Newly furnished gated condo in an outstanding location, with easy punch code access and elevator. Private assigned parking. Found on Lake Hamilton’s main channel, with access to a private covered boat slip. The boat slip is currently unavailable until Oct 1, 2021. Only 6 miles away from downtown: great for biking and hiking enthusiasts, includes various fine-dining options, countless stores, and the famous Hot Springs Bathhouses. This condo is dog-friendly and sleeps 6 people: 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, and 1 sleeper sofa. Enjoy a family game night cozied up next to the electric fireplace, in our newly furnished living room with games, books, and movies provided. Also kick back and relax on one of our two decks, overlooking Lake Hamilton with stunning views of the sunset and fireworks. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, with breathtaking sunset views of lake hamilton, bathroom with soaker tub and dual-vanity, and straight access to the deck. Living room includes large smart screen TV, with TVs in both bedrooms as well, each including a premium TV package including sports. Other amenities comprise of a fully-stocked kitchen, a wet bar, a barbecue grill on deck, access to a fishing pier, sun deck, pool, sauna, hot tub, and club house, all essential to having an enjoyable vacation stay. Great host, easy check-in, great location on Lake Hamilton. No major issues that were not addressed. If there was anything I would say to improve would be to dust in the ceiling areas and the light fixtures throughout….as there were spider webs. But overall would stay again for sure.

Our family stayed here over the Labor Day weekend. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The condos share a pool and hot tub which was great for the kids. It has a great view of the lake and is close to the Marina. We loved it! heMarina

We stayed at the condowincredibleith my daughter and 4-year-old grandson. The owner does an excellent job making sure you have everything you need for your stay, including trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and paper products. More VRBO hosts could learn from her. The unit was clean, and everything in excellent condition, including the beds and linens. The balcony is small, but views of the lake were great. My grandson and I did get to go fishing off the dock, but it is a steep climb down and up to get there (typical of many man-made lakes), so if you have mobility issues, this could be a problem for you.

Loved the views of the lake from the Master bedroom and dining room. Condo was clean, comfy, and the area was quiet. The pool was a big hit with the kids! Loved that there was a grill on the patio and stocked kitchen to cook meals instead of eating out all the time. We will book again when in the area.

Lovely condo with views of the Hamilton Lake. Was perfect for a long weekend and downtown was great. Lots of shopping spots and local eateries. Great first time experience staying in Hot Springs. Victoria was very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly when I needed anything!

A wonderful condo, completely turnkey, with fabulous views of Lake Hamilton. We’ve stayed there twice, and will return. So convenient to everything Hot Springs has to offer. And the elevator makes for easy in and out. LOVE it !

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We had four adults and two children in our party and there was plenty of room for us all. Just far away enough from town so as not to be bothered by traffic sounds but close enough to get to all the attractions we had planned within 5, 10, 15 minutes. The view of Lake Hamilton was nice and peaceful and watching the array of boats across the water was enjoyable. ( The only thing I would critique would be a couple views from our balcony was obscured by a couple of the trees by the front row condos. If they could have been topped/trimmed down, that would have helped, but I'm sure the owners have no control over that. ) The fireworks show and pool was a big hit with the grandkids! Check in and out was a breeze. The condo supplied us with tons of amenities, we lacked nothing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it. Randy and Amie C.

This was the perfect, peaceful spot for our girls' weekend. The condo was very clean and beautiful; it had all of the amenities you didn't know you needed! It truly felt like home. The lake view was so nice to wake up to each day. The location was convenient to everywhere we went; it's a short drive to Oaklawn and not too far from downtown. It was a little chilly to enjoy the lake, but I'm sure it would be the perfect spot for time on the lake, too! David was easy to communicate with and very flexible. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a great condo. It’s ideally located close to everything, and across the water from Fisherman’s Wharf. Very spacious l, and decorated with “lake” decor…perfect patio for morning coffee!

Our family enjoyed our vacation over the Thanksgiving Holiday! We stayed a week and our only complaint was we wish it was longer! Condo was perfect, in a great location, and clean! We just needed a weekend getaway and this place was perfect for us and the other couple that traveled with us. Honestly, we didn't spend a whole lot of time there as we had plenty planned for our stay, including the horse races, shopping downtown, and eating out. The view was beautiful and so was the condo! Everything was well stocked and checking out was a breeze! The only problems we encountered which, weren't that big of a deal for us, is that we had trouble with the living room TV not connecting and the community's hot tub was not heating. That all could've been user error and didn't deem it that important to contact the owner. Next time we visit, we're definitely going to try to stay here again!
