We loved the running stream and the landscaping of all the woods. The outside of the property needs attention!! when we arrived, there was A lot of standing water in the trash can. The Porches and screened in area have cobwebs all over. The outdoor table was covered with dust and dirt, tons of mosquitoes due to the gutters being full. If there was a broom, I would’ve gladly of swept for my family to enjoy. Porches were full of sticks of debris, Huge wasp nest on the outside of the hot tub. The cabin was spacious, Unfortunately, housekeeping is lacking. The shower curtains need to be changed due to mold. The master bedroom had a yucky smell on the bedspread. This property is great if you’re just wanting to escape from busy life. If you’re wanting entertainment, you will have to drive about an hour depending on traffic. We truly enjoyed the house and the running creek! Very peaceful. Housekeeping is not great. I don’t believe anyone maintains the outside of this home. The hot tub does not function properly no lights and jets not working correctly.

We loved the area! The creek behind the cabin was beautiful. One day we got to see deer on nearby property. We enjoyed many walks up and down the mountain and a fire at night. Our only complaint was that the cabin could have been cleaner. Other than that, we would highly recommend staying here. Beautiful cabin!

While we love the cabin and location, the cleanliness is horrible. Old spider webs both inside and outside. Gutters are full of debris. No dish detergent or dishwasher detergent as advertised. Only 3 forks; had to call for more; they were rusty! Never again!

Really great cabin. Wasn't as clean as i liked. The shower curtains had a lot of mold and only 3 forks in the cabin. The screened in porch Wasn't swept out but other than that
It was a grecabin and a wonderful location. We will definitely be back

My son and husband really enjoyed the trout stream right out the back door. Only wish we had more time to spend here. Very peaceful and central location away from the business of gatlinburg and pigeon forge but close enough to go enjoy for the day!
4.3
Beautiful location on cosby creek with the soothing sound of the stream. Less crowded entrance into the park. Was a little cliser to neighboring cabins that would have liked but would return again.

Great place to stay

The cabin was a nice cabin, furniture was a little dated but for pet friendly it was ok. I would definitely say the cleaning crew doesn’t do a very good job. The worst thing was the pot filled with cigarette butts on the back deck and it’s not very private as 2 cabins are across the creek behind you and the double wide trailer that’s 50ft to the left. The river was very nice and everything worked as it should.
4.3
The creek front was the most important for me and this place did not disappoint on that aspect. The cabin was decorated accordingly to match the style of the build. Everything worked but it is all getting older and possibly needing updating. mostly the appliances and counter tops. They had everything we needed as far as pots and pans towels and linens. The rental company does well communicating so the check in and out was simple. We liked the location and didn't mind the gravel road. Their are a few local restaurant's in the area that we enjoyed. Janice's for breakfast. but we cooked out at the cabin most of the time and it was great. the grill (charcoal) worked well and they had all the utensils we needed all in good working order. The place was defiantly clean enough for me. but probably would not have been clean enough for my 75 year old mother who is a clean freak. Overall, all of us that stayed at the cabin really enjoyed our stay and would defiantly recommend it to others. This place is a good family style location with all of the creek stuff to do.
We went to Gatlinburg for the day and the drive was easy and not to long from the cabin (maybe 45 minutes) it was a nice scenic drive so we didn't mind the distance there or back.

We mostly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is a fair distance from Gatlinburg. 30 minute drive. DG is close by. Walmart 15 minutes away. There is a great orchard super close with yummy apple pies. We loved that. The cabin itself had some issues. It is advertised as 3 bedrooms. It actually is 2 bedrooms with a loft. So my son and his GF had zero privacy. But a plus was the half bathroom upstairs that isn’t mentioned. That made us very happy. The inside is well kept. Bring your own pillows! The pillows are flat. There are extras but not enough cases for anyone to use more than one pillow. The couch is a sofa bed. That wasn’t listed either. So that made us happy too. The screened in porches are wonderful but need some love. Screens are busted out. The roof leaked on the porch. I ended with water pouring on my head during a bad storm thru the ceiling fan. After that I was too afraid to use the fan due to fear of being shocked. I feel the cabin is overpriced for where and what it is. I’ve rented way nicer cabins for less. So it had pluses and minuses. We did cook a lot due to being so far away from restaurants. Kitchen is fairly stocked.

Living Waters Stay
We've always stayed in the mountain tops before, but staying by the stream with the sound of the water constant was very nice. The cabin was one of the best built, decorated and maintained we've ever stayed in. My only suggestions would be new mattresses in the queen room and loft and hooking up the fridges ice maker. A tv upstairs would be nice too. Overall, a great stay and our family thoroughly enjoyed it.

