I had a hiking accident on the day of my arrival and called and messaged the property manager to advise them that I would not be able to check in. The voicemail box was full so my spouse could not leave a message and the property manager did not reply to an online message that I sent them. If you rent this property be aware that the property manager does not respond to communications.

we enjoyed our stay and the owners were really helpful. It’s a bit cramped, but can’t beat location! perfect walk from everything! Gave owner small list for minor tweaks. Bring your own hangers and pack in organized way

This condo was the perfect stay in Telluride before moving onto Mountain Village for a wedding. My partner and I stayed here for two days in the city of Telluride and it was extremely clean and tidy, and had all of the amenities that you would need. The kitchenette was great for making small meals and all of the necessary equipment was provided. The location was central to downtown Telluride with the river trail access right outside our door and minutes away from the Gondola. I would stay here again 100% and would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing deal in Telluride!

This property is in a great location! The Galloping Goose has an official stop right in front of the complex. You can walk along the river to town or the Gandola up the mountain. Clark’s market is only a couple of blocks away. Quiet and convenient.

Place was perfect for no frills, ski shop below weee great lift 7 right there. Hot tubs did the job. I got there about 20min early and place was not. Cleaned but the cleaners came at just at 4pm. They did a good job and were in and out for me. I’m sure they were pretty busy being a Sunday. Otherwise place was just what i needed.

We had the best stay with the best accommodations with the most communicative owner ever. We will only book VRBO‘s by this owner as his properties are meticulous. Can’t wait to come back. Can’t say enough exceeded all expectations!

Not a lot of bells and whistles, but it provided just what was needed for a quiet and enjoyable time. It was within walking distance to the gondola, and it was Enough! Close enough to see the amazing Telluride Fall colors bursting. I would stay again.

This property was absolutely perfect for us, as it was so close to a trail that led right to town. The apartment worked perfectly for us and owners were quick to respond to a question.

The rug’s apparently had not been vacuumed, windows need a good cleaning and check in could be improved to put important information like codes etc in summary form upfront

It’s a great place, small but it had everything we needed for the film fest. No issues with parking or finding the place.

The unit was a decent size and near everything. the carpet was full of dog hair and needed vacuuming. The dish washer was very hard to fill the shelf’s seemed broken and there was no dish washer soap just an empty container. It would be nice to have screens since there is no air conditioning. We had to open windows but bugs would get in.

Lovely stay in Telluride. Perfectly adequate for our small family, great location and easy to get around town.

you need a new housekeeper!
Sheets on daybed were dirty, shampoo and cream rinse bottle empty, dirt around toilet rim on floor... on and on.

Great access to Lift 7 and local market and restaurants.

Telluride is expensive right now so this place was no bargain but the location is fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, it's nicer than the photos actually. With microwave, fridge, small stove and oven. Small apartment perfect for a couple despite the fold out 2nd bed- more than two would be crowded. Bed was less comfortable than most hotels and we didn't like the fact that anything that touched the floor came up with dog hair/ lint covering it. The parking situation is not accurate and the owner did not respond to my request for clarification. We ultimately had no parking permit, used the mentioned lots and were not ticketed nor towed. I didn't like that stress during the weekend and would have appreciated it if the owner would have answered my message re: parking. We booked this spot fairly late in our plans so next time I'll look for other options but if it came down to the wire, we'd stay here again.

We knew it would be a cozy space but we were not needing anything fancy - just a clean and comfortable place to sleep during our ski trip. This was perfect for our needs.
One glitch - instructions regarding parking pass didn't work so we had to take the time to research it and then ended up calling the host who told us the system was broken so don't worry about formally doing the parking pass sign-up. It would have been nice if we were just told this up front. It's easy enough to message the guest. Otherwise, communication was simple and we were very pleased overall.

Very small slope side condo. Very convenient location steps away from lift 7. Condo is one room with queen bed and twin trundle. Kitchen is not sufficient for cooking. Dishwasher was not functioning. Host was unresponsive. If you are just looking for somewhere to sleep it will suffice.

The location was perfect, less than 100 yards from the lift. Perfect place for two people. There were a few mechanical issues, leaking drain, improperly mounted faucets, entryway light that didn't stay lit. There was cat or dog hair all over the rugs and placemats on the table and it was clear that the place had not been vacuumed in quite some time. The code to the hot tub was not correct and the parking permit account had been locked. I was told not to worry about the parking by the property manager and got lucky to not get a ticket. The property manager ghosted me when I asked for a vacuum.

