Nice sized Junior Suite - 2 comfortable sofas in the room and the bed was great! Slept like a baby and we enjoyed our stay with a view. Parking onsite was handy and the location was safe. We loved the breakfast as it was tasty and the lady serving us was friendly with a smile. We didn't use the pool as wasn't sure if it was cleaned out or not.
It didn't' look like in the photos but we slept well.

Nothing
Horrible people. No electricity and internet. Small rooms. Dirty pool. Noisy. A total waste of money. I didn't even spend the night it was so bad.

Was an excellent choice. Near to the town and close to the beach.

The grounds here are quite beautiful; there are two pools too and although we didn't swim in them, it looked like the maintenance crew were cleaning them daily. There is a lush, lovely garden which is well-tended, full of birds and greenery--quite charming. The staff that we encountered on a daily basis were quite friendly and helpful--sincerely helpful and friendly.
The main problem is that what we booked and what we got did not correspond. We booked a room with a "garden view", which featured a window in the photos. On arrival, there was no window in the room, so it was very dark and musty (which added to the cramped unpleasantness of the small damp room). When I pointed this out to the reception staffer, she said simply that we could upgrade for an additional fee. My Spanish wasn't good enough to argue much about this, so I contacted booking.com, who didn't seem to be able to reach anyone at the hotel to talk to. In general, I think hotels should provide what they advertise, and this one didn't.
Secondly, they advertise openly that they accept pets, but once we booked our non-refundable room (based on this-we were travelling with our dog), they then texted us with a long list of rules (including "do not leave your pet in the room when you go out") and charges depending on the size of dog. My size of dog was not permitted. I messaged them to let them know that a) my dog didn't fit their acceptance criteria and b) they were deceptive in stating that they accept dogs, only to add rules and fees after the room was already paid for, they had no solution, but offered to cancel my reservation while charging me the full price of the room. Again, had to get booking.com involved, which didn't help much, but we took a gamble that they would be more flexible on-site than by text, and that seemed to be the case.
In general, not a lot of transparency. Approach with caution.

The rooms are very rustic and interesting. The young lady at the front desk was nice.
There's a photo in the booking posts that show a room on the beach. It has a door open and the beach outside. It's a lie. The beach is a 3 to 5 minute drive. Also, the Booking post says there's wifi. This is one of the reasons why I chose this spot. The WiFI was not working. I missed classes that I HAD TO TAKE. I spoke to the employees and they didn't even pretend to care. The signal came later and was almost non existent where the rooms are. It was bad. The food at the place was cheap but you get what you pay pay for
. The French toasts were burnt and the pancakes did not include maple syrup or any other type of jam. I had to go to the lobby, they pulled an old jar of honey from the kitchen and offered it tome. I will not be visiting this place again. Nor would I recommend it.

Very dog friendly with a very reasonably prices restaurant on site.

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. My room had a balcony where i was able to watch the sun set over the sea, perfect. Their garden is also very beautiful and green, a lovely place to chill out.
