ABOUT COPPER MOUNTAIN: Known as the 'Local's Favorite,' Copper Mountain is the largest ski and snowboard resort in Summit County. It is also the only ski resort that features naturally separated terrain, allowing beginners, intermediates, and experts to ski and ride on their own distinct areas of the mountain. Its central location (situated between Breckenridge/Keystone to the east and Vail to the west) makes it ideal for the guest who wants to get out and enjoy other resorts as well. With 2433 acres of ski able terrain, Copper Mountain is the biggest and least crowded mountain resort area in Summit County, Colorado. Despite being the biggest, it has the least amount of lodging units available which is the main reason for Copper's uncrowded lifts and runs. With its naturally divided ski terrain that separates skiers by ability across the mountain, Copper has been called 'the most nearly perfect ski mountain in the United States' by the Forest Service. It's also known as the Local's Favorite. Perhaps that's due to Copper's long, steep mogul runs, or its ample above-timberline open bowl skiing. You can get your skis out of your heated ski locker located on the first floor and be at the American Eagle Lift within a minute.
NOTE: We have a total of 5 condos at Copper mountain, so we have something for everyone. From slopefront to 200 yards away!

Copper One is a great location! Communication with the property manager was also great! Easy parking garage access and Roku TV in the bedrooms and living room made it easy to relax using my Netflix account. I hadn’t realized there wasn’t air conditioning, but the mountain air, humidifiers, and fans available in each room made it very comfortable.

Excellent location.

Condo was nice and in a great location in Center Village.

Perfect location for skiing and all of action at copper. The balcony overlooking the lift and the concerts was very special. The condo is pretty small for a 2 bedroom. We were only a couple and used all the rooms to change and unpack. Would stay again.

Plenty of space for a family of 4, comfortable and loved having the washer dryer in the unit. Not a ton of closet or drawer space but was not big deal. The best thing is the location is perfect, right next to a lift and in the building is an equipment rental store.

Great location! Love having a washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen well appointed. Beds very comfortable. Community hot tub and steam room a huge plus. (Not related to the unit - but the Copper mountain food choices have gone downhill in the past two years... Eagle BBQ is not affiliated with Copper mtn itself and is fantastic!!! Wonderful BBQ, bar and atmosphere in general)

From the entrance to the condo unit, it's only 50 steps to one major chair lift and 100 steps to another. Plus plenty of food and shopping also steps away, right in the Center Village. If you're looking for flexibility and convenience while on a ski vacation, this is the location.

The condo was perfectly located and was exactly as described! Plenty of towels, dishes, appliances, etc. Parking was easy to find and it is in the heart of center village. Would stay here again!

Overlooks center village. And has a great location! Condo was a bit tight for a family of 5 but we had beds and were outside the whole time so that helped. The place needed a good deep clean and there were items that were broken, but the host was extremely easy to communicate with and before we left had a repairman and plumber set to arrive after we checked out. Definitely a great place, great location and great price.

This property is at the heart of Copper right above the start and finishing line for the ride.

Great Ski-In Ski-Out Location
The condo is just steps from the lifts, the closest we have ever been. The condo was nicely equipped and very comfortable. The balcony faced the stage area in Center Village, it would be the perfect spot to enjoy a concert. Our family really enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Very clean and a perfect location for our family of 5. In the middle of Center Village with easy access to ski lifts, ski rentals, and dining.

Best Location at Copper
We absolutely loved this condo. The location could not have been any better. It has a beautiful view of the slopes and center village.

Excellent location to lifts
We’ve stayed many places at Copper Mountain and surrounding areas over the years. None can beat the location of this property. Furnishings were nice, kitchen stocked with everything we needed, and the washer/dryer combo in the condo is an added bonus.

Best Location on the Mountain!
We stayed at this property in early December 2020. The location was central to everything at Copper Mountain and just steps away from the ski lift. The elevator from the underground garage to the condo was perfect for moving our (substantial amount) of luggage. The ski locker on the first floor was clean and very convenient - you literally go downstairs, grab your gear from the locker, walk outside, and hop on the lift. I was working remotely and the internet was very reliable in the building. I appreciated having a washer and dryer in the condo so I didn't have to wear a COVID mask and use the public laundry facilities. The owners were super responsive to all of my questions and took the time to provide detailed directions and information about skiing at Copper. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, responsive staff
We enjoyed our stay at copper one. Our unit was comfortable, but lacking cleanliness and all humidifiers were broken. The bed sheets had blood stains on them in both bedrooms. Once that was remedied simply by washing them, all was well. We did also wake up one morning with no water. It came back on after an hour or so, but missed morning coffee and showers, no big deal but it was strange.

Fantastic Location
This ski-in ski-out condo in Center Village is so convenient. I think I counted less than 50 steps from the building door to the gondola. The property has been nicely updated and was very clean. And being able to park underground and bring up all our gear in the elevator made unloading and loading a breeze. We especially liked that the same key card opened the unit, the ski locker and the exterior door. Super easy! Would highly recommend this property.

Great location
We love the location of this place. Literally steps away from American Eagle and American Flyer. Love the underground parking and convenient ski locker. Great place!

Can't Wait to Go Back
This is our 3rd year staying in Copper One. The convenience to the American Eagle and Flyer lifts is awesome. The view was amazing and the snow this year was to die for. The condo was clean as usual and it does have a washer and dryer that helped me pack more efficiently. I have no complaints. It had everything we needed to prepare meals and if we wanted to go out, we only need exit the building on foot and we could be at a restaurant within 1 to 5 minutes....We will be back next year for sure!!!

Excellent spot next to lift checked all the boxes!
Really enjoyed ourselves. Great spot close to lifts and restaurants!

