodbye to us when we were leaving. We loved it!! :) Breweries and shopping are nearby. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Eric and Kristin!

My mom and I could not have found a better place for some R&R and this gem of a location was a slice of heaven! The beautiful property and tranquil setting provided a wonderful escape for us and we loved every minute of it! Our hosts were incredibly warm and gracious, and we truly felt cared for during our stay. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at this property. It was extremely spacious and cozy and we were able to fit 4 adults well, it was a lot bigger than we thought. We also had 3 dogs with us as well and they loved the home!
The queen bed was very cozy. Kitchen had all the amenities. Easy to find location and close to all the wineries and tin city! We would definitely stay here again. Only downfall is there is just one bathroom in the master bedroom! So everyone has to take turns but we made it work!

One of our favorite vrbo stays. LOVED the setting. Big picture window at front of the private guest house overlooks the chicken coop, pastures behind white picket fences, deer in the AM & cows in the PM, a vintage truck and SUNRISE!! On front porch is dining table w/ 6 chairs & sun umbrella, 4 adirondak chairs around a firepit, a bbq grill & a bocce court-we enjoyed them all during our 10 day stay. Loved having a big full kitchen with everything we needed; we cooked & grilled several times. We bring our own Vitamix blender on road trips, but they have a Ninja! & any other kitchen tool you might want. Perfectly comfy living area for two to stretch out & watch the big smart tv. No tv in bedroom, but for the one of us who needs noise, can turn on living tv loud enough to hear in bedroom & put it on sleep mode. Comfy bed & plenty of pillows to choose from. Bathroom sink area a bit small for two people who spread out, but we managed fine. Good sheets/towels. Not much need for the AC but it works fine, & screened windows & front door allow fresh air for most of the time. Owners nice & helpful & graciously allowed us to pull some fresh eggs from the hen house for special treat breakfasts. Location also perfect-easy access to most of our favorite wineries, close to Trader Joe’s & a great neighborhood to walk in–with horses & cows & longhorns & vineyards galore. Super quiet at night (and day); can see plenty of stars. Parking in drive out front, easy access to front door. Will return.

Eric and Kristin were wonderful to communicate with, and we can’t say enough about their beautiful place! Beyond what words can describe, we had a blast, enjoyed sunsets, and the spectacular views of the countryside and vineyards even a spirited game of bocce! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to re-book. You were in for something very special.
