DESCRIPTION: FIFTH FLOOR TWO BEDROOM/TWO BATH VILLA is located in the Premier Oceanfront Resort of Villamare. You will enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach from each window and balcony! This villa is conveniently located just steps from the beach, Olympic sized outdoor pool area, sundeck & grilling area, plus the indoor pool and health club. The Villamare grounds are landscaped with lush tropical plantings, curved walkways, and water features. You will not be disappointed with the all this beautiful resort and villa have to offer! It is ideal for a family vacation, friends weekend, two couples traveling or a special Holiday.
This villa features a keyless entry for ease as you come and go to the beach and parking under cover in the attached garage with elevator access to the 5th floor. Amenities include: free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels and start up supplies

1. We have engaged a local company to ensure your villa is clean and in working order when you arrive, plus we provide 24/7 response to any problems you may have during your stay.
2. We value your precious vacation time and our goal is to provide excellent service. We are active owners and continually seek and appreciate your suggestions and feedback. We will use this feedback to add amenities and services to enhance guest experiences for the following year. You will receive the Welcome letter upon receipt of the final payment.
VILLAMARE- is a top rated oceanfront resort noted for its beautiful grounds, lagoons, health club with indoor heated swimming pool, heated Jacuzzi, and steam sauna and extensive workout facility. These services and amenities are included at no cost. The outside family pool is NEWLY RENOVATED in Spring 2024 nestled around a two tier deck for sunning and viewing the ocean. The outdoor pool is heated during the months of Oct, Nov, Mar, and Apr. A second beachfront SERENITY POOL OPENED in April 2024 with a lounging deck area and spa. Also included is an outdoor dining tables complete with 4 built in gas grills and a BRAND NEW GAS fire pit!
PALMETTO DUNES- This resort is located in Palmetto Dunes (PD), Hilton Head Island, SC. USA (45 minutes from Savannah Airport). There are plenty of activities to enjoy within walking distance to your Villamare villa including:
tennis, pickle ball, golf, miles of trails for biking, walking, or running, bike rentals, kayak and canoe rentals on the 11 miles of canals, restaurants, and a general store. There is free shuttle bus service to local shops at Shelter Cove, the Plantation Center and the PD Golf and Tennis Centers.
