About this apartment rental
This treasure is a one of a kind located Directly in Ogunquit village. We are just steps away to this incredible town for shopping, ice cream, dining, entertainment and so much more. We are also a very short walk to our amazing and recognized Main beach also voted Best of the Best beach in America by TripAdvisor. We are the fourth driveway from the village making this one the closest rental properties to Ogunquit village and the beach, you won't find any property with this much privacy and large yard in town. Enjoy a short stroll to the Marginal way and follow to Perkins Cove for additional shopping and eateries.
Our home/condo is unique from other rentals; we sit 300 feet back from Main Street in a quiet country setting on a private safe drive, but yet a three minute walk to town. We have an amazing large back yard for adults and children to enjoy which is unheard of in town. We offer "The Salty Shack" for your convenience stocked with beach chairs & toys along with a wagon to make your trip to the beach easier. We also can accommodate up four vehicles at Tranquility which is a plus for our in town location. Our off season renters will enjoy the sights & sounds of the seasonal stream that runs in the back of the property, great sleeping to. We also have a Gas fire pit in the backyard to sit around and enjoy and share stories of the day. It is not uncommon to sit on the back deck or patio and hear the tide rolling in.
This property offers three levels of living with a large fourth bedroom on the third floor that has two queen beds a bath along with a nice flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities including lobster tools. We are a one of a kind in the village
One thing is for sure, if you are looking for a perfect location, fun on the beach, no stresses on where to park and convenience to everywhere, this is the spot!
We do book up quickly but keep your eyes open for cancellations.

We had a great stay! The town and amenities were super walkable. The Hosts were great at communicating, and super friendly. The home was well put together, and enjoyable! Thank you for everything! Cant wait to come back. :)

This house was so much bigger than I expected! There were just 4 of us on this trip, two couples, but a party 8 or even 10 would fit comfortably. 4 big bathrooms, all the beds were comfy. And you cannot beat the location. We never had to use our car the entire weekend. We walked everywhere. Downtown shopping and restaurants are a 3 min walk, the Greenery (breakfast) is a 3 min walk in the other direction. We walked down to the beach. And the house was clean and comfy. Loved the gas fireplace and the house was decorated for Christmas, which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Main Street Ogunquit is alive with inviting shops and wonderful restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed "Tootsie" at the Ogunquit Playhouse. So much talent - the actors, singing, dancing, and writers were equal to any Broadway show I've ever seen. After a day on the town, the condo was perfect - inviting, relaxing, and thoroughly enjoyable.

Rich and Cindy were wonderful hosts. Our VBRO was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and had a fabulous backyard! But, best of all, its location was just a 5-minute walk to the center of town. Being able to enjoy such beautiful surroundings in such a fun town made this girlfriend's getaway one to remember!

Family trip including the kids and grandparents. Excellent location, a 1 minute walk to town. Tons of places to eat and shop. Maybe a 15 minute walk to the beach, but it doesn’t seem that long since you are walking through the Main Street of the town. The house was very large for us - 2 toddlers, 2 adults, and 2 seniors. We had a bedroom to spare. Very Large and spacious. Great little yard in back with a gas fire pit. I would recommend for families with young kids.

There were nine of us staying together and the house was spacious and so accommodating. The area is wonderful so close to all of our needs. We loved it and hope to return soon.

Great property with the best location you can ask for! Feels secluded but is steps away from the downtown area of Ogunquit, easily walkable to the beach and several restaurants and shops. Perfect for a family vacation!

We were looking for a location in Qgunquit for a 3-night stay with friends. The location is perfect...walkable to shops, restaurants, the beach and the beginning of the Marginal Way. While we were only a group of four, the home could easily sleep 10 with 3 1/2 baths. The home is very well maintained with a cozy, nautical theme but most impressive is how they have set everything up so that necessary items are easy to find. We would highly recommend!!

We were 10 of us on a staycation weekend away during Thanksgiving. The property is amazing and the hosts were extremely efficient with communication.
I think I would definitely stay at this property again. the only thing is they don't provide linens which can be a hassle for a larger family traveling here but in their defense, they communicate that well in advance and don't charge a cleaning fee.
The property is in the heart of the town and walking distance from shops and the beach.

The unit was very clean and had plenty of room for our group of 9. It was a very short walk to downtown and the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Richard's property in Ogunquit was just perfect for my husband and me, our 2 children and their spouses and a baby granddaughter. Centrally located with a super easy walk to absolutely any place in downtown Ogunquit, the beach, Marginal Way and Perkins Cove. The home was just as advertised. More than enough room for the 7 of us with clean and comfortable beds and living and dining furniture. We cooked 2 nights in and found the kitchen to be very well appointed with pans, tools and even spices and condiments. 3 large, modern full baths, again, so comfortable for a large group. A great gas firepit out back with plenty of seating too where we enjoyed late night warm apple crisp! Communication with Richard was effortless with clear instructions and quick turn around of answers to questions. In short, when we return to beautiful Ogunquit we will be looking to Richard's property again for a guaranteed comfortable stay.

We just loved this property. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room for everyone. Location Location! Just perfect, we walked to everything. The owners were fantastic. They were in touch with me right up to the day we arrived. The weather wasn’t the greatest so we didn’t get to use the outside space , but it looked great.

