Nice Location, the beach is next to the hotel, and there’s a separate entrance from the hotel;
Sea view;
Lots of pools and entertainment next to them for adults and kids as well, indoor heated pool when outside is chilly;
The hotel looks great on the outside, nice garden with lots of flowers;
Most of the staff were very nice and welcoming;
Great variety of foods in the buffet, the pizza was especially delicious 🤤, tasty cakes, also ice cream available all day
Room service was every day, all clean.
Every night we had specific theme concert or activity.
The room was nice, though it would need some renovation.
Seldom we noticed some health & safety issues, like the glass door from the bathroom had a chip in it that you could easily hurt yourself, or the balustrade from the balcony and corridor, was a bit dangerous for kids, the space between balusters was quite big, I’m aware that parents must supervise their kids however, being a family friendly hotel, probably could be something looked at, won’t say about the equipment for skinning palms left on the grass for a while, where lots of little kids run.
Also noticed that some of the foods in the buffet like grains were undercooked: rice, quinoa, lentils.
Some of the foods were not always refilled straight away or not refilled at all, that’s not what you expect from an all inclusive menu.
We wanted to try sauna once, wasn’t working, the life guard that we asked about said it probably will work in the afternoon, wasn’t it supposed to work all day?! A day after tried again, was off.
The a la carte restaurant didn’t impress too much, we tried only Mexican and Spanish, the Greek one didn’t have availability, as you can guess, it’s the same kitchen but with very few options, was strange that Mexican restaurant didn’t have Fajitas only Burritos and Tacos.
The range of drinks was limited, expected more cocktails.
The team from kids camp was poorly prepared. We have been to less fancier hotel with a way better program for kids.

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Pools: 10/10 Seven Pools were well done, one round kids pool with a trampoline to jump from into the water (1m depth). Another shallow pool next to it with slides. A 3rd pool which was very long, started shallow (1m) going deep (2m) and going shallow again (10cm?). Activities throughout the day were given in this main pool, like aqua-gym, running on a mat and jumping into the pool for kids. It was allowed to use your inflatables in the main pool. On another side of the resort (Playa part) there were 3 more pools, which were more orientated at couples without kids. Lowest pool was the least deep, middle pool was middle-deep and upper pool was very deep (2.5m). Star prestige pool on the rooftop is very small and not worth the extra price. There is a better view from the other rooftop which has a bar.
Events 9/10: Every night there were themed events a the main stage outside, between 21:15 -22:15. One night theme was Disney, another night Water (more about the environment) and one night Frozen (movie). For kids is was amazing. I noticed sound quality was very good (not to loud, good sound system - compared to Iberostar Playa de Muro). For parents/couples it was nice to have.
Service 9/10 Almost everyone had a smile on their face and were professional and said good morning etc. If you asked for a cappuccino from the espresso machine, that was not an issue even though it took time and there was a queue of people wanting something from the bar. Animation team was very nice, chatting to everyone and approachable.
Activities 8/10: Also there was aqua gym every day, yoga almost every morning (instructor Kate was very good), sometimes spinning classes. They had a gym which had airco and new equipment.
Sound(proof) 2/10: Absolutely not. You can hear people outside, neighbors you can hear when a baby/child is crying or making loud sounds. Friends of us staying in the same place needed to change the room because of noisy neighbors. The worst was that some of the nights there was a machine on top of the building or somewhere around our room, which was turning on, making noise for +-13 minutes and then turning off again for 5 minutes. We woke up several times (also our child of 5y old) and needed to put headphones on to be able to fall asleep again. Sounds in the restaurants were ok because they put some sound absorbing materials on the ceiling.
Restaurants buffet 6/10: Breakfast was fine, quite ok coffee (beans), lots of choices for food at breakfast. Croissants were very nice and fresh. Breads were very good. Lunch was almost every day the same and became boring and tasteless after a few days. Not much variation. Pizza was terrible as we can expect from such a massive resort. Dinner was also boring after a few days having had everything. They try to make sometimes varied food, sometimes it works out to be nice for one evening but mostly it's not so good. Drinks were partly from a machine so not comparable to real drinks (EG Cola). They had about 7 choices form these machines plus one draft beer, plain water/sparking water and house wine. Also there was fresh orange juice and smoothies made every day.
Restaurants specials (24x7/Spanish/Mexican/Greek) Booking in the other (besides buffet) 3 restaurants : You need to do it by scanning a QR code, you can only book 3 days up ahead and need to book early morning (around 8) to be able to get a spot. We had dinner in the Mexiscam 1/10 restaurant which was terrible. They didn't give what we ordered. We asked for fries as a side dish for kids and they put fries in the burritos. The burritos didn't have half of the ingredients they said on the menu to have. Spanish was 7/10.