It is a studio, but well outfitted. including a apartment size four burner stove. The host corrected an issue we had upon arrival promptly and communications were good.

Communication was easy with the property manager. He was very kind and responded quickly. Will plan to stay there again next time we go to Telluride.

We spent two hours trying to get a response from the property manager to deal with the parking because the instructions were invalid. We didnt want to have our vehicle towed. Finally after two hours they said don't worry about it.

This location is nice to be able to walk to most anything you want in Telluride. We came for the Fall experience and Telluride is gorgeous. It looks to be easy access to skiing as well. This is a compact space with almost anything you need.

Cozy place; completely met our needs for a 1 night stay. Very close to town with Galloping Goose stop right at the property.

Great location and easy check-in! The unit is a bit...old. The bed frame was falling apart which made for a precarious sleep, but no fear. There wasn't any coffee or salt and pepper in the room and there were scant spoons, which weren't a deal breaker but are nice to have and not much to expect of a place this expensive. The toilet paper holder was almost falling off the wall and the bathroom sink didn't drain very well, sadly. Overall If you need a spot for a festival and don't mind some rough edges, go for it. Think they could stand to charge less though, even during peak weekends.

Perfect spot for a few days. Loved the location and the amenities.

Excellent spot
This was one of the easiest check in and parking places I’ve stayed. We traveled with an infant and the property was perfect for the three of us. We had friends at the resort and it was a quick gondola ride up and down with the property being in perfect place for that or walking around downtown. The owners were extremely responsive and kind.

The property is very nice. The unit I rented Served my purposes well. It was a studio that could accommodate up to 4. I am glad I was alone. There was one teaspoon, very limited utensils if you plan to eat in. I brought my own pitcher so I could make my iced tea. Glad for that. The toilet was a rocker. Not molded to the slate floor. So for seated use, you rocked. Some glasses and other items stored too high to reach. But for me, I didn’t need too much that wasn’t accessible. I used the dishwasher a couple of time (run during day as it is loud). There were no blinds and the curtains didn’t cover the windows well so a lot of light leaking through (dawn at 5:30). I wish there were blinds or better curtains to block light. There is well lit stairwell outside of the window, also creating light leak. All of this said, I would stay here again. Even bring friends for adjoining room.

Needs a Little Love
This studio apartment is a perfectly nice space at a reasonable price, in an excellent location. It’s just fairly worn down from frequent visitors, but with a few small fixes could be great. Needs a deep clean and definitely needs a new bed. If you’re just passing through for a night or two, you’ll be fine. Host did not receive my questions well, but overall we enjoyed our visit to Telluride.

You get what you pay for
Location and price were highly attractive, however this property could use a little work. The bed was literally falling apart, the fridge is as loud as a diesel truck, and the property is busy (loud) at all times of the night. The hot tub area is incredibly busy, and appears to not have been cleaned in a very long time.
That being said, this was a great place for a couple to enjoy the town, and have a place to sleep at night. It’s a 20 second walk to the nearest ski lift, and had a nice secure spot to store our ski equipment. This was the cheapest rental we could find in the area, and suited most of our needs. However for the price, some coffee for the coffee maker and a bed that isn’t falling apart are a must. I’d suggest new furnishings before purchasing another massive TV. All in all we would consider staying again, despite its downfalls, mostly because it’s one of the few affordable places in a very costly town.

Keep your expectations low
Not sure when the complete remodel occurred, but I’m guessing not this decade. Needs improvements. Location is the best part, right by lift 7.

Overall, this place is fantastic! You can't beat the price or location. I would have given this place 5 stars, but we stayed here for a week and some many little things were a miss. We had one almost gone toilet paper roll and paper towels with no more to use. Basic kitchen items were not there (Spatula, only 2 bowls, wine opener, trash bags, salt...). They didn't provide any extra towels for the hot tub so we had to do laundry multiple times since they only provided 2 towels for the whole stay as well. It's a small space and worked great for us. But if you plan on cooking there and staying longer than a night. I would be prepared and back some extra things. Communication was fantastic and Neal was very responsive.