The place is right off the main street, but set back so we didn't hear any street noise, etc. Maybe 3 minute walk to coffee shop, shopping, restaurants, etc. We were able to walk to the Marginal Way, walk to the end and back. Close enough that you can run back and drop things off.
House was great, clean, well stocked, large table to play games, etc, also basement room with games, etc. Beds were comfortable.
We had a small issue with a smoke detector and the owner came in immediately to check it and contact someone.
Would go back again!!!

Our family vacation in Ogunquit was perfect. Rich & Cindy were wonderful hosts who always responded quickly & thoroughly to any questions or requests we had from time of booking through checkout. The property was beyond our expectations. The house was very clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated and spacious. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The deck and yard were situated near a wooded area that provided privacy and the sounds of nature, yet it was only a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Main Street and the beach. We highly recommend this property and will be returning.

Tranquility is located close to downtown (great restaurants and shopping) Ogunquit and an easy walk to the beach. Rich and Cindy are perfect hosts and the property exceeded our expectations!

This house is a gem! It is spacious and well appointed and suited our larger group well. The owners are warm and responsive and made check in and check out a breeze. You can’t beat the location—you’re right in the downtown area and have quick access to the beautiful beaches (our favorite is Footbridge with small children) and picturesque Perkins Cove and Marginal Way. We absolutely loved our stay and only wished we could have stayed longer!

Rich was very responsive with any questions I had. Very pleasant to deal with and the property was very easy to access. The condo is beautiful, spotless and well stocked with all the essentials you could possibly need or want. The location is perfect and within walking distance to everything in town, restaurants , the beach you name it! We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again.

A wonderful stay in Ogunquit
The unit was perfectly set up for our family of 3 couples and two young girls and was equipped with pretty much everything we could have possibly needed. The location is also superb as we could walk pretty much everywhere we needed to go in Ogunquit. That was important as traffic and parking both made using our car less than ideal. We had no idea that Ogunquit, and the surrounding communities, would be so "touristy". We loved the outdoor deck and the fire pit. The owners, who live next door, gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants in town, as did the neighbors.

This property is clean and comfortable. The beach and cute town of Ogunquit are a short walk away. Everything we needed for the beach - great beach chairs, a wagon and toys was provided. We would love to return!

Perfect is the best way to describe this home
This rental deserves a 10 star review! Nine of us had plenty of room to enjoy our weekend getaway with three floors and outdoor patio and deck. The home was immaculate, the grounds were pristine and beautiful. The home is located so close to town but hidden away in a private quiet area. We are looking forward to a return visit for sure! The hosts were incredible and so accommodating we couldn’t have asked for anything more!!!

Ladies weekend away
What a great house in a great location eight ladies ages 50+ who get together twice a year for a weekend away and this home in Ogunquit couldn’t have been more perfect. First of all the home was lovely the sleeping arrangements were great the open floor plan on the first floor let us all be doing activities together and being sites range of each other. Rich and Cindy we’re perfect host for us as well. Check-in and parking were easy because of their directions and their suggestions for things to do we’re great. We would definitely go back to this lovely home.

Perfect seaside getaway!
Rented this amazing house for Thanksgiving with my sister & her family. We were two families of five and had plenty of room for everyone. House was neat, clean and beautifully decorated. Property is clearly a labor of love for the owners. Enjoyed the large yard and fire pit and kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials to prep and serve a full Thanksgiving dinner. As much as we loved the house and yard, the real gem of this property is the location... it's walking distance to everything. Took some long walks on the beach and shopped all the quaint stores downtown. Would love to come back in the summer, it's truly the quintessential Ogunquit vacation spot. Thank you to our amazing hosts, our stay was absolutely perfect!

We loved the condo the minute we walked in. It was a wonderful surprise to have the house decorated for Christmas! The owners have supplied everything you need to enjoy a relaxing weekend! We will certainly rent again!

Wonderful location
Perfect house for a stay in OGUNQUIT. An easy stroll to the village center and an easy drive or 15 minute walk to beaches and Perkins Cove. This house is really a gem with a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful backyard, and three full bathrooms. It was a perfect house to share a stay for three couples.

Just Perfect
House was just perfect to fit friends and family of five having their own beds and four bathrooms. House was nicely decorated with lots of attention to detail. Kitchen was fully equipped, they had everything you could possibly need. The backyard was peaceful and lovely to just sit out and watch the squires. Beyond the house it was in a great location!!! So close to walk into town, the beach or even to Marginal way. Owners could not be nicer and available to assist in anyway. If you stay here you will be back.

Beautiful Days in Ogunquit
We loved this place. It was comfortable and cozy, with enough room for our large family. The hosts were kind and accommodating, and it is evident that this property is well cared for. We loved the backyard, with lots of squirrels, chipmunks and even a cardinal. What a lovely place! And Ogunquit, can’t say enough good things about this gem of a New England town!

Outstanding!!
We had a group of 8 adults & the house was more than comfortable for all. We very much enjoyed the deck and beautiful backyard for our morning coffee. We felt like we were remote, but we were just steps from town. Highly recommend!!
