Great rental home for our family. Our son is a plebe at the Naval Academy so we were in town for Plebe Parent Weekend. We were able to make home cooked meals, hang out by the pool, and make the very short drive to and from the Academy.

We stayed at 421 Irie for a few days while our kids were away at camp….an early 15th anniversary celebration! It was the perfect location to be able to explore Annapolis and also relax in the backyard oasis. The house is well stocked and has awesome areas to relax, play cards, and do a little work if needed. We enjoyed walking to local restaurants for dinner and Bread and Butter Kitchen for yummy breakfast. It’s also very convenient to walk to the riverfront and hop on the water taxi that takes you to City Dock. All around a perfect place for a couples getaway!

One of if not the best VRBO’s I’ve stayed in! Liz is the perfect host with so many added touches in her place. The location is perfect and the pool was a game changer for how hot it was! We will definitely be back!

This property is perfectly located. Toured usna and state house, many good restaurants nearby. Never had to use the car.

Perfect for a family vacation. Located close to everything you could want. Great food, shopping, and sightseeing nearby. Easy access to downtown Annapolis, and other areas such as DC, Ocean City, and Baltimore. Everything you could possibly need (or may have forgotten) was supplied at the property. Backyard garden and pool were top notch, and sunroom was used extensively. Owner is super friendly and helpful, and welcome gift was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

We visited during a heat wave; as expected, the pool was a blessing. The pool was also way bigger than the photos could possibly capture. What an absolute joy. Liz was clear, helpful, and took great pride/care in her property. Legit oasis. We hope to visit again.

We stayed at 421 Irie for a friend’s wedding. The property had everything we needed & then some!
The kids loved the pool & you can’t beat the location!!!

We just loved this home in Eastport. It’s close to all of the best restaurants and easy to take a water taxi back-and-forth to downtown. Our kids enjoyed the pool - a rare find in this part of town. Liz was a wonderful host. You can tell she puts a lot of TLC into her home and the experience she gives her guests. Since it was already booked for the rest of our stay in Annapolis we switched to another rental that was nice but just didn’t compare. Our kids kept asking to go back and I’m sure we will one day soon!

421 Irie was the perfect perch in Annapolis for our son's wedding weekend, exceeding all of our expectations. Liz made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we booked with her lightning-quick responses, warm hospitality, and thoughtful personal touches.
The home was immaculate and had every amenity we could have wished for. Its convenient location made it easy for us to navigate to and from wedding events, while the comfort and coziness of the house made it the ideal place to relax and prepare for the big day.
The small wedding party had plenty of space to do hair and makeup prep, which was a huge plus (large living room, kitchen island for brunch and luncheon dishes). The lush, blooming gardens surrounding the pool provided a picturesque backdrop, adding to the celebratory atmosphere. One of our favorite spots was the sunroom, which was perfect for enjoying morning coffee and gathering with family and friends throughout the day and evening.
Overall, this home was the perfect retreat for such a special occasion, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend Liz's vacation home for anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Annapolis.

This was such a beautiful cottage with the most picturesque garden in the backyard. The pool was an added bonus! The house is very quaint, beautifully decorated, and well designed for maximum usage of the square footage. If you are tall, you may struggle a little with the downstairs bathroom though. It was a serene getaway but close to absolutely everything downtown Annapolis has to offer. You can literally walk to restaurants and attractions!

421Irie is a great property, well managed and maintained by Liz. It was perfect for a weekend of sailing, golf, family and friends. We hosted a small cookout for eight one night, and the cottage was just right for the group. The kitchen is well stocked, the big grill outside was just fine, and the multiple seating locations were ideal for the various attendees. We would love to stay at the cottage again next time we are in Annapolis

This is an absolutely fantastic place to stay!! The host Liz was so easy to work with and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We booked for the Herndon climb (#plebenomore) and cannot say enough about how perfect this house was for us. It was an easy walk to DTA and gate #1. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed to make several home cooked meals for our son and his friends. The sun room is beautiful and the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or breakfast!
The pool was also nice but, unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so we didn’t get to use it as much as we had planned.
We will definitely stay here again!!

Liz, the host, was one of the nicest and most accommodating hosts I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She allowed me and a few of my bridesmaids to get ready in her home for my wedding a few blocks away. It was the perfect location. Fully equipped with whatever we needed, meticulously well-decorated and maintained, and surprisingly spacious for our needs. The beds were very comfortable for some much needed rest. Liz’s garden is incredible. I definitely recommend a spring visit for that reason alone. We loved our stay here so much!

A wonderfully located cottage, walking distance to quant breakfast eaterys and upscale restaurants. The sunroom was wonderful. Even tho it was still chilly outside, we did enjoy the upstairs deck and even had some wine poolside. Def recommend The Chart House Prime, just a quick walk to a restaurant with a superb wine selection and 5 Star food. Host was quick to respond to questions and very amenable to any issue we may have had. We absolutely will stay here again!

This property was lovely. The sunroom was delightful and our family used it for morning coffee, family games and nighttime movies. The cottage is definitely within walking distance to town. Downtown Annapolis was so charming. All around a wonderful experience. Liz was a gracious host. Thank you!

From booking to checking out, Liz was an amazing host. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness for her guests is unmatched. The house is adorable and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. While it’s not directly on the water, the backyard & sunroom evoke a sense of calmness and peace. Will definitely book again!

The house was perfect for two couples- with plenty of places to sit together as well quiet spaces for individuals. The kitchen is well stocked. Even better was the location-easy walks to great restaurants and sights. And the best is the owner, Liz-she is great about updates to the property, welcomes treats, suggestions for activities and eating with very prompt communications. We would absolutely stay there any time we are in Annapolis.

