Great location. Staff was friendly. Valet was super easy. Nice continental breakfast and coffee & water bottles were always available. Super convenient.
Our only main complaint was that our toilet wasn’t working properly. Couldn’t get it to flush and ran a lot. We called maintenance, but it took a little time we didn’t had, so I actually somewhat fixed it and we were good after that.

Location. Nice breakfast spread.
Dark, poorly lit plus lightbulb was flickering. Had to keep shade down because you look right into other rooms and vice versa. Small room (was supposed to be 500). Sofa cushion was too worn down. So basically, no where to sit comfortably.

Schöne, große, saubere Zimmer mit ausgestatteter Küche, liegt Zentral im Historischen Teil der Stadt.
Frühstück auf Plastikteller und Plastikbesteck

Metal cutlery and nice pool.
On our road trip up the US eastern seaboard, we arrived at the Hyatt House in Charleston for two days. Most expensive hotel so far and poorest room and service. No porter and no trolleys. No WiFi, broken and no repairs scheduled. The room with terrible view of an ugly industrial unit (see photo). Two blocked sinks, one partially and one totally (see photo). No satisfaction from reception staff.
A poor representation of the Hyatt brand!!

We enjoyed the breakfast. the room was clean . we enjoy the hotel being in Kings St.. right in the middle of everything. We will definitely consider staying at Hyatt in the future
we drove around the block a couple of times to find the entrance and the faucet in the bathroom was loose.

Very comfortable hotel on King St - the main street. Just a walk to lots of shops and the market area where many of the tours start. Breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of choice.

Breakfast had a large variety of options and everything seemed fresh.

Good location, walkable to everything
Bed sheets were not changed in 5 days, got stained (things happens), but nope, no change. For 5 days they provide you with a tiny tube of lotion, no refill. make sure to bring your own. Breakfast is cancerogenic crap, it's shame, not breakfast.

The location was excellent for walking to all the sights and restaurants that we wanted to visit.
The breakfast was excellent.
The room was very spacious and comfortable (a suite including kitchenette) - everything worked - especially the fridge.
Parking was $25 per day at the adjacent parking garage. It is not unusual given the shortage of parking in Charleston
Hotel was pricey, but that is normal also in Charleston

I loved the location and the breakfasts were amazing!
I could have used another blanket, I was old at night.. I’m sure I could have asked, but I didn’t.
