Great Location
We stated in Jasons apartment for 5 days with our 2 teenagers. The apartment was in the perfect location for visitors. A block away from Newberry and Boylston. Very doable to walk to Boston Commons. Restaurants and groceries very close by. We were easily able to navigate the city from this location. The only thing I would say is that if you have trouble with stairs, this can be a challenge as it takes 2 flights to get to the apartment. Apartment was clean and well equipt The owner was very easy to reach if we needed anything.

Be careful , you must lose money !!
The perfect scams !!
We book this appartement for business !
We ask Jason that we may stay at 3 persons and do some business meeting with our customer before going for dinner outside !
He accept that and told us that all is fine when we met the first day!
But, when we live the apartment, anybody was there to check the apartment, and we gave the keys to the agency on the first floor of the building !
What my surprise when Jason told me he kept the security deposit because more than 3 guest will visit the apartment and the housekeeper had cost more!!! Scams again!
A Nice scams prepared by this very bad person !
And honestly , the 2 bathrooms are so small than it was difficult to call the bathroom!! I don’t explain you the low pressure and rust on bathroom , more than 35 min to take a shower !! Amazing....
Same thing if you need to eat in the apartment , not enough seat, any table (only the working plan of the kitchen) , if you want to use the barbecue, you need to cross the Bed of the living room, easy with grilled meat(it’s not a bedroom but a living room with bed on) to access the roof top... sorry , if you can call roof top A very small roof with 2 chairs !!! When you read that you can stay at 6 , it’s humanely impossible to stay more than 2/3!
For ending , the price of this apartment his extraordinary huge regarding the place !
Forget it and search another one place , there are several very nice around ! those persons are not honest and serious and they use this apartment to take your cash for free ! As you need to pay in advance , be sure you may lose the total amount , and do not expect any reimbursement, they are in bad faith !!!
Thanks

Great stay and location
Easy communication with the owner and just as advertised. The location for this property was perfect if you really want to experience Boston! The only thing we didn't anticipate is lack of parking (meaning none), that's really my own fault for not looking into this more, but just something to be aware of if you have a car.

Wow!!!!!!
My family spent a week in Boston at this lovely place. It is awesome both in its furnishings and its location. This place was absolutely clean beyond belief when we arrived (even the sides of the sofa were vacuumed). The instructions for arriving, keys, directions and what to expect were most detailed and really appreciated. We had 4 adults and 2 children so it was perfect for us. It is so centrally located, 1/2 block from Boylston and 1/2 block from Newbury. We walked to dinner every evening as great restaurants are within blocks of this unit. The Boston Pops Symphony Hall is within blocks. The "T" station is 2 blocks down Newbury or 2 blocks down Boylston. Fenway Park was only one stop out on the T. Star Market is only a short walk and is a major sized full line grocery. Newbury has a long line of boutiques, shops, coffee houses and restaurants. The condo became a late afternoon resting place as we saw and did so much, It is very comfortable and the furnishings are really great as is the kitchen. It was an awesome week and an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The only real problem we had was the TV went out because a circuit breaker tripped, a problem easily solved. I rate it very, very high!!!!!

Beautiful Penthouse. Clean and well Supplied
We went back to Boston to visit my daughter for her birthday. Jason Post was very helpful in describing how to get the keys initially and the apartment was just great. Recently updated bathrooms, kitchen, nice bedding and just well done. The location was perfect for shopping and fine dining. Aside from a few Ubers to Boston College to visit my daughter, you really don't need a car here. You can walk to the best restaurants and stores in back bay and the Prudential Center. We had a wonderful time.

Our family spent Thanksgiving week in Boston. This condo was an absolutely perfect choice for "home base". There is lots of shopping and tons of restaurants all within easy walking distance. For more distant attractions, there is nearby access to public transportation and Ubers abound. The condo easily accommodated the five of us when we wanted to relax at the end of the day. We decided to cook Thanksgiving dinner at the condo and were able to walk to a large grocery store to buy what we needed. The kitchen was fully furnished so that preparing and serving a large dinner was no problem at all.Jason was very accommodating and easy to work with and the property was spotlessly clean and just as pictured/described on VRBO. No surprises at all!Highly recommended!

