For nights in, this will be a go-to spot for popcorn and movie nights on the flat screen cable TV, complete with a DVD player.

Step up into the kitchen where beautiful light hardwoods, a stunning kitchen island with a five-burner gas range, and stainless steel appliances will surely make this a popular space to gather. Its open layout makes it easy to chat with the cooks as they're prepping dinner and the dishwasher will make clean-up less of a hassle. When it's time to dream, three bedrooms offer peaceful and comfortable spaces for up to nine guests. On the main floor, the master bedroom holds the key to a deep relaxation. With a luscious king-sized bed with high thread count sheets, and en-suite bath, cable TV, and private access to the sunny patio, you'll awake feeling refreshed and ready to start a day of adventure. Head upstairs and you'll find two bedrooms, each with their own cable TV, one holding a plush queen bed and the other with a twin-over-full bunk and a trundle bed, making for the perfect kids' room. Another full bathroom up here is shared by the two rooms, while an additional half bath resides back on the main level.

Along with comfort, the River Wild home is full of convenience: Check your email at leisure with the WiFi available throughout; Bring some CDs and your iPod to set the mood with the stereo, iPod doc, and CD player provided; Central air conditioning will keep you cool in those hot summer months, while an in-house washer and dryer will help you keep up with adventure-soaked clothes year 'round.

When you book the River Wild, you'll be just three miles to downtown Bend's restaurants, breweries, museums and galleries; two miles to great shopping at the Old Mill District; one mile to rafting on the Deschutes River; and 20 miles to epic powder days at Mt. Bachelor - you'll even have access to a shuttle bus so you can leave the car at home. The Deschutes River Trail is right out your back door, which leads to 20 miles of trailhead for biking, hiking, and strolling. As a perk of being part of the Mt. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
