This is a very nice property, comfortable, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent. It is a short walk to the city dock area, the Navel Academy, and the west street area, The included parking is an additional bonus. We would certainly stay here again.

Steps from USNA Gate 1, steps from Annapolis Market Square the location is great for a weekend in Annapolis or aNaval Academy visit. Super convenient checkin and checkout. And, although Parking in Annapolis is always a concern and the hosts have a parking garage space for you. It’s n easy 10 minute walk,and lets you forget about the car for your stay.

Hello: It was perfect for a family! The location could not be beat, we loved having the washer/dryer, we came home with clean clothes, Lol! I’ve stayed at many temporary rentals, and there is always a list of things to do at the end so on check out day I revisited the exit instructions and there weren’t any, except to make sure the free parking key fob was in the drawer. We had come by boat, so it didn’t matter. We just packed up our clean clothes and left ;-). We will definitely be back!

From the moment we stepped inside, we felt like it was home. Kara has a beautiful, cozy home located just outside the gate of the Naval Academy. This was perfect for us because my husband was winding down from a 21 year career in the Navy that started at Annapolis and wanted access to the yard. The home was impeccably clean and tidy and the linens smelled fresh. We couldn't be more happy with our 6 day stay at Kara's home. Totally would rent here again. A+++++

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great with it truly being a short walk to USNA. Rooms are big and the house felt so welcoming. Pictures are exactly how it looks. It was fun to stay in a house that is so old and imagine how life was like back then. Hopefully our son gets into USNA and we will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful time at Kara’s downtown home. My brother and I were here to visit older relatives and tour the beautiful city. This home is in the perfect location, three minute walk from all the action, but on a very quiet street. Tasteful decor, comfortable beds, and modern decor – we could not have asked for more. And Kara’s instructions were spot on. Easy to find the home and to punch in. We’re definitely coming back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this rental. It had everything we needed from being well laid out and comfortable to a great parking space in a garage a short distance away. One of many wonderful aspects was that the kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals over the weekend. The location can't be beat and the hosts were very helpful and prompt. I can't recommend this home enough for an Annapolis stay and will certainly attempt to book it our next time to DTA.

Perfect spot to experience the Naval Academy and charm of downtown Annapolis. Within short walking distance of Gate 1 and shops/restaurants. Kara was great to communicate with-highly recommend staying in this property.

This was my third stay here, annually for the boat show. It's a perfect location - quiet neighborhood but easy walking distance to everything for the show, along with many restaurants and shops. The internet is fast, it's always very clean and comfortable, and has everything you could need including laundry. Kara is very responsive and helpful as a host. Highly recommend!

This spot was exactly as pictured/ described and is perfect for an Annapolis getaway. The location could not be better - we walked the entire town and the Naval base with ease. Checking in and parking were easy and the house was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was located in the perfect location within walking distance to everything in the Historic District and very close to the water and plenty of waterfront dining to choose from and lots of shopping and history to check out! I stayed there with my sisters for a girls trip and our only complaint was that they could have put in even 10 minutes to sweep away the cob webs and blow off the outdoor area as there were tons of dropping from the trees everywhere and so many bugs and cobwebs everywhere. We spent a decent amount of time sitting outside in the evening and would have enjoyed it a bit more if they had cleaned it up a bit! Over all it was a nice relaxing stay!

I stayed in this rental while my son was at lacrosse camp at the academy. I give this listing an A++. From the cleanliness of the house to the great neighbors to the closeness of everything and everything in between, it was all amazing. Will definitely stay there again.

We came into town for the Naval Academy lacrosse camp! This was a perfect location- right across the street! The home was well stocked with everything we needed! We appreciated the use of the parking pass for the parking structure. We got our steps in—but it was nice because restaurants, shopping we in close proximity! Kara and Andy are wonderful hosts! We had a chance to get to know the neighbors who were extremely nice and helpful! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

This house was amazing for our stay! We were dropping our daughter off at USNA. We were able to walk in and out of Gate 1 quickly and easily. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the place was clean and nice. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Traveled with my mom and son for a long weekend in Annapolis and surrounding areas. We love this place and will continue to stay here as often as possible! Clean, convenient, comfortable, and centrally located - walkable to USNA and downtown Annapolis. Easy communication with property owners. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Kara’s place in downtown Annapolis was absolutely perfect! Kara was also very responsive when we reached out with some questions and even accommodated an early check in time. My bridesmaids and I had a great time hanging out in the living room and kitchen the morning of the wedding- couldn’t ask for a better place and host!

This property is so good for visiting your Mid or for any other reason when in Annapolis. Very historic house on East St., so close to everything Annapolis has. Having a spot in the parking garage is a plus. This property has lots of room for a group of 4 to 6. But that is just my opinion, we like to stretch out. Highly recommended and will be a place we search up first for our next visit.

Check in was easy with the touch pad. Kara was very responsive. We had a last minute change to our stay. It was supposed to be just my husband and I, but our daughter, her husband and our one year old grandson decided to make the trip!! No problem having the toddler - there was plenty of room! Location is the BEST!!! Our son attends the USNA so it is a quick walk to Gate 1. Parking can be tricky, but they provide a parking pass in a garage not too far away. Beds are very comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. And a washer/dryer, which was key since it rained on and off all weekend. This is our second time staying at this property since it so convenient to everything. We will be back for sure!!
