The Home
Enter through double doors into large foyer area with immediate views of the ocean and laundry room off of foyer.
Full kitchen has custom cabinets and ocean views and includes stainless steel appliances with a full size refrigerator, smooth top stove, oven, microwave and pots, pans, dishware and glassware, Crockpot, Instant Pot, Blender.
Dining room off kitchen seats four where you can enjoy a relaxing meal at home.
Living room boasts wall of glass doors which opens to screened veranda and has direct unobstructed views of the beach and the ocean. Curl up after a long day on the beach to enjoy watching movies on 52" flat screen DishTV with 252 channels or your favorite streaming channels from the comfortable sofa that seats 2 and the 2 recliners that rock and swivel.
Enjoy relaxing afternoons on the screened-in veranda which is part of the living space and includes a table and four chairs for outdoor dining while you look out at the beach and ocean.
There are two large bedrooms both with king size beds, en-suite full updated bathrooms and ample closet space. Enjoy hearing the waves hit the beach to rock you to sleep at night in the ocean side bedroom that has a flat screen TV and sliding glass doors with separate private access to the screened-in veranda. The second king size bedroom is garden view with 2 La-z-boy swivel rockers and flat screen TV for added privacy and separate area to watch TV.
The condo has pristine white tile floors throughout, white paint throughout, white custom kitchen and all white custom bathrooms both with walk-in showers renovated in 2022.
Amenities provided are full size washer and dryer with detergent. Kitchen amenities include coffee pot with k-cups for a fresh cup of coffee anytime, put your favorite meal in the crockpot provided and when you come in from the beach dinner is ready. Bathroom amenities include soap, shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, blowdryer, washcloths and towels. Plenty of beach towels, deck box on front porch offers guests the use of various rafts and snorkel gear.

There is a pool membership included with this rental and the pool is just steps from the condo. The pool area includes a hot tub. There is a pool bar and a full restaurant adjacent to the pool. Beach chairs are provided at the beach.

The condo is a short drive to Red Hook which is famous for it's nightlife with lots of choices of restaurants. A marina and marina office where you can take charter motor boats or sail boats for day excursions. There is a people ferry and car ferry to St John and Ferries to the British Virgin Islands. There is Chelsey Drug Store and Moe's Grocery Store along with a gas station, clothing stores and nail salon.
The Island
Spend the day in Charlotte Amalie where the cruise ships doc and you will find boutique shops with clothing, jewelry and souvenirs in this historic district of shopping right on the beautiful waterfront. Head to Megans Bay Beach for the day and soak in the sun while enjoying a beach hailed as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The park offers lounge chairs, gift shop, restaurant and bar area. There are alot of wonderful restaurants on St Thomas. Stop in at Yacht Haven Grande between Charlotte Amalie and Havensight and you will see some of the worlds largest private Yacht's in their slips with luxury shops such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, White House/Black Market and many others. Enjoy the views of the island by taking a tour in an open air Safari/Taxi

My husband and I stayed here with another couple. This place was in the perfection location, it was the perfect space and we had the best time! It’s not easy to find a 2 bedroom with 2 king beds, so this was perfect. It’s literally steps away from the beach. She even has floaties, coolers, etc. for you to use. Everything was very clean.
Holly has thought of everything that you may need for your vacation. She not only sends you all the details in advance but there is a binder there as well with all the info.

Overall we really enjoyed the condo and had a great time on the island. It was our first time visiting the Virgin Islands so we didn't know what to expect. Here's some highlights:
Location - The east end is wonderful and not crowded. Loved the proximity to Red Hook for dining, groceries, and to get on the ferry. Also close to other beaches and resorts.
The property - the very private feeling beach was great, lots of amenities. The pool and restaurants were great too. We spent a lot of time on the property!
The condo - the condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Great view of the beach and loved that there is a private walkway just steps away from the beach as advertised! Holly has everything covered in the condo, everything you need for a great stay is available to use. Holly was so helpful and very easy to contact. She has great resources for anything you might need, all in the app, which was so helpful and informative. She answered questions so quickly, it really put us at ease not having been on the island before. Really felt safe and conformable knowing they are on a generator for power. I have heard since booking that not all places have a generator and it's a good idea to look for a place with it.
All in all, the vrbo was great, we have really no complaints and really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Holly!

Me and my two daughters had a great stay. First, holly is probably the best Vrbo host I have ever worked with- she was available for any question / issue. The home itself is very comfortable and has two very separate private bedrooms which were great, but then a nice sized common area to hang out in. It was a bit too hot to be out on the porch for our stay but it’s a lovely view of the beach and Palm trees. Absolutely anything you could need was in the unit with amazing labeling, easy to use instructions for everything. We were also able to get in early as the cleaning had been done before our arrival. Overall truly an excellent stay it really felt like being at home. Thanks again!!!!

We brought our daughter and a friend for her birthday. We had a great trip. The condo is wonderfully laid out with everything you need. We were very comfortable. The beach, pool, and restaurants were excellent and convenient to have nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo did not disappoint! From the comfortable accommodations to the location on the beach, this condo comes equipped with everything you need in the kitchen (except food), coolers, rafts and towels for the beach. The condo is also located a couple of miles from Red Hook which has many tasty restaurants and the marina where you can catch the ferry.
Holly the host is easy to work with and provides a plethora of information about the condo and local activities.
Our favorite restaurants in Red Hook were- Pesce for Italian food and Agave for Mexican, both were excellent.
Highly recommend taking the ferry to St. John and visiting Trunk and Maho Bays. On St. Thomas, make sure to go to Magens Bay, but coordinate your visit on a day there aren’t any cruise ships. Saphire beach, close to the condo was beautiful and had a good beach bar/restaurant.

