This two-story, 3,500 square foot house sleeps ten, with two king beds, one queen, two twins, a sleeper sofa and four bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.
Shaded furniture on the brick lanai faces a vast blue waterway spreading out behind the house. For a closer look, lie back on recliners along the waterside patio and watch the reflection of slow-moving clouds on the mirrored surface. Just as you’re telling each other nothing could possibly enhance the view, a dolphin breaks the surface and continues on her way.
The waterway makes the ideal backdrop for a poolside barbeque you cook up on the gas grill, for a swim in the heated pool and for luxuriating in the raised hot tub with bricks that double as coasters for your tropical blended drinks.
Or you might opt to enjoy those tropical blended drinks on the second floor balcony beside a cluster of palms, cooled by fragrant winds off the canal.
The view is also the centerpiece of the exquisitely designed interior, where floor-to-ceiling windows beneath cathedral ceilings fill the space with light.

We loved the home and it was perfect for our kids and grandkids. Pool and spa were very nice and warm. Plenty of seating in the family room and patio area. New patio furniture. The extra full size fridge in the garage was a plus. Pack n play and pool toys. A highlight was the dolphin that came by 2-3x a day. The office checked in multiple times. We would love to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. From kayaking with dolphins each morning right from the private patio, to daily short walks to the beach, we could not have asked for more. The homeowner provided so much information about things to do in the area during Christmas week, including restaurant recommendations and Parade of Homes Holiday light tour route. Marco Island Vacation Properties responded very promptly when a a second floor shower developed a leak through the kitchen ceiling below. Although they could not schedule a repair as it was the day before Christmas, they were at the house within a few hours of being notified. We will definitely return to this beautiful property again!

Company and they were out same day to take care of it. The maintenance guy was professional and respectful of our privacy. Not only did the rental company take care of the rental details but they also initiated contact to see if anything was needed. Great house, great rental company, great vacation spot!

Amazing house! What is even more exciting, we got to observe dolphins on the private water front of the house. One of the dolphins literally pass by us! It’s a wow location, wow views, wow house! Short walk to the public access of the beach through Maple street. The bicycles were amazing bonus that we got to enjoy as well. Garage is full with pool and beach gear, fishing and canoe. We had everything we needed! A lot of bathroom and beach towels that we never ran out of. The kitchen is full equipped to prepare any meal styles. We had everything we needed!!! Thank you for the thoughtfully prepared home!!!

What a beautiful property and location. Even with Hurrican Ian, the home was in great shape. The owners kept my husband fully updated on the condition of the property after Ian. Thankfully we could only see the damage to the screened area, which was fixed during our stay. The home was very confortable for the entire group. Enough space for alone time or family time. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.What is most impressive was the decor throughout the property. Very thoughfully placed in every room.One of the best memories would be seeing the dolphins, one was so close to the wall that I may have alerted all the neighbors and maybe the island of it presents. The only thing I would change is the temperature of the hot tub, it never seemed to get hot enough.We would absolutely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

The house was perfect! We’ve been coming down to Marco for 6 years now and this by far was the best house and rental company! We had an issue with the toilet and they were so responsive and fixed it so quickly! Can’t wait to come down and stay at this house again!

We had a terrific week at 123 Landmark!
Every day we had amazing weather!!
The views of the cove was truly incredible!! I did yoga by the water every morning!! Our kids enjoyed the bikes and kayaks!!
The blender was broken, and since we like to enjoy blended adult beverages- we ordered a new one from Amazon and had it delivered. We left it behind so the next family could enjoy it as well!!
A few things to mention-
The pool and patio were very nice. But the pool was a bit smaller than we realized (seemed larger in photos). We have 4 teenagers and with 3 adults, it was a bit crowded at times. I’d guess it was about 10’x 30’ in size. The hot tub was awesome though!
The master bathroom was really large and nice!! Loved the large vanity!! The only thing that I would like to see updated was the shower fixture in the master shower. My husband is really tall and it was just not a large enough shower head for the water to reach past the bench. It’s a really nice bathroom, but the shower head could use an upgr

Great house, great location, we found a beer bottle and beer can under the kids bed as soon as we arrived. The master bedroom hot tub was broken and the upstairs A/C unit was shut off. Do not trust what the property management group tells you, and do not trust the cleaning company. The owner has a very nice home and allowing us to use their "toys" made our trip even better, but the management team owner ruined a couple of days for us.

Set up worked great for our group. The master bedroom/large bath was located on the main floor. The remaining 3 bedrooms were all located upstairs, with two additional full bathrooms. The upstairs also had the game room where the grandkids found a Wii video game and had a blast using! The 4th full bathroom was on the main floor located off the kitchen area. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. (A salad spinner would be nice to have. Also a stainer for pasta.) The refrigerator was plenty big- and we also utilized the fridge-freezer in the garage. The pool was a bit smaller- but the kids still enjoyed the swimming immensely. The hot tub spa was used everyday as the air temperatures weren't super warm yet. We found the fishing pools and supplies in the garage- my soon and grandkids enjoyed fishing (catch-release) off the back wall into the bay. The night view of the bay was so pretty! We saw manta rays float past one morning. And one late afternoon we saw three dolphins- a trip highlight! We never used the kayaks but they were there. The house had three bikes, and we rented an additional smaller bike for a seven year old grandson. We were able to walk to the beach everyday (the beach access that is about a block away from the Marriott). This is probably is a 10-15 minute walk. We used the beach chairs and wagon that were located in the garage. I think that beach access point is not nearly as busy/crowded as the South Beach access. And it’s a great location- close to the JW Marriott to walk over and get a drink at the Tiki Bar. (However due to Covid and Spring Break- the Marriott was not allowing anyone NOT staying at the resort to go onto their property- so no Tiki drinks for us this trips!) Overall the house was great for space and location, and we had a splendid week making some fun family memories!

June 2020 Stay
From the moment we opened the front door, we were blown away by the property. The views are spectacular. The accommodations were clean and welcoming. It had everything you needed. What we didn’t realize is that the property came with a couple of kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and even wagons to bring to the beach. The 9 minute walk to the public beach access entrance was so convenient and the wagons came in quite handy for bringing all our beach gear. The LED lighting inside and putside of the house at night sets a fun mood for relaxing. So many places to sit and lounge around the pool, down by the canal/water. Kayaking from the house was easy and beautiful. It’s quiet and peaceful. This was a great location to social distance and still feel like you were on vacation during a pandemic. We will definitely return. Special thanks to the hosts.

Spring Break getaway. This home is furnished with everything you need to hit the beach. The beach was an 11 minute walk and super easy to get to. Every bathroom has a massive quantity of towel/wash cloths/hand towels. Beach towels were also furnished. Grill area with screened in pool was used several times every day. Kayaks were a hit with young and old. We saw a dolphin every day from the house. In short....THIS HOME IS CLEAN AND AMAZING!!!
