Thank you for your interest in this beachfront condo on beautiful Pensacola Beach! My name is Tyler Green, I own and manage this condo rental myself. Unlike the Vacation Rental Companies who manage hundreds of properties with call centers, I am your one point of contact through the entire rental process. You’ll have my cell number and can text or call me anytime and I'm always available to answer questions. I’ve had the same team of 3 housekeepers for 11 years who consistently provide a cleaner condo than the Rental Companies and their high employee turnover. I live in Downtown Pensacola and also offer all my guests recommendations on our local area.

This 8th floor Emerald Isle 2 bedroom Gulf-Front condo was renovated recently with all luxury furnishings (please view the photos). Emerald Isle is a 17 story luxury high rise condominium sitting on 5 acres with 300 feet of beach frontage. It has the most direct, unobstructed views and access to the Gulf of Mexico and beach of all the local luxury condos. There is no street to cross to get to the beach, the back door going to the pool is only a few feet away from the sand and beach. Emerald Isle is also conveniently located in the heart of Pensacola Beach, within easy walking distance of The Boardwalk, restaurants, boutiques, live entertainment, and the famous Pensacola Fishing Pier.

This condo sits on the 8th floor which is high enough to avoid hearing noise from the pool area when the sliding glass doors are open and also provide spectacular views in all directions of the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound. The unit features brand new granite counter tops and 18 inch tile throughout, new stainless appliances and a new washer and dryer for your convenience. It is also furnished with local, original Gulf of Mexico artwork throughout the condo. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom a queen bed, queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a roll away single bed. Both bedrooms have wall-mounted flat screen smart TV's. The living room and master bedroom each have an entire glass wall facing the water with sliding glass doors opening to the balcony overlooking the gulf and beach. The balcony features 2 new rocking chairs, love seat, and coffee table for a comfortable, direct 8th floor view of the Gulf of Mexico. Linens and towels along with extras are provided throughout the unit as well as every cooking utensil you could think of. Two large wooden beach chairs with cushions and umbrella are included and reserved with this condo (a $30 per day value) for the months of March - October. Free WIFI is also included. The living room TV is a new 65 inch smart TV

The ground floor of Emerald Isle features 2 pools (1 heated), a hot tub, sauna, and fitness center. There are 2 elevators with plenty of rolling luggage carts and electronic gated parking which is reserved for guests only.

We are 6th generation Floridians with our ancestor coming from France & eventually settling in Florida when it was still a territory - visiting St Michael's church & cemetery plus taking the historic village tour was wonderful. Our condo's balcony gave us the perfect spot to talk of all we had learned & to imagine the Pensacola of long ago.

We love Emerald Isle, and our stay in Tylers place was great. He is very responsive in communication, and as a bonus we got to check in a couple hours early. The condo met all our needs. Great stay.

This was our first trip to Pensacola and we were so happy we came. The location of the condo is perfect. We were able to walk to all of the local shops and restaurants. The view is spectacular and the beach incredible. There are so many places to eat, most have outdoor water views. We didn’t have enough time to visit all of them but will surely be a good reason to come back. The condo itself has everything you need including a spectacular view where we would start our day with breakfast and return to after a day on the beach for cocktails. The only improvement I can think of is the need for some nicer hangers in the closets. The old wire ones are very flimsy. If relaxation and charming beach life is what you are looking for you will not be disappointed.

The location of the property was incredible and easy to get to from the airport! Sunrise every morning was quiet, beautiful, and easy to see from the balcony or a few steps away on the beach. The condo itself was tastefully appointed and the view of the water was remarkable. The balcony was spacious and great for relaxing. The master bedroom affords you the opportunity to listen to the waves while you sleep. The condo property was safe and secure. Tyler, the host, was incredibly informative and responsive to every question, email, and text. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely unit. It was clear when we first stepped in that much work and love has gone into the upkeep and decoration of this charming unit. It is very well outfitted and just beautifully decorated. We have stayed at Emerald Isle in the past, and this is definitely one of the nicer units. We also love that we could park the car and walk everywhere. Great location, fantastic accommodation.

The condo is beautiful, clean, well stocked and the location was great. There were beach chairs, toys and even beach towels available to use. Kitchen was well provisioned. You can definitely tell this condo is not corporate managed. It felt like home. Booking and check in process was easy. Tyler was a great communicator. We returned to Emerald Isle for a second October in a row to visit local family. This was our favorite unit compared to last year. Oceanfront unit that is very clean, maintained and not worn down. Kitchen is well stocked to make dinner, should you choose to stay in. Well within walking distance to restaurants for teens to have lunch and family dinners. Had multiple grocery orders (Wal Mart) with ease. Description is accurate! As mentioned in description, only basic/initial toilet paper and paper towels provided. Pack or purchase more toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, bar soap or body wash, in addition to packing your usual shampoo/conditioners. We would stay again!

This condo is in a great location on Pensacola Beach. The owner is amazing at communication. Also, the kitchen has everything you need to make a wonderful dinner if you plan on cooking in. Also it's a short walk to the beach. I would definitely book this property again!

There are not enough words to describe what a WONDERFUL time my family and I had while on a last minute mini vacation at your piece of paradise. You were so very kind, patient, and helpful. Your condo was so inviting and comfortable and it seemed like everything was arranged so smoothly and effortlessly (codes to get in, parking, etc). Everything was exactly as described if not better. Bed was comfy, condo was clean and near everything. Tyler not only provided the rental loungers but also has extra beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys for the kids. The only thing we needed when we got there was food. We will definitely stay here again

Then condo was ok. They need to update a cpl things. The pullout bed is awful. There is No cushion on the mattress. The cleaning people need to do a better job. There was still alcohol in our fridge. We never could get our pool / walking gate to open with our codes.

We come to Pensacola Beach 2-3 times a year and always stay in Emerald Isle. This was our first time with this homeowner and we will definitely be back! Everything you could want or need was in the condo and everything was spotless and very well taken care of. Communication with the owner was easy and efficient and we cannot wait to stay with Tyler again! Thanks for the fun memories!!