As Advertised
As advertised! Small things like humidifiers not working and the lockers being renovated and unavailable were distractions.
Otherwise very responsive communication and as you see you photos. We would rent again if we come back to Copper.

Copper One rocks!
Perfect location, super clean & comfortable. You can walk out of your room & be at the lift in 2 minutes. You're right in the middle of all the action but it's very quiet at night. This was our first family ski trip and I can't imagine anywhere else being any better than Copper One! Highly, highly recommend!!!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4! Upgraded unit with views of the slopes and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Easy ski in and out.

Terrific stay for a bunch of guitarist friends at Copper Mountain's 2017 Guitar Town music festival
My friends and I had a terrific stay in this condo unit over an August 2017 weekend during Copper Mountain Guitar Town music festival. The unit itself and the condo building are first class with nice amenities including underground parking and exercise/hot tub/sauna facility. The unit is located in the heart of the Copper Mountain Village adjacent (75 yards from) the American Eagle lift with fantastic views of the ski hill and surrounding mountains. The unit is an attractive two-bedroom unit. It’s well-maintained, nicely decorated with quality fixtures and appliances and well-stocked kitchen.
I also want to mention the condo unit management company is among the best to work with. They provide very good written instructions regarding the condo rental. They are attentive to guest needs/wishes and very prompt in responding to communications.
I would highly recommend this condo to people looking for a great stay at Copper Mountain.

Great location, basic condo.
The location was excellent. Convenient to everything. The condo itself is a little cramped...we had 2 adults and 3 kids. Maybe this size unit is typical for Copper Mountain, but it was much smaller than other 2 bed room condos we have rented at other ski resorts. The furnishings and other supplies in the unit are very generic ...basically the equivalent of an embassy suites. We weren't expecting anything luxurious, but given the price we paid, we were a little disappointed at the overall quality of some specific items (cheap sheets, furnishings, etc). You really can't beat the location though.

The property or "unit" seemed great both in desciption and in appearance. Please read below.
First, I've been going to Copper now annually for over a decade for the obvious reason[s], it's awesome! Mostly we use VRBO and have a good experience, but not using skis and seas thru VRBO/ homeaway. Each night of four nights myself and kids were awakened by extreme heat! To the point we had to find box fans and open windows, ( it was less than zero each night). We did report this and tho we had the thermostat on 48, and we were miserable to the point we couldn't sleep, there was "no problem". This resulted in being tired skiing each day and them ultimately traveling exhausted. When I returned I called to voice my concern directly to the owner who proceeded to blame "Copper Mts heating system" and "the associations maintenance". Even if that were the case that would be HIS problem, not ours, his customers. He and his assistant made us out to feel like we were lying and even if we weren't their hands were tied to do anything about it. After all according to the owner, per Coppers maintenance "it all checks out in the daytime"!
I WOULD NEVER GO OUT OF MY WAY TO HURT SOMEONES BUSINESS. I WILL, HOWEVER GO OUT OF MY WAY TO WRITE A GOOD OR TERRIBLE REVIEW.. I've ALWAYS gone to Copper with friends and family and always had a fantastic time. I highly recommend it! However, I would caution you before doing business with skis and seas! Clearly their customers stay is far from the top of their list.. I regret I can't post the text correspondence and phone conversation with seas and skis management and owner, likely the most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered!

Trip of a Lifetime!
This trip was so our teenage daughter could experience the mountains for the first time and to celebrate Christmas away from home for a change. We could not have picked a better place. Condo 402 was well stocked and had all the comforts of home. One of the best attributes of this condo is the location. Around 8 a.m. we enjoyed watching Center Village come alive with skiers and snowboarders. Hundreds of people would pour into that one area below our balcony getting on the two main Copper Mountain lifts. Although there was so much activity it was never noisy. Watching all the people was very entertaining. Another attribute is the location of Copper One. Everything we needed was a short walk away. Good food, bars, entertainment, etc.. was all located no more than a block away. The only time we left Center Village was to make one big grocery run to Frisco which was less than a 10 minute drive. We had three teenage girls in our group and felt safe letting them explore Center Village on their own. It had been many years since I had skied and handled all of that ski equipment. Condo 402 has a storage locker on the first that sure made life easier for us. It was great to walk out of the door and get on a lift without having to travel to the other villages. On another note Marcella was exceptional to work with. She did everything she said she would do and was very responsive when I had a question. I felt like she provided us with very personalized service and she takes pride in her properties. I would not hesitate renting from Marcella again.

Wonderful Week
The condo was clean and comfortable. The views were beautiful, and my husband and I loved drinking coffee on the balcony every morning. We loved the pools and the Cabana Café. We had everything we needed to make and eat meals in the room, and loved having the washer and dryer. The only thing even somewhat negative I can say is that my husband found the bed uncomfortable, but I was fine. The bunks were super comfy. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. The owner was sweet and always responded quickly.

Delightful condo with all the amenities
We had a wonderful weekend at Copper One. This condo surpassed our expectations. It is ideally located in Center Village at the base of the American Eagle ski lift and overlooks Burning Stone Plaza. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite countertops and it is decorated nicely. We loved our stay and will definitely choose this condo again.

Excellent all around!
My family stayed in this condo for a couple nights while we enjoyed skiing at Copper Mountain. The accommodations were excellent! Everything we needed was there. The location could not be beat. We could ski right up to our condo, take our skis off and throw them in our ski locker. We made dinner in one night with a crock pot which was available for our use in the unit. No complaints at all and we would definitely stay here again. Only wish we would have booked it for longer. This was an enjoyable trip and the condo was perfect for our family of 5.
