The property also includes a beach entry pool, hot tub, kayaks, beach area, putt-putt, basketball court, volleyball court, pickle ball court, tether ball, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, boat/trailer parking with on-site launch, and more. Located minutes away from shopping, restaurants, Bath Row, Hot Springs National Park, Magic Springs, and other attractions.
You will find everything you need in this spacious 2 bed room, 2 bath 1500 square foot condo. There are two king beds plus a twin daybed with a trundle in the living room, allowing up to 6 guests to sleep comfortably. This is a ground floor unit with a large patio with outdoor seating, only steps away from the pool and lake.
The resort offers plenty of amenities on site for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Spend your days relaxing at the beach-entry pool and hot tub. If you didn't bring a boat along, don't worry, there is putt putt mini golf, kayaks, beach area and more to enjoy. There is also boat/trailer parking available with on-site launch for use if you do bring your own boat. Come dinner time, there are charcoal grills available for cooking and a fire pit to enjoy the rest of your evening.
The condo is minutes away from the heart of Hot Springs. There is so much to do and not enough time to do it all. Downtown you can find the natural springs of Bathhouse Row, horse racing (between Jan and May) and casino fun at Oaklawn, Hot Springs National Park with hiking trails, shopping and restaurants. For the kids there is the Mid America Science Museum, Wax Museum, Gangster Museum, The Galaxy Connection, Magic Springs Theme and Water Park and so much more.

We all just needed some time away from jobs etc. wound up doing a few hours of shopping but rest of the time just sitting on patio visiting or in the pool or hot tub. Everyone was most accommodating and made us feel very at ease. We had 2 small issues that were resolved immediately wit a phone call. We plan to be back again real soon!

We absolutely LOVED our condo. The location was amazing and the condo was just what we needed. My boys enjoyed every minute of it. They are already asking to go back next year! The condo was spotless, had everything we needed and felt like home.

This place is great. It is very close to the pool so the kids love that. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Just wished we could have used the kayaks after 5 pm. It was an awesome mini vacay.

My daughters and I had a relaxing time. The house was spacious, clean and had everything necessary to cook, if you choose too. We did not use the many extra items amenities but if you want extra free things to do they were there. We had a great time.

The particular unit was the perfect view and walk to the pool which was the highlight for my kids (3&4) and the pool was the perfect depth and layout. It was rather cold when we visited but that didn’t stop them from pooling or me from hot tubbing. The lake was a little yucky but that’s to be expected at the end of the inlet like it is and it doesn’t stop the view from rocking all day and night. The location was so close to all shops and restaurants but still quiet. The hosts had all the info you could ever need easily accessible. Thank you for opening your lake house to us!

This is the second time I stayed at this property and we absolutely love it! The property owners/managers are amazing and so friendly and accommodating. The house is spacious and has everything you need. It is perfect for kids, teens and adults. It’s a great property for a pet traveling with you with lots of space to run outside. The amenities on site are amazing with grills, a hot tub, sauna, basketball goal, tennis court, walking trail and so much more. Definitely recommend staying here.

Hi, I really liked our lodging. He’s right on the lake with a nice view. Plenty of room for a large family. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. The resort is really nice and I would like to come back in the summer with the rest of the family and enjoy all the amenities.

Me and a friend had a great 5 night stay here in November. The pool and hot tub were both open, but the pool is not heated, so be aware that it will be VERY cold. The hot tub seemed to be the right temperature. We had planned to go out on the paddle boat one day, but we were unaware of the $20 charge, so we opted not to. It's a very old and dirty paddle boat, so it wasn't worth it to us. The property was great (very quiet). The condo was clean and had lots of kitchen utensils, paper towels, soap, TP, etc. My only complaint would be to update the binder as it seems some of the info was outdated (i.e., the instructions to lock the door were not clear, many of the restaurants/activities were closed, etc). My only other complaint would be to get a screen door for the master bedroom. I wanted to open up the room and get fresh air but my only option was to open the door.

We stayed for 6 nights. Everything was exactly as advertised. We had an issue with the door lock, but the owner quickly got on it and it was resolved. The condo was very comfortable and it was enjoyed by old and young alike. The pool is right across from this condo which made swimming fun and easy. We totally enjoyed our stay!

We couldnt have asked for a nicer place. Beds were amazing and having the pool steps away was incredible. Also we couldnt figure out the shower but the host responded back with help within mins. You'll love this place!

The condo itself, the property amenities, everything was perfect! Condo was a great size for our family of five, which included three kids ages 14, 11 and 9. Kitchen was very well-equipped, from every spice, containers for picnics, cooking utensils, etc. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Great selection of movies (both family friendly and more mature). Plenty of space inside. Outdoor amenities were awesome. Great pool and hottub, and they are located right behind this condo. Grills in the common spaces for use. Lakefront area was awesome - we played pickleball and basketball, but there was also sand volleyball, a beach area, shuffleboard, a place to dock boats, etc. Owners were very quick to respond to questions before we arrived. Property is in a great location to visit downtown Hot Springs, and surrounding areas (like Lake Catherine and Garvan Gardens). Would recommend without question as a 5/5.

The rental was very nice and beds was really comfortable. The kitchen was just right for the 4 of us to enjoy our meals. Very pretty in fall and hot tub open till 11pm. I would rent again if I come back.

A 5 day October visit with close friends. Less crowded this time of year. We enjoyed a fully stocked and spacious 1st floor walk out condo with close proximity to pool/spa, free kayaking, and fire pit. Beds could be firmer. 10 minute drive to Hot Springs for biking, hiking, and thermal spa experience. It was a great experience!

Property was nice. There was no internet, and we didn’t know where the router was to cut it off and on as Alexa instructed. Otherwise everything was as described. We enjoyed our stay.

The only complaint I have is the WiFi was very unreliable. If you need to do any work on a computer or on your phone I would not choose this property. But, if you want to go without electronics this is the place for you. I really didn’t mind it that much. It just took an extra long time to figure out where we were going to go. But other than that it was nice.
