La ubicación
El hotel esta muy descuidado y por le costo ofrece muy poco, además que la falta de normas y control entre huéspedes provoca muchas fricciones con el equipo de personal que labora.

The view and the staff.
Check in took forever. Our room was not ready and did not get the room I reserved. They changed my room the next day but still not what I paid for. It was not all inclusive. it was certain drinks and certain food.

the Beach
the over all estate of the Hotel. IS NOT LIKE YOU SHOW ON YOUR WEB PAGE OR OTHER PLACES. Rooms are OLD and Nothing like coffee o Refrigueration on them, we need to ask for Ice and Paid for it.. NO ICE MACHINES ON ANY FLOORS. No Door Nock privacy signs… Bed the bed sheets have stains on it… the handicap room half the shower, chair broken. I stay in room 208 handicapped one the toilet seat was not the right size for the toilet, the rooms do not have irons to iron your clothes, and we have to pay for everything that you asked for in front Desk. They have 4 elevators and they didn’t work with the handicap person we have to wait for an hour to be able to go down in the elevator.
The rooms only have regular sheets for the bed. We needed to ask for a comforter because the rooms did not have anything for the cold.

Nice place to stay at, facilities are nice and operational. Receptionists could be a little bit more polite.
Receptionist at check in could be a little more welcoming, a little bit rude when answering questions.

The view is amazing, and the pool is very nice. The food is also tasty.
The rooms are very outdated, and each bed only comes with 2 pillows, if you need more pillows than that you have to fight with a supervisor to get them, they were not willing to give us more until we spoke with 3 different departments/supervisors. Also the checkin/checkout line gets very long and you may have to wait a while.

Waiter Pablo was way out of this Hotel's league. The location was nice. Oxxo on the ground level.
8 days all inclusive stay $1300+
1. Food is the same, from a day to another just adding more and more seasoning to the dishes from the prior day. At least that is how it seemed to me and I have to say I am as far from a picky eater as one can get. One day a meet stew for lunch, in the evening a filing for a stew taco.
One evening we’ve came amused seeing flags of different countries in the dining room to discover that the food is again the same. When we asked the staff what are the flags for, we were told that the theme changes but the food doesn’t.. I am attaching a picture of an onion ring and sushi filled with sliced pepper and carrot for your easy reference.
Snacks in the day bar were always the same. Hot dog, hamburger and cold fries. Let me not even get started about the quality. The staff at the beach was bad. Sometimes they come every 5 min, sometimes you are thirsty for an hour..
Would you like to enjoy a sunset on the beach in a beach hotel? Not in this one, the sunbeds are collected at 6pm.
As for the bar, it is as cheap as it gets. One day we asked the bartender about the wine and he laughed at us saying yes it is the cheapest wine out there, I know it doesn’t taste good, he said.
2. Service was doing literally the least they could. I assume a bottle of water in a 4* hotel is not a crazy request. 2 days we got it when we requested it but from the third one on, we were told to go and buy our own.
You want a drink/coffee in the morning? Your luck depends on place and timing. In the canteen it is all good. You want to exit? Not possible with a drink. Fine, I will get some in the bar. Bad luck, the bar opens at 11.
No place to comfortably work. The wifi in your room doesn't even get you through a zoom call and the terrace where everyone pointed us to has good wifi but is all open meaning you get the noise from the lobby, music from the pool and you are not audible. No other options were given to us.
All in all, it was not worth it!

Front desk help outperformed expectations
I feel the Air Conditioning is purposely set to a low setting. The thermostats in many rooms I looked at only had one setting that worked.
