Clean, roomy-near town

We had a wonderful stay here while visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. The condo is located right downtown so it was very easy to walk and explore Estes Park. There is only a few parking spaces at the building, but plenty of parking across the street in the city lot, and having the parking pass made it easy to find parking. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the weekend. There is major construction going on in the town, but no fault to the property owners. It really didn’t bother us too much because we could explore RMNP during the day, and park back at the condo and walk to all the shops and restaurants in town. I would recommend this stay to anyone and we will book again when we go back.

Condo has everything you need and is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the Ariel tram. Parking across the street was easier than parking in the few spots at the condo. Overall would recommend and stay again!

Great location and within walking distance to everything. No need for a car unless you are going hiking/exploring the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Very clean! We did have a car and the parking was slick with pass provided. We will be back. Highly recommend!

The location of this property is perfect! Close to RMNP and just steps away from Estes Park downtown. The unit was cute, clean and has parking!

Great place near the entrance to Rocky Mountain NP and walking distance to downtown Estes Park for restaurants and shopping. The place had the room and amenities for my wife and I. Major construction project ongoing was a distraction (but the owner did alert that to us when we reserved the townhouse). Parking was somewhat challenging due to the construction and only six spots for 12 units. Regardless, we would stay there again if we would revisit the area.

This was my husband and I's first time in Estes...we lucked out and picked this gem that was next to the river and right in the middle of all the shops and places ro eat! The condo was as liated but i will say it does get warm in there with no central AC. The owners did provide fans and a window unit upstairs but it did not so much. Even with that we would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful loft space, great to have separate comfortable space separate from bedroom, and two bathrooms was super appreciated. Walk five minutes to main street and only a few minutes drive to RMNP, The Stanley, etc. Will return!

We loved how convenient this property was to shopping and restaurants and even hiking if you want to check out the Birch Ruins. We loved that we could park the car and walk everywhere. The fireplace was so nice to have because we visited when it was cold and windy.

Condo is very clean and cozy! It’s so close to town and you can walk to places on the main street. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen is very clean and a decent size if you wanted to cook meals. Bed is pretty comfortable. It’s nice the place has two bathrooms. Living area is comfortable too. It’s also relatively quiet despite being right on Riverside. Second time we’ve stayed in this condo building and will do so again. Manager is also very responsive.

Our stay was fabulous! This is the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. We had everything we needed and was short walking distance to food, shopping and amazing coffee shops. The couch and chair were very comfortable and nice to have separate living/sleeping space. Property manager was quick to reply. There is lots of construction going on in town but that is just going to help traffic flow in town! We hope to return and stay here again!

Fantastic Loft, great location, convenient--1 block to the main street for restaurants and shopping. Safeway grocery store just a few blocks away and less than ten minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. Some of the most comfortable furniture I have found in a VRBO rental. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

What a perfect place to stay at for my husband and I. Location was spot on and made access to all of the area shops and restaurants easy. The unit was stocked well and as clean as I have seen. We have already booked to stay again here next year. We highly recommended this place.

Great location to shops and restaurants. We walked most every place once we parked our car. Great location to the Bear Lake in RMNP to do some great hikes. Easy drive to the park entrance. It is also close to Estes Park visitor center to catch the shuttle into the park if you chose to do it that way.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location for hiking in RMNP and enjoying all the things Estes Park has to offer. I would stay here again.

Great spot. It was close to everything, my favorite being the coffee shop, inkwell and brew. Having the river right there was super cool too. Would definitely stay again

Perfect spot to both explore Estes Park and home base for trips into Rocky Mountain National Park.
Like: Location, living room, nice balcony, interesting hot tub open to the upstairs bedroom (wasn't my thing this trip, but would be perfect with a partner)
There were a few things that could be improved: Dining table and chairs were a bit too big for the space (we stacked two of the chairs in a corner so we could more easily get into the fridge), the headboard wasn't attached to the bed or the wall, so it banged when moving during the night, and the parking area is small and not lined, so sometimes there wasn't enough room for us to park - not a big deal as you can park in the lot across the street, but perhaps lines would "help" guests squeeze in a bit more.
The things we liked far outweighed the things we didn't, and would definitely stay here again when we're in Estes Park!

Property was clean and homey. The skylight above the bed was a nice touch, seeing the stars. We found the parking lots very convenient. Walking distance to downtown was great. Would recommend

What an awesome place to stay. It is walking distance to downtown so you park your car and you don't have use it again. Loved hearing the river. Place had everything we needed

There was way more traffic than anticipated. Didn’t know it was on the bypass around downtown. Everything was good but the bypass AND the construction were too much.

Great location. Could use some regular tall glasses, but perfect for what we needed

We loved our stay. The unit was clean and the owners were helpful. Great location.

Proximity to shopping in town was amazing. Directions coming in we're a little off and there's a lot of construction in the area so that took a while to figure out. Address did not match exactly where Apple Maps took us. Once we found out everything was wonderful and it was very spacious and had everything you need! I definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

We were very happy with our stay at the Lofts. It was clean, centrally located within walking distance to restaurants and shops in Estes Park, and had a nice balcony where we sat and enjoyed meals and relaxing after great days hiking.

Great location if you want easy access to downtown Estes Park. Close to shopping & dining, we will definitely come back.

This unit was perfect for a few days get away! It was very clean and well maintained. The furniture is all very comfy, especially the bed! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo to any couple looking for a cozy place to use as base camp for your adventures in RMNP or just hanging out downtown. So much great stuff is walkable from here downtown.

Amazing stay, clean, awesome location, really well insulated as we couldnt hear traffic out front much.
Perfect for walking around town amd close to rmnp. Would stay again for sure!

My mom stayed here for 4 nights. The location was perfect for her because she doesn’t like to drive so she could access several restaurants within a short walk. The unit was well appointed, decorated nicely and had really nice views from the upper deck and windows. The property owner had great communication and was very organized. I highly recommend this as an Estes Park accommodation.

Dusty, carpet coming up , no wash clothes, furniture needs refinishing, very rude text from owner. will not stay there again even though the downtown location is perfect

This loft condo was an excellent choice. It had a nice view of the river and snow covered mountains in the distance. It was walking distance to several businesses. I enjoyed sitting on the upstairs porch and just relaxing. It had all the items needed for a stay. It was a short drive to Rocky Mtn National Park. It worked out perfectly for us.
