Great room and staff but smell of dog next door was unbeeeaaarable

The room was spacious and comfortable at the same time, great location close to shops, good wifi speed, inside apartment was clean, also property manager Paul was amazing, very helpful and accommodating

The smell of the dog right next door had the worst odour every time we wanted to enter or leave our apartment, and the constant barking was annoying

The worst place i ever stay, super bad management

Staff quite helpful

. Before you check in there a long que for car to get in. Their building are so confusing. You have to change two lift before you can reach your apartment. If old people go there by themself it will be terrifying for them. The lift also so scary.

Fair stay...

Exterior building design. Room is spacious. Pool is good.

Lift waiting time was toooo long. Have to switch lift here and there to reach your assigned room. Sticker on lift worn off and difficult to find the assigned lift on first entry. Access to facilities and recreational areas are too complicated. Locked here and there for security purpose but creates too much confusion. Location is public transport unfriendly and basic necessities unfriendly. Dryer takes too long to dry up clothes. Need to do a few rounds before cloth dries up. Staff is helpful but a bit unfriendly.

Not very attractive; many facilities are unusable and closed.

Friendly host, very helpful and always replying promptly. Deposit was returned on the same day check out.

Lift & the route to the parking was the worst nightmare. The management only provided 1 parking lot for three bedroom apartment. If you came with group it will be really hassle to find out side parking and not save at all! The lazy river pool is only open for 18 years and above. Not recommended for travelers with small kids or oldies and grouping.

Not recommended and not coming back

Not really strategic location. 20min from KLCC. So pls dont mislead ppl with the name KLCC. The facilities/amenities are no in good condition.

The cleanliness. The cleaner are obviously not doing their work and operation executive are not checking before handing keys to new tenant. The floor is dirty and sticky, as if someone spill beverage on the floor. There are stain marking on the floor. Doubt that the pillow case and comforter are new and clean.

the property were kept clean & tidy wz minimalist decoration.

there’s only 1 lift to get to CP3 or R lobby from basement carpark. other lift under maintenance for quite sometime according to review.

Cannot entered the pool without swimsuit..but i saw another people i think they are residence around there can swim .. its annoying
