Very well stocked, peaceful neighborhood.

We simply had a great time here - beautiful, comfortable and perfect location to all Bend has to offer! Pool, hot tub and river trails were a nice bonus.

We had a lot of fun. The location of the front door to the house was somewhat confusing to find when we arrived but once found, no issues. The toilet seat upstairs is the wrong size and the mattress upstairs should be replaced. All in all a great vacation.

Thiis ski-chalet style home met our expectations in every way. The unattached private garage was a nice extra. One small thing for seniors: watch out for the two-step drop separating the living area from the back of the unit. Otherwise, a very solid choice.

A beautiful venue that is poorly managed by Vacasa.
With some attention to maintenance and details such as a clean bath rug, clean non- flat bed pillows, & more seating to allow for all of us to gather in one place) would significantly improve our experience.
The ice maker didn’t work. When we read the guest book, we learned it hasn’t worked for 6 years!
It is a beautiful home, but having a third party “host” (Vacasa) just doesn’t work well! When we’ve rented directly from owners of VRBO’s, it is a much better experience.
When we contacted Vacasa about the refrigerator issue, it was obvious they really don’t care.
In the future, I intend to avoid doing business with this company.

We came to Bend for my husband’s race. The property was in a great location, very clean and well stocked. The surrounding scenery and neighborhood are beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful as well as the RiverWild area. We stayed here for 4 days/nights and would recommend this house to others. Check in was a little confusing because the first lockbox we tried did not have the correct code programmed. Fortunately, the other lockbox did have the correct code. The house was beautiful. There were a few minor details to be noted: upstairs bedroom closet doors were off the tracks, ice machine in refrigerator door did not work and the bedroom tvs did not work. We could get apple tv on the livingroom tv, but no local tv. The music system was great! The beds were good. We enjoyed using the outside grill and the hiking trail!!! And had a family game night! Overall it was a great experience staying here while visiting family in Bend.

We have stayed here 2 years ago. Rebooked again, but Covid got in the way, so we finally made it back this year. We liked the house, very good location to Mt. Bachelor. But this trip we were disappointed when we raised issues with Vacasa support line when we got to the property. We had no garage access on this visit. We did on our first trip, and it was available when we booked it the second time. But it was not available on our arrival. No one notified us of this change. And no one returned our calls from Vacasa after we talked with a support line. Very disappointing. Had to park on the nonexistent driveway or on the street. Will likely find another property on our return visit if this does not change.

This was a great house. We stayed for a weekend in December with our family of five. There was plenty of space. The fireplace and window views were great. We enjoyed the full kitchen and comfortable accommodations.
The location is easy to find and easy to get to in winter weather. Close to downtown and shopping districts. Although, its right in town, it feels like your nestled out in the forest. The views are beautiful inside this community, and there are some great walking trails.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I will say, however, that I was missing the private hot tub. I noticed some of the other houses have one on their decks.

River Wild
This was a great house: good location and clean and comfortable. There are nice walking trails nearby and the neighborhood was quiet. Our only issue was not with the house, but with the pool. It was nice and not crowded, but the hours were reduced to 11am-6pm and the hot tub was not functional. Overall though, I highly recommend staying here.

Cozy home near the river
This was a nice comfortable home very close to the river, walking trails and within a short drive to restaurants and grocery store. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen had adequate cooking supplies and the deck was great for relaxing. There is a toy box in the living room that entertained our young kids which was appreciated. We had a few issues during our stay- the hot tub was closed despite the listing advertising the availability of a hot tub, the cover for the thermostat was broken (but could still be used by pushing random buttons), there were dripping faucets, the carpets appeared to not have been vacuumed well and the "comforts" of a house were minimal (no kleenexes, no blankets for living room, and minimal towels in the bathrooms). Overall, it was a good stay, but it is clear this is a high volume rental home.

Quiet neighborhood, but still close to the mountain, river and old mill. Love the open living room and kitchen. A few housekeeping things... upstairs bath doesn’t drain well and the garage door opener only closes, it doesn’t open. The dishwasher isn’t super effective so make sure your dishes are very clean before putting them in.

Exactly as it appears online
Other than sending a small request, over 3 weeks prior to our arrival inquiring about the possibility of an additional hour on our planned departure day and not hearing back with any sort of response at all, and never receiving an instruction email to enter the home, luckily it was completely open when we arrived and the key box was not locked so we were able to enter and obtain the key. The issue became in only having 1 key and no code to lock the key back up, enabling any one of us access to it, as were all going separate ways at various times. I had to call and spend a substatial amount of time late that evening attempting, while not only being on hold, but getting transferred a couple of times at 11:pm at night to get an email sent with entry information. Our vehicle also did not fit in the double car garage with it being a long bed disease pick up, too long for the door to close and since the only other
parking nearby was overflow parking a good little jaunt away, down by the pool and clubhouse, we just parked in the garage leaving it open the entire time. No fault of anyone's, we just didn't expect a garage or only a garage at the home. The house was very clean, comfortable and as pretty as it looked online and I would rent in the Village area again, especially now knowing more of what to expect. It was quiet and comfortable and so close, to so much.

Bright, clean and very well appointed
I stayed at this condo for a week with my wife and three kids. Overall the condo was a perfect fit for us and provided us with more than enough space for a comfortable week. The kitchen was also very well stocked, and as we like to cook this was a big plus. If I could make two small critiques, it would be the following. First, it snowed while we were there and no one came by to clean the walks to and from the garage, so it became icy. Second, the garage door opener seemed to work about half the time, so you had to constantly get out, walk around the back and open in from the inside. Obviously not huge, but should be contemplated.

Everything our family Needed
We love bend previously lived here... this house had everything you need for a vacation stay. We stayed a week here. Kitchen was full stocked with pots pans & utensils. Our kids enjoyed themselves here with fully stocked games to play. The patio was amazing relaxing escape to go to at night. Looking forward to staying here again.

Lovely home, perfect for our clan of eight
We stayed four nights. The house was extremely clean. Plenty of bathrooms (3), bunk beds plus two twins in one room was great for the 4 kids. Kitchen fully met our cooking needs. The outdoor deck was beautiful and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay again. A softer mattress is the only thing that would have made my stay better.

good location
we liked the location, the home is nice but with young kids, the sunken living area is something you have to keep a constant watch on the kids that they don't fall on the steps of slate. there were other rentals that rent to large groups which are quite noisy and don't follow the 10 pm quiet time rule. There were also a couple items which need repair in the home. This photo does not show the new sectional or the new carpet which is very nice. Our frustration came in trying to reach the rental company - 4 different phone numbers which all go to the same answering machine, no option to leave a message, over 2 hours of trying to reach them and nothing and they would not respond to e-mail. If we had an emergency, like a fire in the house, not sure how it would be handled. The local person was great once I reached someone on our 4th day. VACASA/VRBO needs to step up their game, as a home owner I would not be happy and we paid a huge amount of money to the rental company.

Great House
Enjoyed the openness of the kitchen / family room. Great that the master bedroom is on the first floor. This is our 3rd stay at this property and we plan to come again.

Great setting, needs updating.
Beautiful home in a great Bend location close to Mt. Bachelor for skiing and not far from downtown and all its fun. Nice walking path very, very close.
The house itself is very nice and perfect for families, but old furnishings such as very hard master bed with little padding and very dirty carpeting distract from your first impression. The kitchen is lovely with all you need for cooking.
