Presented by Luxury Beach Rentals, this suite is oceanfront and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen and balcony. The master features a king size bed, large flat screen TV, DVD player, and private entrance to main balcony. The Master en-suite has a large granite top vanity with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and a large whirlpool soaker tub. The additional 2 bathrooms also have granite top vanities. Adjacent to the 2nd bathroom is the second bedroom with two double beds. The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a king bed that can be converted into two twin beds on request. The living room has a new queen size sleeper sofa. You will also enjoy large flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room, washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and two additional bathrooms with granite countertops. Guests can also park on the sixth level and go straight to the condo without having to use the stairs or elevators!

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. The Cypress Room is an award winning onsite restaurant which serves breakfast and dinner daily with lunch options available on the patio and at the pool bar during the summer months. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, three pools, spas, children’s splash pool, and waterfall / rock formations overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The condo is high enough up to avoid the pool noise in summer and enjoy total privacy. This condo is second to none in spacious accommodation, luxury appointments, attention to every detail and is in pristine condition.

The property was exactly as pictured. The condo was spacious and well decorated. The proximity to the beach was amazing. The pools and hot tub were very nice. We loved the outdoor seating around the fireplace in the evening. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect. Just a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk. Lots of grocery stores and ice cream shops near by. The pools were awesome and never crowded. Would definitely come back again.

The property looked exactly as the pictures. The condo was clean and the resort was family friendly. We had no trouble getting to the beach and pool. Only down side was the parking garage, it was very tight and sometimes we would have to let everyone out before parking to not hit walls or other cars with the doors.

The check-in process was great. We checked in with no problem and got 2 luggage racks to carry luggage to the condo. The condo was also great--no problems. The problem came when it was time to check out. We had no luggage rack and WAS DENIED ACCESS TO USE LUGGAGE RACKS. We (4 Senior Citizens - ages 72 - 76) with disabilities were forced to hand carry all luggage along with groceries to parking lot. We (3 of us) made 3 trips to the parking lot to get all of our things to the car. We would have gladly paid a fee to use the luggage racks or paid someone to carry the bags, but were denied these options also. It was awful and very disrespectful. I wondered if it was a race issue. It put a damper on an otherwise beautiful trip. We absolutely loved the condo and the location, along with the outside accommodations, but to have to carry bags to the car should have been notified of this from the beginning.

Fantastic location and view of the ocean. The space was clean and comfortable. My family & I had everything we needed and the on-site food & activities offered by the venue was unexpected and an added benefit.

If you are looking for unobstructed ocean views, then this property is perfect. It was spacious and well appointed. Being on the sixth level made it very easy to unload our baggage and groceries. It’s in a quiet location in a neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.

Accommodations were perfect for a 3-generation family trip to Myrtle Beach. Rooms were more than adequate and facility offered lots to do. Location perfect distance from restaurants and activities. Thinking about returning next year.

Our 2nd stay at Island vista, but first with this property. We had the best time! We love this location and will be back next year. We plan to rent this unit again. However, the fridge could use a replacement as it leaked from the freezer into the fridge and a water/ice machine would have been nice. Alerted MGMT and they will take care of it. Some minor cleaning issues, but I am very much picky when it comes to cleaning. I cleaned the doors around the handles of the bedrooms as there were stains of unknown substance. The view cannot be beat. The chairs and wagon in the closet is awesome! The weather was freezing most of the week, but the pools are very warm and our kids had a blast! We can't wait to return!

The location of the hotel makes it super special because it is located between residential areas, leaving the beach semi exclusive. The room we stayed in 605 was lovely. Enough space for 4 adults and 3 kids. Kitchen is spacious for a condo. During our stay the blender had an issue and I called and it was taken care of immediately. Highly recommend working with Luxury Beach Rentals.

Nice pool area with plenty of seating. Location was great as it was in more of a residential area (great for walking) and limited traffic/noise. I would highly recommend. Our only angst was realizing our condo was on the 6th floor and parking garage ends at 5th floor, and a cart to help unload was not available to us. We would definitely rent again.

This place was very nice. The cookware were a higher grade than other places we stayed. They even had an air fryer. Everything was high end. My husband even commented on how nice it was. The beach was not very crowded. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Great place to stay. I would recommend it.

The condo was very clean and smelled great when we first walked in the door. We loved the giant TV in the living room. We loved even the smallest details. Whoever owns this property decorated it beautifully. We loved the pool area. The kids had a blast and so did we 😂 I just think its silly that if you book with vrbo you can't use a pool towel. Silly! That was stated though! My 5 year old said the pool was the best place of his life 😂

The condo was beautiful and very roomy. We had a beautiful view and the location was perfect. The amenities were awesome. The pool area was beautiful indoor and outdoor. We loved the music that played each evening while we sat at the firepits, had a cocktail and made some amazing memories. Unfortunately we were not able to try out the restaurant that was on location because or our schedule but we heard it was great! I would recommend this for anyone looking for a vacation to remember.

Reviewer Comments: In order to get away and still stay safe during 2020, I wanted a rental with great water views, modern decor, expansive balcony and well equipped kitchen. I got all these in this rental. The oversized balcony was perfect to layout in the afternoon and to sit on in the evening eating dinner I whipped up. The location is a little off the main strip but I wanted a quieter scene. I was there off-peak so it wasn't very busy. I did order a delicious carryout order at the main restaurant at the resort one evening. The property was clean and as presented. I would visit again.
