Not good for resting, and doesnt look like 4 star hotel

Location OK

At 3am the persons in nearby room starts talking. And you can hear every single word - walls are so thin. This happened both nights we stayed there thus preventing us from good rest with our 6yo. All while we asked for quiet room. Rooms dont have tea in rooms or robes. Dusts everywhere.

Excellent experience.

Very close to the metro station. Room was great and clean. They let me check in before 2pm and I got a free upgrade. I will definitely come back. If you want to have breakfast outside there are plenty of places.

Perfect Hotel for Alcatraz.

Perfect location for a concert at The Alcatraz (7m walk). Area was safe good connection metro to centre. Hotel was youthful and nice staff .

Will definitely stay again on our next Milano visit, great for families

Hotel was great don’t expect luxurious stay but very cool and stylish. Staff was very helpfull also special thanks to Roberto on reception. He struggled to find aroom for our extra night stay.

Good base but a bit of ware and tear

The location was close to the metro for easy access to the city centre. There were also some small bars close by and a supermarket. I had a single room and the bed was slightly bigger than a single bed. It was comfy with a tv at the end to watch before I fell asleep. There were complimentary shower gel, soap and shower cap. I stayed 2 nights and the room was cleaned while I was there with my towels changed.

The room looked nice and the bed was comfy however there was a lot of wear and tear. The plug sockets were all lose. The light in the shower was out and the shower curtain wasn’t long enough so the bathroom floor got wet. The toilet roll holder was falling off the wall as well as the shelf in the bedroom. The walls are thin and unfortunately the people in the room next door seemed to slam about in the early hours waking me up both nights.

Paper thin walls

Walls were paper thin, we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, every conversation, every door opening or closing. Also the towels were not very good and one of them looked dirty with what looked like make up from a previous guest.

Not worth the 4 star rating

It was tastefully decorated. It was fairly peaceful.

Don’t understand why this hotel is regarded as 4 stars as I’ve stayed in way better 3 star accommodation. Had better towels in hostels and everything else (whilst it looked nice and modern) felt pretty cheap. Location…really sketchy part of town especially at night and no supermarkets or convenience stores open nearby after 22.00.

Good hotel with a very bad check-in experience.

The breakfast was very good, it had a lot of options to choose.

We arrived at the hotel in the morning of the other day of our paid reservation, after a very delayed flight (we even messaged the hotel to let them know that we were going to be late). We hadn't slept for 24 h and when we went at the reception to do the check in, our room was not cleaned and for around 1 hour the staff was not offering us a solution. Later, we were upgraded to a bigger room, but the wait was exhausting and unjustifiable. A very unpleasant experience - that's a shame because the hotel was very nice and had good facilities.