Staff was very friendly and responsive. Rooms are generally clean and tidy. Location is pretty nice, quite area within a walking distance to Alcudia port.
Even though staff was great, the fact that you have to pay a deposit for literally everything you ask for is pretty ridiculous to me in 2022 (20 eur for a towel, 10 eur for an umbrella). Food quality for breakfasts is mid to low level. Every day is the same thing, fruit and veg are very cheap and tasteless, deli meats and cheeses are the worst quality. The only good part was pastries, that I'm pretty sure are just reheated from frozen. Rooms and hotel in general need redecorating, as they seem to be in the same condition as 10-15 years ago.

Lovely resort amazing staff. Food was varied with differing options every night. The entertainment was fun, my favorite was the medley of Broadway songs. The pools were refreshing and although packed we were able to always find a spot. The beach is where this property really shines, there’s a walking path that goes directly to the beach with amazing clear blue shallow waters. You do have to pay for a day bed but there’s plenty of room to bring your own umbrella.
And now for the not so great. There are ALOT of children so perfect for families. For adults / couples without kids who want a relaxing vacation it can be a bit much.
The cab situation. This is not necessarily the resort’s fault but we missed an excursion because the cab they called for us never showed. We were told it would arrive in ten minutes. Turns out that ten minutes was actually up to two hours. We wish the receptionist had mentioned this upon check in or when we first asked for the cab that due to delays, unless you’re getting a cab to the airport, a cab to other parts of the island is a looong wait. And given that the resort is kind of far from other places on the island this is important to know.
That being said, we had an amazing time at the resort, and the only reason we won’t be returning is because we’ll be seeking an adults only accommodation and something a little closer to other places on the island. But this is the perfect resort for families and the staff (cab issues aside) is really great.

lady at the reception was very nice made appt for the spa gave clear instructions later we asked to upgrade our room to the prestige so we can use the rooftop she insured us that in a couple days those will open up and they did as far as the spa goes if i could i would give a 0 i had gels on from the usa informed the lady since they do not use the material to just file it off and use theirs the lady was very rude and kept on telling me that she does not have this material once again i asked her to file it she insited she cannot do anything therefore i canceled both of my appointments went to town and got ny nails done lady in the spa was very very rude. Food is average same food nothing really great. Although anywhere we went and let them know we are staying at Iberostar they said its one of the better places on the island.The rooftop pool requires cleaning. Intertainment the only person who looks like she is involved is Ola kid friendly she looks upbeat. Rest of the intertainment was below average. Overall would not stay in this location again.

Superb hotel with lots of sports activities, entertainment for kids, beautiful pools, beach, fantastic food and excellent staff. We had few extra requests regarding the room which were all accommodated perfectly. Special thanks to Francesca from reception. I would definitelly recommend the hotel anytime!
The rooms need a bit of update. But as we spent all days out, it didnt bother us much

The food was amazing. the beach is lovely and great choice of pools.
The rooms need soft closing and to be quieter as you are constantly distributed by other guests leaving their doors to slam shut. At times the rooms are noisy and would benefit from some sound proofing.

The room is too small, Wi-fi is poor in the room. Beach was perfect. breakfas – very good
No slipper in the room, poor wi-fi

Facilities are decent, lots of parking space around. Right by the beach in a quiet area. Hotel to travel with kids rather than adults.
Lunch and dinner buffet quality was disappointing, drinks to be paid separately unless you buy "all inclusive" option. A bit far from town (10-15 mins by car).
5.0 / 10.0
Stereotypical Mallorca hotel with great food and nice staff. Direct access to the beach.
Check-in desk consistently understaffed with long queues (and booked us in the wrong room). 3rd bed not ready on arrival and we had to go back to check in to request it. Car or bus required to reach town center.

The staff were excellent. They accommodated and catered for our every need. It would be difficult to list the individual staff members here as virtually all of them deserve immense credit (from the hotel manager, Omar, down to the kitchen staff). Omar was ever present at lunch / dinner. The hotel is definitely at the higher end of the 4 star standard.
It is difficult to think of something which could be criticised.
6.0 / 10.0
The hotel is situated next to the best beach on Mallorca, the water is clean and the sandy beach is very long and nice. It is also next to a big forest, you can have a pleasant walk there.
I was disappointed that quality of the room was below expectations - it is evident that it hasn't been renovated for quite some time and it seems dirty and cheap, though the price for this room wasn’t low at all.
Food in the restaurant was ok, but some vegetables, meat and fruits in the bufe were not fresh at all.
