Breakfast options. There were only 2 choices and it was priced quite high. Would have liked option to purchase just a coffee and a croissant and paid less.

Excellent budget stay on the water

Very friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating even though we arrived very late, after 1 a.m. The room is very nice for the price, quite comfortable and spacious with a big bathroom and a lovely balcony. Breakfast was pretty good, nothing fancy but definitely enough to sustain you for the day.

Location is a bit sketchy, had to pass through some narrow and windy side streets, but once you're at the hotel it's perfectly safe.

The perfect spot for a beach based getaway.

The perfect spot if you are looking to get away from things. Right on the beach - you can hear the waves from your balcony if you are lucky enough to get a sea facing room. Delicious breakfast with a choice of Western or Sri Lankan - and both are fantastic. Large room; simply but adequately furnished. Comfy bed, great shower - it ticks all my boxes.

The in-room wi-fi was good but the connection codes only lasted for a couple of days causing unnecessary inconvenience.

Perfect Getaway

Parking was easy, big area at back, not secured however security guard on duty. Staff were extremely attentive as we arrived as gave us a refreshing drink whilst they checked us in. Room was immaculately clean, very spacious in comparison to a normal hotel room, complimentary in house tea and coffee along with all the toiletries was so appreciated. Although we didn't go during the high season, the room, bathroom and outside balcony was extremely clean which was so nice and great attention to detail. We had both the western and eastern breakfast, the food was exceptional and very tasty. We did not try the restaurant or the bars, however if it was anything in comparison to the room service menu, I'm sure it would've been more than amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back again!

Amazing hotel, incredible breakfast

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The suite was one of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in and the Sri Lankan breakfast was one of the best I had in Sri Lanka. I wish they had locations across of Sri Lanka

Great location of Colombo Airport

Ideal hotel for its location to the airport. We stayed here for one night before we commenced our wonderful trip around Sri Lanka. Beautiful view over the ocean. The hotel was clean and we didn't have any problems.

Location while it was on the beach, the beach isn’t the cleanest and probably wouldn’t swim in the sea, but that would be the case anywhere in negombo.

It is ok hotel with nice stuff.

We liked the stuff, room and the amazing view. we especially loved the big, happy and helpful Barman :)

Mattress was way too hard. We tried for two days to go and have dinner on roof top but didn’t manage- one day was event happening, second day, I do not know why it was closed. Food was ok except for grilled meat platter that was so over cooked and filled with sausages. in short, our stay was okay.

The food, the sunset, the sound of the ocean, the staff was very friendly

only thing I did not like was the lack of privacy in our room due to the balcony above our pool from which anyone could watch us, practically we from 5 pm could not use the pool due to an event of which participants and some staff people came to watch us, room number 602 with private pool, also the other room with the pool is visible from balcony.

The hotel is very nicely decorated. The facility management with timothy is very eager to fulfill all wishes and is very symphatic and customer-oriented. Seaview is fantastic.

The service staff at breakfast could be more attentive. For example, asking for more tea.

Excellent stay at a reasonable price. We ate breakfast at the hotel which was nice, but a bit limited. Staff was fantastic and we would recommend and stay again.