Absolutely perfect for our family!
Our family recently converged on Boston from around the country during the birth of my daughter‘s first child and this brownstone was perfect for us! The location is between Boylston and Newberry and it is such a great area to be in. The brownstone was immaculate had plenty of room for 4 to 5 of us and we frequently used kitchen living room area and even the rooftop deck. Jason was so accommodating even getting us a spare set of keys. The check in process was super easy. The appliances are brand new and the cabinets are top notch. We enjoyed Island Creek Oyster Bar less than a mile walk up Commonwealth. We had some family members stay at the Mandarin Oriental just a three minute walk from the property. For groceries we went to the Star Market at the Prudential Center… Super close. I would have no hesitation in the future staying at this property… Jason, great job!

Best Choice In Boston
This was our first stay at a VRBO & our choice could not have been better. From promptly answering our pre-travel questions to allowing us to print our boarding passes at the first floor real estate office, Jason & his associates showed a level of customer service to be emulated.
This two story town home in the heart of Back Bay exceeded our expectations. Within the walls of this period structure, our living quarters were nicely remodeled, yet retained the charm of an earlier era. The space & lay out suited our needs perfectly.
Situated between Bolyston St & Newbury St, the location was ideal for shopping & dining. After a short stroll up Newbury St, we found ourselves at the Boston Common & the start of the Freedom Trail. In the other direction, an easy 15 minute walk took us to Fenway Park. For groceries, Trader Joe's is just around the corner.
For other activities & destinations, Uber, the T & the commuter rail to Gloucester for whale watching were easily accessible.
If in Boston again, this Back Bay town home will definitely be our first lodging choice.

Amazing Apartment, Fantastic Location, Helpful Host
We had a wonderful stay at Jason's apartment in Boston for my daughter's graduation weekend. The location was perfect - easy access to public transport, shopping and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable and modern but with old world charm too. The rooftop terrace was fun and we grilled out one night. Ice maker didn't work but Jason went and got ice for us! He was very accommodating and was quick to respond when we contacted him. He prepared an excellent write up with restaurant recommendations, etc. that was very helpful. We definitely hope to stay here in either this apartment or the smaller one in the same building again sometime soon.

Lovely townhouse in the heart of all the fun!
We stayed in Jason's townhouse for a long weekend w/our 3 children. It was conveniently located to so many things. Trader Joes was directly around the corner, along w/all the things "to do" in Boston. It's also conveniently located across from the Convention Center, which has a bus stop from the airport. We were able to take the bus from Logan directly to the townhouse, basically. Once off the bus, all we had to do was cross the street and go 1/2 a block. The townhouse was very nicely appointed, but 1 of the beds was very stiff. Sadly, I suffer from lower back issues which made for rough sleeping. They did have an air mattress which was helpful! The kitchen was esthetically lovely, but could've used some more utensils. There wasn't much silverware and we didn't like the only coffee option - a Keurig. Buying a box of 12 Kcups when u only drink 1 cup/day and staying 4 days seems a waste. Although, buying a small package of brewed coffee would leave leftover, we still prefer a brewed cup of coffee over a Kcup. Yes, our opinion about coffee. Great wifi, linens, lots of extra blankets, etc! We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it others!

Sensational Stay!
The apartment is convenient to many shops, restaurants, nightlife and the T - all are within walking distance.
We had seven adults visiting Boston and the apartment was very comfortable for all of us, totally updated and extremely clean.
The owner is great to work with, very responsive, and accommodating.
We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Boston!
Thanks, Jason!

Hospitality, Charm, Elegance, Location equals Perfection!
Firstly, Thank you the the Post family for the generous communication, referrals, and delivering a beautiful property in the heart of the beautiful Back Bay area of Boston. Fabulous restaurants, shopping, grocery, and tourist attractions right at your doorstep. I admire the enthusiasm extended to provide an enjoyable experience. I rarely have he opportunity to relish such genuine hospitality.
The brownstone property is better than advertised and the location cannot be overstated. Enjoyed the sun-splashed outdoor deck and only wish we had a chance to light up the barbecue. Our group are walkers so we were on foot to the North End, South End, Beacon Hill, etc... Public transportation is everywhere. should you opt.
If your are not use to the Urban appeal, you may capture some the City Sounds, and service trucks that will slip into early mornings. But that is to be expected if you want to have immediate access to the BEST!. We had three separate couples and we all Gave it THUMBS UP X 10. Sure glad we didn't stay in Beacon Hill or the Southend. Although these are fine areas as well, we felt central with all the needs and temptations out the front door. This is a very select property and the value is very appropriate for the location and experience.
