Thank you very much for considering my condo for your vacation. My name is KC, and I have owned this condo for 16 years and manage it myself. I live at the condo during the winter months, so this is more than a rental property to me – it is my home.

I am honored that over 130 guests have rated my condo 5 stars!

You have my commitment to do everything I can to ensure your vacation is memorable, including having my personal cell phone number which I answer/reply 24x7x52.

Your booking will include two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella (via Lazy Days Beach Service) - a $50/day value. Lazy Days will set up and take down - you just enjoy the beach.

Access to the building and my condo is via the same 6 digit access code, which will be unique to your stay.

Emerald Isle is a 17-story luxury high rise on approximately five acres with 300' of beachfront directly on the Gulf of Mexico. My condo is located on the 14th floor. Emerald Isle is the premier property in Pensacola Beach:
• Gulf Front, so no road to cross to get to the beach.
• Walkable to most restaurants and shopping.
• Unobstructed views of the Gulf.
• Private balconies.
• Heated pool and Jacuzzi year round.

My condo features:
• All new kitchen appliances installed in 2022/23.
• Completely repainted in 2023.
• Luxury furnishings.
• King bed (master), queen bed (guest) and queen & 2 twin premium air mattresses.
• Master bedroom opens directly onto the balcony.
• Fully equipped kitchen
• TVs with Roku in master and guest bedrooms and living room (see note below)
• Washer & dryer
• I use the premier cleaning service on the island, BBClean.
• Free parking for 1 vehicle

PLEASE NOTE:
• My condo has blackout roller shades in the Master Bedroom, blackout cellular shades in the 2nd bedroom and 97% light blocking roller shades in the living room.
• All TV's are Roku/streaming equipped with most major streaming services. You may need to use your own accounts to stream, though the TV in the Living Room has Netflix, ESPN, Paramount+, Peacock, Disney and other services logged in. I do not have cable TV.
• A single additional parking registration **may** be available (not guaranteed, it is first come, first serve for the limited extra parking spots) and is $25/night.

This condo is in a great location. The accessibility and convenient location to the beach, shopping, and restaurants is fantastic! You can walk to everything in minutes! The pool is very nice also. Communication with the owner is easy and fast. We had an issue with the ice machine not working for our stay and she helped with a solution, but it would have been more convenient to have ice in our condo.

Condo was more than expected. Very well furnished. KC was attentive. Paperwork/instructions were on point. Property as a whole was well maintained. Pools were clean. Beach was perfect. Would stay here again.

This was an amazing location in Pensacola Beach. Right on the water with a great pool and beach access. The space had two good sized bedrooms (one bedroom with an ocean view!) and 2 bathrooms which worked perfectly for my husband, toddler and I. The building was relatively quiet and the condo was very spacious for the 3 of us. KC did a great job providing an incredibly extensive guide for the area and the property and was super communicative through our trip. Check-in was very seamless and overall would highly recommend!

This property was clean and well stocked! The views were beautiful. Location was perfect to walk, golf cart or trolley! Easy access to beach and loved having the chair / umbrella rental. Would definitely stay here again! The owner was very helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful stay.

The location of the condo is excellent. It is close to restaurants, convenience stores, shopping and more. Beautiful view, clean, and furnished like your own home. The owner is very kind and makes sure your stay is the best!! I would definitely stay again!

This property was dated and needed to be painted. Had stains on the walls and ceilings. Had no area in either bathroom to place make-up or toiletries so they had to stay packed - even during use. Patio furniture was old and worn. Had only one working elevator for 17 floors of 136 condos, so the wait for an elevator was long and crowded. Only had three luggage carts and they were in high demand, so the wait was long to get one. Other than that, it was OK.

This property was perfect for my family. The condo is beautiful and well equipped with everything you may need. The property owner was so courteous and helpful with any questions that I may have had. We were late arriving due to airline issues and he checked on us via text to make sure all was good once we got settled. This property is the perfect location close to shopping, restaurants and night life. It was nice having both the pool and ocean available to swim in. Hot tub was nice as well. Highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay here again.

We like to stay in this condo on our yearly trip if possible, but this was the first year in this particular suite. The view was fantastic and we were able to watch dolphins and rays from the balcony every day. The walk to the beach is short and easy, the chairs that come with it are convenient and the pool is always clean. The facility is always clean and well kept. Having small kids we love how secure the property is and all the guests are always welcoming. The property owner was always a message away and made sure we were taken care of. Would for sure be willing to come back.

Everything about our stay was awesome! The check in process was effective and easy. The condo was decorated beautifully, comfortable, and had amazing views of the water. The host was quick to respond and did check in to ensure things were going smoothly. This was our first time in Pensacola and we loved it. Everything was so convenient and we can’t wait to go back!! Loved the condo and the view! Good size for 3 kids under 5 too. Loved the 2 free beach chairs and umbrella, even though we were only allowed the umbrella up one day. Great communication with property manager too! Only suggestion would be some better pillows for the master bed!

The property was beautifully appointed, the view was next-level. The condo was better than advertised, in my opinion. The owner was in touch with me several times during our stay, to make sure it was to our standards and liking. He also had a homemade jam for us which was absolutely delish! We felt completely at home; very catered to and the property far exceeded our expectations; we're ready to book again!

We decided to get away after Christmas with my parents. This place was close to some of the best food we found and a few shopping places. It was the perfect spot for a nice, quiet, relaxing break.

We stayed at the condo for four nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well equipped and the views were stunning! Access to the beach was easy. KC was easy to reach and checked in with us before and during our visit. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

The owner offered up his cell immediately after booking. Just before the trip he let me know the dishwasher wasn’t working. He had someone come hand wash our dishes at the midpoint of our stay and provided two beach chairs for the length of our stay. The condo was clean and well stocked. On check in the code didn’t work and he was immediately responsive and able to let us in. Would recommend this condo! Great place to stay and super helpful owner!

We enjoyed our recent stay very much. It was a our first trip to Pensacola and we will be back. The condo is walking distance to the pier and restaurants and the view cannot be beat. We loved watching dolphins from our 14th floor balcony while having coffee each morning!

The communication with our host through the whole process was amazing. KC gave great instructions prior to & during our visit to help us get the most out of our trip. Check-in instructions were clear and detailed, making the process simple to follow & stress-free. The unit is conveniently located within walking distance to most restaurants and attractions. We appreciated the personal guide that was in the unit giving information and suggestions to local spots. The condo itself was very clean and well set up, complete with beach toys & games. The whole complex was well maintained and the staff friendly. We would highly recommend this host and would definitely stay again.

KC was an amazing host who was super informative and made sure everything was just right for our stay. We stayed during Blue Angels weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better condo. It was clean, it was in a great location, and it offered an awesome Blues experience. We watched from the balcony one day. Then we moved down to the Gulf for the next day. The last day we walked over to the sound side for the show. Overall this condo was perfect and provided everything we needed/wanted.

Beach location was perfect! I will say that if you like to sleep in past sunrise you should take an eye mask. The condo does not have any treatments on the windows to block out light in the early morning hours. Everything else was perfect!

We had an amazing time at the condo! The condo was clean when we arrived and it had everything that we needed. Everything in the property was working and in good condition. Knute was checking on us to make sure everything was as expected. It’s in a great location. The beach wasn’t crowded and there were several restaurants, shops and entertainment within walking distance. The only improvement I can see would be to add window blinds or curtains in the den in case someone is sleeping in the sofa bed, which we may need to do the next time we’d go since we’d have my parents with us then. Absolutely, no complaints. Will return!