Holly is a superior host! Holly proactively communicated a beautiful online Welcome Book which provided all the fine details we needed to ensure we had everything we needed when we arrived. She always welcomed questions and responded timely both prior to our stay and during our stay.
The property is cozy with everything you need to enjoy your time at the condo, on the beach, or by the pool. We loved the screened in balcony! It was perfect in the morning while relaxing with coffee or in the evening enjoying a cocktail. Restaurants/Bar right now the beach were easy to get to and delish!

With the close proximity to crystal blue waters and two restaurants in walking distance, we found it hard to pry ourselves from this location to go explore. Nicely appointed condo, few minor blips but nothing major. Holly was always available with a prompt response. Everyone agreed we would come back and stay at this exact location again. The unit was better than the description. We had two couples staying the week. Although we ate out most meals, we did cook breakfasts, one dinner and some reheating. There were plenty pots and pans including granite stone non stick. There was an ample supply of coffee K-Pods.
The furniture was clean and comfortable with a couch and two recliners in the living room and two recliners in the garden bedroom. There was two tables, one inside and one on the screened in covered patio both seating four.
Our wives loved all the pillows on the beds. Personally one is enough for me. Both of us guys have back issues so mattresses are crucial. When I first sat on the bed and felt how soft the mattress was I thought for sure I would be sleeping on the couch. To my surprise the mattress was very comfortable and neither one of us had a problem.
The view out the front was amazing!! Palm trees, beach and ocean with several shades of blue. Once you exited the unit your feet were in the ocean in under two minutes. Being an inclosed bay the waves were minor and the water was in the 80's.
The one major complaint we had is that the time went by way too fast. I should of booked more than the one week.

Absolutely the very best place to stay on St Thomas! Calm beautiful beach that is peaceful and family friendly. Condo is very very well equipped, every dish or utensil or cup or appliance you could need! Washer dryer looked new! Best view of beach, water, islands from veranda! Screened in veranda made sitting outside better than all of the other condos! Fans everywhere but great ac for night time sleeping! Holly is the best!!! Hope we get to come back! Hollys beach front property is exactly as advertised ! The condo is very well stocked. You can tell Holly has put a lot of thought in making her guests have an enjoyable stay. Gorgeous calm, blue water ,beach just feet from the property. 2 restaurants on the beach within very close proximity. The best part of this condo is the location! The balcony is a bit outdated but other than that, it is the perfect place for a family to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Holly was a great host and was always quick to respond.

Very comfortable home. Super easy access to the beach. Flotation devises were an extra plus. It was wonderful to float in the calm waters (for hours). Beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen had all and anything we needed. There was even a cooler to use for the beach. You were close to many great restaurants, in walking distance. Red Hook was 5 min away with a food store and many other restaurants. Holly did have a parking spot; if we chose to rent a car. Most likely would next time. Taxi rides were quite expensive. $12.00/person/one way. A 5 min trip to Red Hook, (3 passengers) round trip, costs over $60.00.
Regardless, Holly was a great host and would recommend her home 100%.

We visited the ISVI for my youngest daughter’s senior trip. The accommodations were in a good location, clean and the owner thought of so many minor details that greatly improved our stay from items needed in the condo to where to go for dinner. Communication with the owner was seamless and they were always available for questions related to local customs and any thing else we randomly thought of. Beachfront property with great views and close to the car ferry to St John. We definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

I am so happy we chose this rental. It was a perfect size for the four of us with two comfortable king size beds. The kitchen was very well equipped (more than I have seen with other rentals on the mainland). The owner was communicative and easy to get ahold of and left a great visitors book with hints about the island. The WiFi was excellent and there were three AC units which is really good for the amount of space. The amenities were perfect as well. You walk directly out to the beach (this was perfect for us because we could switch off with the kids), there is a really nice, big pool and hot tub and it stays open late. There was a bar poolside but also a beach bar with great food and drinks a two minute walk away. It is w/in 10 min of another beach (Lindquist beach) which was beautiful. We would love to come back again and stay here - it was the perfect combination of having space to spread out but with a resort like feel.

This is our 7th time at Cowpet Windward and we are always happy with their condos. Holly's condo has two king beds, and we appreciate the great view as well. Everything worked in the condo. There was enough paper supplies so we didn't have to get anything for a week. Nice to have remotes on the lights, ac units and fans. We will be back.

For our 1st time visit to St. Thomas, we picked the best condo on the island. For 2 couples in their 70's, world travelers, this condo provided everything we needed + more. Beautifully decorated, direct view of the beach, owner responses were practically immediate, wonderful restaurant on property - Carribean Fish Market, so close to the Red Hook Ferry and many other restaurants and beaches. Wish we would have spent more than 4 nights! We even got the hang of driving on the left - drivers were very considerate and the locals were always helpful and friendly.

Supplied beach towels were plenty and large size. There's a well equipped kitchen and full size washer & dryer. Felt safecwalking area condo complex. Would happily rebook this condo when visiting St Thomas. The owner, Holly, was quick to reply to text inquiries before & during our stay. About 5 minutes to Red Hook. Nothing to due with condo but
