Unic view, atmosphere and staff

The view and the surrounding area of Halong bay was absolutely amazing! All The staff extremely nice and friendly, special thanks to Kieu that helped me with everything, orientation, the bike and my sore foot. The location was superb in a residencial, elegant and beautiful area, away from pollution and the noisy city. The accomodation is espectacular, I loved the light system that you could control the intensity. The price is really faire. I could t like it better. Defined I will be back after Catba. I am quite happy with all

Very good

The hotel is nice, however the bed should be more confy and air-condition should be more effective since too much hot was in the room. The staff was very friendly specially the woman un the restaurant.

All in all a nice Hotel

The staff is super friendly and helped ist with everything we needed. They even Made us some (vegetarian) food in the night when it was pouring Outside and No Delivery service was open. Beds are huge and rooms are Clean

The breakfast didnt Had that much selection, nothing Like cheese or anything salty, Just honey, orange Jam and Butter. They Made fresh Egg which was nice, But the Soul they offered tasted a Lot Like Sea water. In booking it Said on the beach but the beach was over an hour Walking away

Lovely clean room

Lovely, big, clean room with a comfy big bed and incredibly hot, powerful shower. Like best shower of my life. Staff are lovely and helped us book a day cruise. Nice coffee and breakfast in the morning. If you like a scenic walk, take a left at the water and enjoy a wander - it’s absolutely STUNNING.

As other reviews have said there aren’t many restaurants or bars around but the whole of Ha Long is a bit weird and empty, not just where the hotel is.

bay view, great room, great bed, wonderful service. the front desk provided us with everything needed, from bay cruise to transportation to another city, always asking via WhatsApp how things were and giving more suggestions and information.

Offers great views of the sea & Bay area.

The Views from the sea facing room is awesome. The view from the rooftop is good too. Staff, specially Kieu were very helpful with everything.

There are limited options in the breakfast. The area around the hotel have limited restaurants, bars. If you are staying in a sea facing room the sound of cruise ships early morning will wake you up. The rooms should be upgraded to sound proofing.

The room we booked via the photos in Booking.com did not have the views as shown. So we moved to another room with better views but smaller in size.

Halong Bay is a must...

Decent view and a great staff. Very helpful with tours and transportation.

It is slightly far from restaurants and bars and shops. No breakfast available and many businesses were closed near the hotel. Other areas were open but at least a 20 minute walk.

clean room, lovely staff.

I was woken up at 6am to loud construction noises that made it impossible to sleep. I feel like this should have been stated before or on arrival of our stay. bad way to start a long day.

Only if you want calm neighbourhood

Hotel itself is good. We had room with seaview which is just ships and some islands far far away. I dont think you could get better in that area. Room was clean and as you would expect it. Staff spoke clear English. Huge shopping mall (probably biggest in Halong) just ~5min drive

Location was strange. Plenty of surrounding are empty, cafe in every building. There are some people mingling, but not comperable to other areas. Location looks like dedicated only for higher upper middle class. You could go with taxi (not walking) to some close areas for more action. Maybe on summer it is better.

Amazing spot with beautiful views and plenty to do

Location is beautiful with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff were exceptional.

Breakfast was not a buffet style as advertised.
