Perfect location was visiting! Easy to walk around and see the area! Easy to walk to dining and cocktails! Quiet location while still on Main Street

The interesting architecture made it a lot of fun

Everything was great with the exception of the confusion of getting in the second door after hours. The manager responded and got it taken care of.

We had a great kick off to our vacation staying at this property. Music on Main was a great addition right outside the front door. The homemade cookies were a nice touch. The only recommendation would be to have coffee for the guests. We did find a shop right out front...whew!

This is a great location, right on the best stretch of Main Street, walking distance to so much. Big beautiful windows with a balcony looking down and over it all with mountains in the distance. But this location comes with it’s own issue, it’s on THE party block with multiple late night bars/discos operating loudly until 2am - this includes the rowdy people on the street, and on 3 of our 4 nights, street musicians set up and adding to it all. Traffic, loud boisterous voices. If this is your scene and you want to be a part of it, then this would be the perfect spot, just walk downstairs and then back up at the end of it all. But if you want to sleep, or have peaceful evenings, or even just open the big windows and doors during the day, the noise is really too much. Earplugs helped me some, but didnt help my husband. The back bedroom is better than the front noise wise. But really, if you want quiet Thursday through Saturday, this is not the place for you. Wednesday night was wonderful, we just didnt know what we were in for the rest of our nights. And the bath tub is not for soaking, the headrest area is not someplace you want to rest your head. Sounds like I hated it, but really, with those two caveats, it’s a great place. (If you are ok on steep stairs for access.)

Upside is this rental is downtown, the downside is that it is across the street from a loud bar. Noise from the Bar IX lasts into the wee hours of the night; we stayed mid-week and was glad we weren’t there on a weekend. Furnishings are a mix of cheap and sturdy. Bed in room on the street seems to have 2 mattresses pushed together, middle of the bed has an uncomfortable seam/lump. Overall it’s a decent place but light sleepers will be challenged by bar and street noise. The manager offered to let us check out late without a fee if we left a 5-star review.

The apartment is just lovely and a great location. So many amenities. I do however, need to comment on the noise from the street. It makes it so hard to sleep. I looked for ear plugs after the first night and found some excellent ones at the hardware store down the street. However, my husband didn't wear them and didn't sleep well. He is a very heavy sleeper so this was unusual. The traffic noise is all night even during the week. Not idea for when you are trying to have fun on vacation. That really is the only downside.

Loved the location and used the fireplace a lot.

LOVED this beautiful and comfortable place right in the heart of Bozeman! The warmth of the fireplace was amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

Our daughter goes to school at MSU and had to work over the weekend, so we chose to go to Bozeman for Thanksgiving. We had a great time, the apartment is really big and spacious. It was perfect for our weekend. Close to shopping and restaurants.

My friend and I went to Bozeman for a girls getaway. We ate and shopped our way through Bozeman!😄 The location was right downtown so we didn’t need a car. The shops were classic Montana and the restaurants were top notch. Beginning and ending our day in this lovely apartment was absolutely perfect! The carpet needs to be cleaned.

Great location and wonderful food and places to browse shopping. Parking was questionable, but we found a spot behind bldg. Unfortunately, place was not accommodating for early arrival or later departing.

The only trouble we had was locating the entrance to our loft and then carrying the luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Everything else was just perfect! Lots of supplies and even an ice chest , coffee and sugar!!
4.0
On the positive side - this place has great bones. Big windows looking into Main Street, high ceilings, huge doors to a narrow balcony. The mattresses are good.
In the negative - internet access is very poor. It was impossible to stream shows or movies. The air conditioning is limited to the bedroom and is very load. On a small note - there were no mixing bowls. The property was pretty clean but could use some deeper cleaning.
Overall - it is a find and I would stay there again.

We came to Bozeman to celebrate our son’s graduation from MSU. This location provided a very nice place to stay with total convenience to shops, restaurants and town center activities.

Perfect. Best in DT Bozeman. Easy to two entrances into Yellowstone. Couldn't have chosen better.

Nice place. Odd assortment. Two rollings pens. No coffee but Nova next door. CDPlayer with no CD’s. But juggler and bands playing across street. I love the tall windows and mountain glimpse.

Loved being downtown.
Yes ! There’s music playing from across the street but never bothered us at all.
Plenty of restaurants walkable. The Only downside is the steps. If you have any type of heavy suitcases , be prepared for the stairs.
All good though. Lovely accommodations.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay - visited MSU and played in Bozeman. This listing is right downtown and was fantastic. Highly recommended!

We had just a wonderful time in this property. Looking over the Main Street in Bozeman. Can’t wait to return.

The property was centrally located in downtown Bozeman. Close to restaurants and activities. The property was clean and had a neat feel, owing to the historic nature of the building. Also, not a far drive to Big Sky for skiing. I would stay here again definitely.

