This 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath home is located in the tranquil Morro Bay heights area and boasts sweeping ocean and Morro rock views. This comfortable home has a great layout and huge newly renovated deck that is the perfect place to relax and enjoy incredible views of the ocean and Morro Rock. Once voted best view from the heights in Morro Bay. For golf lovers this home is a short 4-5 min walk to Morro Bay Golf Course. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an adjoining bath with a step in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds. These bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The master, living room and den all enjoy great views. The kitchen is large and well equipped to prepare meals. The den has a flatscreen TV, DVD and comfortable seating to hang out with friends and family. There’s a 2 car garage, washer and dryer and plenty of parking for your convenience.
No Pets and No Smoking. This is strictly enforced.

The waters that make up the bay are contained within a three-mile sandpit and the shores of Morro Bay and Los Osos. The local fishing industry is one of the most important along the California Coast. On the Embarcadero, you can shop, walk to Tidelands Park and play on the pirate ship, or simply sit and watch as the boats make their way to sea.
