Breakfast adequate,location lovely
In room 10 there was a dreadful drainage smell from the bathroom shower, quite overwhelming in the morning. Drew this to the attention of the Management on checking out, no sympathetic response or any offer of compensation. Very unimpressed, couldn't wait to hit the road and get some fresh air!

Everything - staff, room, breakfast, evening meal, plenty of parking, great for walking and travelling to other areas. Highly recommended and I will stay there again. THANKS.
There was nothing I didn’t like.

Very nice food in the evening and at breakfast, friendly staff lovely location. The homemade pies are excellent with proper homemade pastry {as we later found out}.
No information within the room at all - including on the back of the door. Fire escape instructions may help one day - god forbid, also we may have had the information that the bathroom light is on a sensor so that when the light goes out whilst showering {this happened to each of us} we have no need to panic. We were given instructions by the Landlord of meal times etc and when we asked were told of the missing fire evacuation procedure/instructions.

At breakfast the scrambled eggs, toast, juice and cereal were very good. The staff were lovely, very prompt and and helpful, and the service was speedy. In the evening, the food was good, delicious fishcakes, sausages and mash.

Return weekend visit. Really comfortable room, excellent food (particularly breakfast). Staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The Inn is in a beautiful location for direct walks or visiting the wider Dales area.

All you could eat and good fair. Several options on everything - though only one brand of Brown Sauce!
It was in the middle of nowhere (Exactly what I wanted!) so TV and Mobile Signals tended to be very slight or nothing. The Internet was good, though.

Good
No comfy chairs to relax in as opposed to straight backed dining chairs when dining

The Gluten free options and a he general care for guests was exceptional.

Smart bar and bedroom areas. Good fresh cooked breakfast
Lacks a bit of character and atmosphere in the open plan dining / bar areas, but this probably depends on how busy it is. The 80s background music.