This is right in downtown Bozeman, so you are close to everything. With that being said, it was very loud. We don't normally care, but the neighbors kept us up as well as street noise. Just beaware. The condo is fully stocked!! It also has nice tall ceilings. We are a family of 4 and there wasn't enough seating in living room. The other thing to be aware is that parking is in the back of building, so you have to walk around the front (no access to back from condo). You will also have 2 codes to use to get into the building then into the condo. All and all we would probably stay there again.

I am beyond disappointed in my stay. I was super excited about the location and the unit. Upon arrival in Bozeman it was -3 degrees and when I got to the unit the heat was not on and in fact didn't work. I turned up antiquated based board heaters that did little to nothing to heat the rooms (except the bathroom) and used the space heaters provided which also were not putting off a lot of heat. Additionally, the fireplace did not work. Note, I was told at least twice the unit was not promoted with a fireplace however the pictures show the fireplace and when I arrived, although you could tell is was under construction, the fireplace had a pilot light. When ANOTHER space heater was brought to my unit the person who delivered the space heater commented that the fireplace had previously been used to heat the unit. UNBELIEVABLE!

Unbelievably convenient location on
Main St in Bozeman's downtown area. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping for clothes, art, etc. The space has very tall ceilings with super tall windows with beautiful hardwood throughout.
Very easy check in and out process. We'll be back!

The apartment is very nice and great location right downtown. The only downside was noise from the bar across the street until late at night one of the nights we were there. Otherwise it was great and we would gladly stay there again.

If you want to stay in the middle of downtown Bozeman this is your place. Everything was within walking distance. On the weekends there were some street performers that played until almost midnight would be my only caution if that bothers you. It was not an issue for us.

We loved the windows overlooking Main Street and took advantage of the balcony, sitting on the outdoor chairs provided every evening. Thank you!

Perfectly located in the center of town; easy walk to all in-town destinations. The Loft was clean and well maintained with lots of character. We stayed during a hot spell and the air-conditioners in the two bedrooms with the use of fans were able to comfortably cool off the unit. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our coffee every morning people watching. The few questions that we had were quickly answered by text. After we checked out, my sister realized she left a bag of gifts in the Loft; I contacted our Host and they were able to retrieve them and were very helpful in getting them back to us. Overall, we were very satisfied and would stay in the Loft next time we were in Bozeman.

Property was as advertised. The easy access to Main Street was perfect for us. We loved early morning downtown walks and people watching in the evening. Some reviews mentioned noise as an issue but we did not experience that problem. Parking was a challange at times but we managed to work through it each day. If you want location, location, location…this is your spot.

Great place in perfect downtown location
Due to last minute change to our itinerary we needed a place to stay in Bozeman over the July 4th weekend and we’re lucky to snag this lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath loft on Main Street near all the action. Yes there was traffic noise during the day and nightlife noise in the evening but you’re staying in a trendy, lovely college town so of course there will be noise but we slept soundly every night (including July 4th) with the AC unit in the bedroom acting like a white noise machine. Parking was slightly confusing at first because check-in instructions implied (or I misinterpreted) that there was one spot with “Flats Above Main” signage when in fact there were multiple spots with 2 signs which states that those spots were for customers of the businesses in that building which includes Flats Above Main so as long as you parked in one of those spots you were fine. We were in and out multiple times over the course of our 3 day stay and only once we’re all spots taken but then we just parked in the corner “Rouse” lot which offers free 2 hour parking and then we moved our car back to the designated spots directly behind the building. Those spots clear out often because people use them to patronize the other businesses in the building and then leave. All in all a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this great place. Owners were very responsive to questions although we had no negative issues which needed to be addressed.

Downtown Bozeman
Wonderful place on the main street in downtown Bozeman. Close to all the restaurants and bars. There are also a lot of shopping opportunities in walking distance. As far as the place, it was big and clean. Recommended.

The home is on Main St. across the street there is a restaurant / bar which turns into a night club at 10pm and they play loud music unit 2am and then drunk people hang out screaming and yelling until 3am. I sent two night at this place and i did not get any sleep. on the second day i received an email asking me to review the property. in my review I mentioned the noise from the bar / restaurant. a few hours later I received an email simply saying management can not do anything about street noise. I got the impression they simply don't care. I sent over $1000 for a two night stay, I had no sleep and I was very disappointed on how they handled learning i could not sleep because of the noise. Also, the unit has no assigned parking and its first come first serve.

Excellent Bozeman visit
This was a great location in the heart of Bozeman surrounded by great restaurants and night life. It did get a bit loud on Thursday night with the return of the college kids but we didn’t mind….. it was kind of nice hearing them all have such a good time. Loved the high ceilings and beautiful windows.

Great loft in a perfect location
This downtown loft was a great home base for our family’s visit to Montana. The unit was clean, well-equipped and in an awesome location. I read complaints about the downtown street noise. Though it is loud on weekends, you can’t hear it in the bedrooms.
Highly recommend this location.
