Aún pueden mejorar el lugar

Está cerca a la playa,accebilidad a la ciudad,buen trasporte.

Algunos daños en los servicios sanitarios (el agua salía por la taza del sanitario),no hubo interés del personal para organizarlo pronto,hubo cambio de habitación pero también tenía fuga el lavamanos,las habitaciones muy grandes pero muy tristes,en la parte trasera que da al balcón , exterior hay muchos escombros aún.

Relax.

Needs to more up to date. Small box Tv from the 90s. Maybe a small fridge. But I understand their current situation. But just my point. No food service so a fridge would’ve been nice.

Needs some touch ups. And be more modernized. Oh and more water pressure.

Mi experiencia en Romano Palace

Cerca del mar, frente a la costera, con alberca limpia, habitaciones limpias. El personal es amable.

Las instalaciones son anticuadas, me parece que los dueños del hotel son tacaños en renovarlo, tiene contactos anticuados y las TV son anticuadas. El precio que pagamos por Booking nos pareció razonable, pero el que se paga directo en recepción es exorbitante y no vale la pena por el tipo de hotel.

La ubicación muy bien y los desayunos muy ricos

Lo malo fue que estaba descompuesto el elevador y teníamos que usar las escaleras

Un hotel con muy buena vista al mar

El hotel conserva el estilo setentero y el restaurante es aceptable

El hotel se encuentra enfrente de dos antros los cuales hacen un ruido excesivo y aún estando en el último piso el sonido es estridente. Las instalaciones son viejas y falta mucho mantenimiento

We didn’t want to go back again! I have a video of how bad it was for me and my family to stay there

This hotel is really bad nothing to do with pictures online. My brother and I rented it for two times . But our first experience was very unpleasant. There was no water on my room dirty and no Airconditioning. I try to cancel our second staying but booking.com has to respond back to my claim . I will call my bank to open a case regarding this. We didn’t want to go back to Romano palace again this hotel is very bad !

Location was good. View was fantastic.

In the room there were very few amenities. Lights were burnt out, lamps and phones were put in the room without anything to connect to, making them useless, which the staff acknowledged was normal. The taps leaked water and even when we notified the staff no effort to fix them was made. There was no hot water in the room. Sheets were stained with chocolate when we arrived, towels had blood stains on them. The nightclubs across the street blare music from 8pm well past 4am. (Though not the fault of the hotel, is something to take into account if you are a light sleeper)

Nice views over the bay and large rooms with balconies.

Hotel very dated, air con not jerking very well and across the street loud clubs in night.

Stay with the best ocean view

Hotel location is very good. It is in front of the best part of Condesa beach. View from the room was spectacular. Try to take room with one big king bed on hight floor. These rooms are front ocean view rooms and have the best views possible.

Hotel is very old and everything is looking bad. Bathroom is terrible. Cleaning is terrible. Hairs of previous guests and dust is everywhere. Hot water sometimes works other times not. Internet sometimes works other times not. Anyway I can recommend that hotel just because of the location and room view.

The room and the view were very nice. Bed was very firm, great hot water and water pressure. Loud music across the street untill 2 am.

Customer service was great, the food on the restaurant was delicious and it was a cheap hotel

The beds were not comfortable at all and also we had to pay a deposit for the AC controller which I didn’t like because on my parents room it was already included and it was the same kind of room
