Great location and amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms were great! The bedrooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed the decks and the hammock. A short walk to the beach and some great breakfast places. I really enjoyed the outside shower when returning from the beach! The beach area was very clean with great water. We plan on returning!

Our stay was amazing, the rental was well stock. clean, and close to to everything that we want to do. I love the wrap around deck even though we didn't get to enjoy it as much due the weather and the mosquitos. Definitely recommend staying here.

Where to begin with this place...it is amazing. This is a very short walk from anywhere you really need to be in Pensacola Beach. The kitchen is very well equipped to prepare full meals. The gas grill outside works well too, as we used it a couple times The beds were all very comfortable, with plenty of pillows and extra bedding. The air conditioners keep this place comfortable, or even cold, if that's what you want, which is no small feat in Florida heat. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and nice. The space under the house is to die for! This is a different property since it has been raised off the ground. There is a very nice fenced area where pets can roam around. They even have potty bags to clean up the mess, if you forget to bring one down with you. If you ever have any problem, the property management team is right on it and will get your problem sorted out very, very quickly.
We loved this place and will most likely be back here for another stay in the near future!

We loved the house. Great location to all activities. We were there for NYE. We could see the fireworks from the deck. It was beautiful. My family did the Polar Plunge. The water was freezing but we want to try new things in 2024. The only draw back was we could not watch football games in the bedrooms.

The place was just as advertised. Neat, clean, and well taken care of. Lots of space to spread out, great patio to enjoy the sun for morning coffee or late night caps. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The only things to watch out for are the mattresses' in the master and guest room are well used and have permanent waves but not a bad nights sleep and the gas stove that was cool to cook on had burner issues that constantly went out at lower flame levels. But none of that would stop me from staying here again in the future. Walking distant to all the beach has to offer and the boardwalk for night life and food.

I traveled with my 16 yr old son. We loved the proximity to Flounders and the shops- but felt we were far enough away to enjoy quiet time on the deck. Home was comfy and had all the kitchen essentials.

We love Paradise Beach Homes, and this little getaway was the perfect set up to see friends, soak up some salt air and relax. We love the layout of this house and its location on the beach, close to places we love and people we enjoy. The reason for the 4 on the condition of the property is only because the reclining sofa in the house was not operational, and my husband requires his legs up due to back pain, the reason for the 4 on cleanliness is due to finding some missed spots while trying to troubleshoot the sofa issue.

Love this property! We enjoyed the multiple outside sitting areas and the fenced in yard for our dog. Nice neighborhood, everybody was friendly. I felt safe walking the area with my dog. Good location, close to restaurants but far enough away to be peaceful. Would highly recommend and would return!

Pros: This was in a great location- 7 minute walk to the beach and 10-20 minute walk to other amenities. Kitchen had almost everything you might need and the house itself is super cute and overall pretty comfortable!
Cons: Unfortunately checkin is not the most simple (have to pick up and drop off keys at the beach rental- which is about a 10 minute walk from the beach house). Swapping to an electric key pad would make checkin/checkout a lot easier (especially when coming in from out of town with no cars). With 6 people staying we expected to have 2 working toilets and one of the toilets was not working the entire time. Seems that the rental company has been aware of this for a while and has not fixed it (we’re paying for 2 bathrooms, and expect to be able to use both). WiFi also did not work our entire time, and there are no beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, cart, etc. When we arrived there was only 1 roll of TP per bathroom and maybe half a roll of paper towels. For the price of the house, I’d highly recommend the rental company addressing these issues to make for a more convenient and comfortable stay for guests. Loved the house and location, but the lack of basic needs and the lack of functional items that we paid for would make me less inclined to rent from this place again.

Overall, a pleasant stay. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to others. Updated property with minor issues which is to be expected- toilet did not flush properly in one bathroom and a couple of non essential doors and locks did not work but management offered to address when we reported the issues. The issues were not significant so we declined. Beach was a 5 to 10 minute walk from the house.
Recommendations: for the rental price, would like to see a larger essential stock supply of items like toilet paper, detergent, dishwashing soap, etc. would also recommend providing beach amenities such as beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella for guest use so we don’t have to bring or purchase our own for the week.

House was clean and generally comfortable with most kitchen tools you'll need. The proximity to Paradise and other establishments was wonderful. The gulf is probably a 3-minute walk away. Outdoor spaces were great, especially the hammock on the ground level. We didn't have dogs but there is a perfect enclosed yard for one. The only negatives were that the house did not cool evenly for some reason and the bath towels could stand to be replaced as they were worn and scratchy.

We chose this home because it allowed pets and I was looking for a fenced in yard, which can be difficult to find in a beach rental. I would recommend it for dogs that can easily navigate stairs and are not fence jumpers as the fence is very short on one side. For this reason, our boxer had to remain on the leash for the week. The other dog could be unleashed as he is not a jumper. The house adequately served our needs and the weather at the beach this week was perfect.

My family and I decided to stay out on the beach of our hometown for a few days to celebrate my youngest child’s birthday. We’re familiar with the area so knew the house was well located for what we wanted. The check in was interesting because normally, key pads are used but this required an in-person key pick up (no big deal). When we checked into the property, my husband and I do what we always do before fully settling: we checked the property for issues to ensure they were documented and not blamed on us. There were a few blinds broken, and both showers were dirty. The place smelled a bit of mold but it’s not uncommon in older homes on the beach. When we called the property management company to let them know the shower was dirty (a visible film on the drain with clumps of hair), their response was “Do you want us to send someone out to clean it up?” Which, of course, we did. The TVs are very outdated but again, no big deal since we planned on spending our time outdoors anyways. My husband went to take a shower before bed and realized that one of the features mentioned - the steam shower - wasn’t working. It was late and after hours so we said we would just mention it at check out. When I went to bed that night, I noticed fur still in the sheets but was so tired, I didn’t worry about it (I have pets of my own so it is what it is). The next morning, a huge storm came through the beach. This showcased the leaks in the ceiling that were making various parts of the floor wet. The power was out and we couldn’t get in touch with the property management company - even though it was during their open hours - so we made the quick drive up there to figure out what to do and to also make sure they knew the power was out on the property. Since we’re local, we said we’d be happy to raincheck the weekend and come out at a later time or see if they had a different property that was comparable to the one that we were in but in better repair. They said they would just refund us and we could leave OR they could give us extra towels for the leaks in the ceiling. We took the refund, which is now causing more issues. But really? Towels for leaks in the roof? What if we were from out of town and just stuck? We had the luxury of leaving and taking the refund. We found out, though, that the refund wasn’t even half of what we paid for the total stay. We booked 3 nights and stayed less than 18 hours. I do NOT recommend staying so long as Paradise Beach runs it.
