Our beautiful 2200 sq/ft Westside neighborhood home is just minutes from the best of Westside offerings; NW Crossing, restaurants, Downtown, and lots of excellent outdoor trails- right from our front door. Newly furnished, very clean and fully accommodated with everything you need to a perfect quiet getaway! Ideal for families and groups wanting to enjoy the Westside and be away from the party scene and noise of downtown Bend. Comfortably sleeps up to 8.
Three bedroom house includes large primary bedroom on the main floor with king bed, private bath, walk-in closet. Two large upstairs bedrooms each with queen beds. One of the queen bedrooms also has a trundle bed with two twins. House has two full baths and one half bath.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need, including blender, coffee maker and French press, slow-cooker, waffle iron, popcorn maker.
Large living room with open floor plan, family room with smart TV. A large collection of games, puzzles, and DVDs.
Back deck with outside dining and gas grill.
No RV or Trailer parking. No Smoking anywhere on premises. Priced for 4 guests-additional $25/night per guest over 4 guests.
Well behaved dogs welcome. NO CATS or other animals. Dogs must be kept off of furniture and bedding. 10 min walk to Overturf off-leash dog park.
There is a 5 night minimum-stay the during spring break and holidays.

This house is in a great location - easy access to the ski mountain road as well as easy access to downtown and other commercial areas. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is well-furnished and is accurately portrayed in the listing.

The house was very well laid out and comfortable for our two families with kids to stay for several nights. Plus the location could not be beat! We were close to great food (including the amazing Sparrow Bakery!) and brew pubs as well as downtown Bend and attractions. Best of all, just up the block is a trail that leads up to a dog park and amazing views of the mountains.
The communication from Larry and Karen was very clear and check in/check out was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family was fortunate to spend Christmas at this wonderful house. The space was perfect for us to gather, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for preparing our Christmas Eve dinner. Check in was a breeze. The location is fantastic; quiet neighborhood adjacent to the NW Crossings shopping/dining, and a couple minutes from restaurants, groceries, and downtown. Beds were extremely comfortable. Highly recommended and hope to return!

Wonderful home and location!
This is a beautiful home with a great layout. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The tv area was located away from the living room, so one can have quiet time by the fireplace while others watched tv. There was even a dog bed in the living room. Very thoughtful. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood of Bend where stores, a park and restaurants are just a short walk away.
The owner was quick to respond to all our questions and needs, both before and during our stay. The instructions for check-in, check-out and house access were very clear. There is a binder in the house with many useful suggestions about hikes, restaurants, etc.

We have two kids under 6. Overall great house and location. Able to bike to Phil’s trials from the house. Great communication with the owners. Our kids had fun but there are not kid friendly toys there. Not a problem as we had brought our own. Only suggestion would be a little guide to the multiple remotes for the entertainment system and something on how to use the Nest thermometer. Small things but would be helpful.

Beautiful home for fun stay in Bend
I highly recommend this beautiful home! My husband, myself and our Golden Retriever had a wonderful time in Bend! This home was very clean and comfortable and inviting. The bedrooms are very big and the bed we slept in was very comfortable. The bbq on the deck was clean and easily accessible. Everything needed in the kitchen and bathrooms were supplied. They even had a dog bed and dog dishes for our pup! Loved the cozy fireplace too. The owners responded to our texts immediately. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful visit!
We had a wonderful visit in Bend at 429 Flagline. The property was in a fantastic location near walking trails and close to downtown Bend and other conveniences like grocery stores etc. We were there for two weeks during Covid for a change of scenery. Our family of four was able to work and do school from the well-appointed house and we had so much fun exploring Bend in the afternoons.
Any issues that came up with the house were quickly taken care of by the owners, who were very responsive to our queries. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
This is our second time staying at Larry’s house, and it was just as comfortable and convenient as the first time. It was perfect for our four adults and 2 dogs. We appreciated the cleanliness of the house itself. The only suggestion is to empty the trash and recycling bins before our arrival as they caused a bit of smell in the garage.

fantastic weekend getaway
This house is great for a weekend getaway, and I imagine it would be great for a longer stay as well. Three large bedrooms, a sitting area near a fireplace is great for playing games, and a cozy TV area. If you cook, you will love the kitchen. Its fully stocked with pot and pans, dishes, glasses, and all the little extras you would ever need.

The only reason I gave the rating of 4 rather than 5 for cleanliness is that the hardwood floors needed a thorough mopping/cleaning, and the carpet also needed shampooing.