Wedding weekend for my son and the home was perfect for fun and celebration! Liz is the very best!!!!! Thank you for everything!!

My husband, two boys and I stayed for nearly two weeks in August and had the BEST time. The house is super cute and very comfortable with all the things you need - including comfortable beds! Eastport is also super cute and has lots you can walk to. We loved Carrol's Creek restaurant, and we had one of the best meals/date nights ever at the Chart House with a stunning sunset and excellent food. The kids loved the pool (which is a nice big size!) and parasailing (we used Z Flight). Liz the owner is incredibly nice and helpful. Other stuff: towels for the pool are provided, there are two large TVs with Netflix, etc, cooking pans and stuff are all great. Take the water taxi into town at least once if you have kids, ours loved it. And if you have a car, go to Quiet Waters Park... there is a big playground and water activities there too. We totally recommend - 5 stars!

Liz was very responsive and the house was so close to everything! We had a great stay :)

Clean, cool, beautiful! For a visit in August during USNA parents weekend, this was the ideal place - close enough to walk to downtown, pool was fantastic, amenities were spot-on. A quiet and restful spot for a tired plebe.

We rented the house for five days before and after a wedding in Annapolis. Special features included the pool, which was not heated but comfortable after a quick plunge, a screened in porch with a wide screen television, a lush garden, and an efficient kitchen with more gadgets than I have in my 4,000 square-foot house at home. Liz, the owner and manager, was quick to respond to every inquiry and very accommodating. Within two blocks were excellent seafood restaurants and a vegetarian breakfast/lunch counter. My son and I enjoyed running every morning over the bay bridge and into the historic heart of what seemed more like a large village than a city. My career was in historic preservation and this compares well with Savanna. Minor inconveniences included low water pressure (which is being improved by city crews who blocked nearby roads occasionally), the one-way street that passed by the house and made entering and exiting the driveway an occasional challenge, and the front steps without a hand rail. Best of all was the pool where my six year old grandson and I invented a new game called Pappa Ball, keeping a beach ball up in the air passing to one another. We had lots of laughs and hugs. We would book the place again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay in Annapolis / Eastport.
Very nice house with all equipment needed. Pool / garden perfect for relaxation. Nice quiet neighbourhood, but still very easy access to Annapolis center.

Everything about this property is better than what the pictures and the reviews have to offer! Liz is an amazing hostess, and her property is convenient to so many different locations and experiences. Liz was both attentive and kind and we had the opportunity to chitchat. The accommodations are lovely and you will feel like you are at the beach, even though you are close to the Chesapeake on so many different sides. Make sure you take the water taxi and listen to the recommendations that Liz offers, we hope to be back soon, but if not, this will be a cherished memory for five girlfriends have been traveling together since we were 14. This year we had the opportunity to bring along one of our daughters. And she also had a blast!
Thank you Liz for your hospitality!

We stayed here for four nights the weekend of our wedding and I am SO glad that we did! The house was perfect and Liz was such a gracious host. The backyard garden was beautiful and the pool was a great size for my three year old. We got ready there the morning of and there was ample space for everyone. Just be prepared for a tight street as far as parking goes. But honestly once you park you don’t need to drive anywhere because this is a great location. Walking distance to great restaurants and a short Uber to DTA. We can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I, along with our three teenagers stayed here for four nights over the 4th of July. The house is clean, comfortable and in a great location within a quiet quant neighborhood. Easy walking distance to downtown Annapolis. Liz has thought of so much to make sure her guests are comfortable. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen utensils/dishes/pots/pans. Along with coffee pods and a frother to make your own cold foam - which we love! Plenty of options to choose from if wanting to watch a movie. Plenty of books to read or look through. And some games are also provided. The backyard is beautiful and relaxing. The pool is clean and a great place to cool down after exploring Annapolis. We walked everywhere. Parked our car when we arrived Saturday evening and kept it there until we checked out. Within a block there is a seafood restaurant, brewery and 2 steakhouses. Not too mention Bread and Butter for some breakfast or light lunch. Not too far away still on the Eastport side is Bakers and Co - A MUST - get in line before they open and snag an almond croissant, ham and cheese croissant, and baquette. A couple great local coffee shops to go to in Annapolis- Curate and Brown Mustache (inside a bookstore with plentiful seating and great atmosphere). Liz is a top notch host-friendly, accommodating and super helpful. We will be back and will highly recommend this rental to others

This is a truely amazing place to stay in the heart of the Eastport and on the doorstep of Annapolis. The house was stylishly decocrated, immaculately clean and well equipped. The garden was delightful and the pool heavenly. A pool in the middle of town - what a treat!
Location is execellnt too - several good restaurants and bars just a couple of blocks away and an easy walk to downtown Annapolis. Liz was a great hostess and was very helpful and responsive with any queries. I can't praise this little cottage enough and we are already looking to rebook it! Thank you.

I can't say enough good things about this wonderful house. First and foremost, the owner Liz is so easy to work with and is so accommodating and very kind. She made sure that everything was perfect. And the house IS perfect! It's bright, beautiful, and comfortable, and is such a cheerful place. It has everything you need for a stay. The location is great--it's an easy walk to restaurants, coffee, and downtown Annapolis, but at the same time, it's away from the hustle and bustle of DTA. The garden is heavenly! You will forget all your troubles as you relax in the garden or by the pool, enjoying the colorful and amazing flowers. And you can't beat having a pool in the middle of the city! I could honestly go on and on. We enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to return very soon.
