We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our first time visiting Charleston! The location was amazing, walkable to everything! Clean, safe, perfect place. We will for sure book again when we come back!

We are in our late 30s and came to celebrate a bach/bachelorette party. The condo was clean and had a very comfy bed! Great location is close to shopping, restaurants, and bars. Communication was quick and easy. Target is close by so getting essentials was easy. We were a short walk to the city market place and lots of other stores and shops. Had lunch at the Little Palm which was great. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at this property! It was absolutely perfect - just as advertised! First impressions say a lot , and we started off with a great one b/c of Matthew the property manager. He was very responsive and helpful, and the check in instructions were so detailed and among the best we've gotten! The property was very clean, well decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location on Meeting Street is amazing! The adjacent parking was also a big plus and super convenient! We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone we know who goes to Charleston!

This was the perfect unit for my daughter's pre-honeymoon stay in Charleston. They were within walking distance of everything they wanted to see. It is a unique bldg with memorable features.
I highly recommend this suite if you plan to take in the downtown experience.

Walking distance to restaurants, bars, carriage tours, shopping and The Market. King Street is very close. The apartment was perfect size for the two of us. Quaint & cute with a shared balcony. Parking ramp was pretty close, but got spendy. We had a wonderful time and would book there again!

Love the location and charm of the property. The elevator a lil slow, a sensor light may be a good idea when arriving at night. Overall we loved it. Thank you

Being our first time in Charleston, my husband and I were not sure where to stay. The condo was perfect for us. Check-in was easy, condo was clean, and well appointed, with more space to spread out than a hotel room. Best of all, the location was in the center of everything.

A couple of things to note...while parking is $18 a day, the clock starts and ends at midnight. We came in Friday at 4 and left Monday at 10, $54, right? No, $86. We went out on Sunday midmorning and the charge was $52, came back Sunday afternoon and left Monday morning and charge was $32. So be aware.
Location is fabulous, but make sure you have locked the patio door. People could walk up from the restaurant to your door.
Living room will get much warmer than the bedroom when the sun beats in. Be sure to circulate the air. Or open the patio door if it's springtime.
I'd take this over a hotel room any day!

The location was excellent. Short walk to all the Charleston historic sites. The unit itself needs improvement though. Hot water is slow to arrive. Bathroom sink may take several minutes to get warm water. Pretty lacking in basic food utensils. Maybe add some additional teaspoons. No kleenex type tissues. TV in living area could not connect to Direct TV stations despite property managers efforts. TV does work just not to expected stations.

This was a perfect location if you want to be in the middle of all the activity. You were so close to all the restaurants and shopping that you didn’t have to walk, but one block and you were in the middle of everything.
The manager came right to our room to help us set up the TV and explain to us a few things and gave us recommendations of restaurants and places to go. He was very courteous, nice and helpful.
The only drawback that I could mention was the parking you have to pay about $20 a day for parking and if the parking garage is full you have to go to the next block to park in an outdoor lot, but we knew that in advance.

Great location and easy check in with detailed instructions. Size was fine for two people. Very responsive property manager. Would stay again.

The roomy apartment is centrally located, yet surprisingly quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable. The hot water takes a little while to heat up and the elevator is slightly temperamental, but neither should be a deterrent. The host is very responsive.

This place was so cozy, clean, and quaint. Although there was an outdoor terrace (added bonus) right outside, the noise level was good. The location is perfect for walking around the many shops, restaurant's, etc. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Just had an amazing stay at this property! It was extremely clean when we arrived and well-stocked with toiletries and towels. The location is perfect and you even have access to a private terrace which connects to the roof deck of the restaurant below. Highly recommend staying here! The host was friendly and gave clear instructions for check-in as well!

You are in the center of everything going on when you stay here. We were so happy the bed was so comfortable, and even more happy that everywhere is so easy to get to, whether it be walking, taking a rickshaw, or the lime bikes when they're accessible. Perfectly centralized place with restaurants and the shopping district all around.
