The location was great! The views of the mountains and river were beautiful. We enjoyed being able to relax by the water after hiking. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location next to the fall River away from the busy town centre.
Comfortable bed and good shower
We could hear the TV and others talking in neighbouring rooms, but they were generally quiet by 10pm

The location is fantastic and the manager is awesome.
The bed was a bit hard but not the most uncomfortable thing I've slept on.

the mountains views, the property was well maintained and the staff was friendly.
Could have provided more towels every day instead of waiting for us to ask. also trash could have had more bags to use. Coffee should have been given every day too instead of a one time thing.

They didn't have breakfast there. Went into town
No complaints

Very nice front desk person, loved the walk in shower, pretty location, electric fireplace, good coffee, nice to have a microwave and frig.
We were very upset about the noise the person above us made constantly and late into the night. It was advertised as, and pictures showed, that no unit would be above yours. The step leading into the bathroom was dangerous. Small room with too much furniture, blind missing slats, walkway was extremely icy.

I would have liked a bathtub with shower. an up to date hot tub that wasn’t broken half our stay!

Lovely inn with the room furnished like a cabin, electric fireplace, small back patio that looked out over creek. Wildlife in the in yard, elk, turkeys, rabbits and deer. Close to the Estes Park entrance to RMNP. Only stayed one night. Wish we could have stayed several nights. Mark was great with communication and super friendly when we checked in. Definitely recommend if looking for a quiet casual place to stay.