Creek side family getaway
Us, our 2 kids(17&22) and the 22yo boyfriend. Loved have fires in the stone pit just feet from the creek every night
The dog and the kids enjoyed playing in the creek and finding crayfish
Basically 2 primary bedrooms with en-suites worked perfectly with the teenage boy upstairs with the arcade room
Climb works is amazing and only 15 minutes away

The location is beautiful, and the inside of the house was very clean. The outside needs some cleaning up and maintenance, torn screens on both porches and the hot tub lid is so heavy from holding water and busted up.

Big, beautiful and spacious cabin. Unlike most places, the mattresses were great! A great location for hikers! We really enjoyed ourselves and will rent again!

This home was ideal for two couples. Both ground floor ensuite rooms were very convenient. The dual screened porches were a nice feature as well. The peaceful Cosby Creek was easily accessible and in the evenings with a fire in the pit, made for an idyllic mountain getaway.

Beautiful Cabin on an adorable Creek
We had such a great time during our stay at the cabin. The first night we came in was a bit scary because it was raining and dark and it’s a little tricky getting to the cabin. But after a couple of times, we were pros at it. The cabin was adorable and very clean. We had several nights using the fire pit by the creek. Our son and dogs explored the creek and had a lot of fun. The cabin is about 40 min to pigeon forge & Gatlinburg, which was fine for us because we’re used to driving. It was only 10 min from the Smokey Mountain National Park entrance where you can play in creeks and hike and explore. They replaced the pool table with a gaming system which was perfect for us. We had plenty of room and enjoyed disconnecting and exploring outdoors. Anytime we reached out to the owner, they replied fairly quickly, which was reassuring. We highly recommend this place.

-Bed sheets had dog paw prints-dirty dishes in dish washer-washing machine was disgusting-when I called to ask how far from Gatlinburg it was they told me 15 minutes max, it was 45.-cabin description says it has a pool table, there wasn't one (which was a big factor for us choosing it)

We’ve rented a cabin in Tennessee a year ago. Although that experience was also amazing. I would choose this cabin again for the quiet neighborhood, beautiful setting and house set up. Our family of 4 came done with another family of 4. Both couples had there own bedrooms with on suites and a screened in porch overlooking the creek! It’s a little far from everything such as Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge area although we really didn’t mind. We loved this cabin and would definitely book again.

Family Getaway
We enjoyed our stay at Living Waters. The house size was just what we needed & extremely clean!! My kids loved the stream- fishing and swimming. The fire pit was up close to the water so you could watch/listen to the stream floating by. Thanks for a GREAT trip!!

Wonderful location, could have been cleaner
The cabin itself was wonderful! It was set up really nice for two small families to enjoy (4 adults, 3 small children). We loved having the screened porches and creek right in the backyard! The creek was clean and very fun - suitable for small children to play in. Cell service was reliable at the property, but internet did not work very well. Check in was definitely a pain coming from out of town - after a long drive, we just wanted to get close to the cabin, but did not get the address until exactly 4pm. It would have been nice to have known where we were going and post up nearby instead of driving significantly further away. It also made sharing check in details with all parties challenging given the lack of cell service in the general area. So that put a bit of a damper on arrival, but nothing too serious. The property itself was not cleaned to our typical expectations. Cobwebs and bird poo was all over the porches. Inside there were many more cobwebs, dust, and not the faintest smell of cleaning having been recently completed. The floor felt grimy, and after wiping up, definitely confirmed it hadn't been properly mopped before arrival. The bathrooms appeared clean enough, but again, the scent of cleaning products typically lingers and there was none. The cabin just sort of smelled musty. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, but it would be advised to bring some essentials if you plan to do a lot of cooking. We made due with no issues, cooking for a party of seven our entire stay. All in all, it was a great stay and the cleanliness was by no means a deal breaker, just could have been much better!

Beautiful location
This is a beautiful location for a cabin. The only negative comments are we had to wait until the cleaning crew left before we were given the key code! Then when we got to the cabin at the official check in time (4:00), we had to wait almost 30 minutes before the cleaning crew left! The kitchen is not stocked with glasses; no sink stopper ( so how are we supposed to wash dishes other than the dishwasher?); some lamps would not cut off unless you unplugged or unscrewed the light bulb; the yard needed to be better taken care of ( mole hills, weeds, dead vines on porch screen). The overall cabin was very nice. Would recommend if you like to fish.

Some of my favorite things: 2 equal master bedrooms both with screened porches off the bedroom. Hot tub. Creek right in back with fire pit. Only cons would be that the kitchen area is a bit tight. And seeing the cabin across the creek, which were by no means a big deal.

We loved this cabin! The location is perfect with a quiet neighborhood and a mountain stream in back that thrilled our grandson. It’s shallow enough for a one year old and deep enough to tube. The screened in porches are nice to keep the bugs off at night. The cabin was very clean and well-kept. The property manager let us in an hour early, so don’t hesitate to call when you arrive to see if you can go on to the cabin! We will rent this one again!
