Fabulous week’s holiday in the Whitsundays

Location was great close to shops beach and all amenities Apartment was large with 2 balconies Facilities were very good Undercover parking

We were not informed that there would be building construction work happening next door the whole week of our stay except for the Sunday. Tradies started at 6.30 so no possible sleep-ins

Nice view, friendly staff and lovely rooms

The staff was so nice, they gave us a number to write to if we needed anything and they were really quick to answer. The location is good cause you’re 5-10min from the center and have a really nice view. Even if you’re close to the road you don’t hear anything in the apartment. The balcony was lovely with couch and a table to eat outside. we really enjoyed our stay there

there wasn’t enough bed sheets for the fourth of us but when we write to the number they gave us, they answered really quickly and brought us what we needed.

Grubby apartment but excellent location

Excellent location close to everything including restaurants and tours. Good view from balcony.

Apartment grubby in need of a thorough clean, redecorating and replacement furniture. Socket didn't work in bedroom, cracked glass in cupboard and oven in desperate need of a good clean. Some kitchen utensils desperately need replacing including cooking pans. Had to keep resetting air conditioning.

Gorgeous stay

Our ordinal apartment which was allocated lost power on our second day. We contacted Liv @ Accom and they were amazing! They explained the problem, picked us up and took us to an alternative apartment which was actually an upgrade from what we had booked. The issue with the original apartment was the owners fault but was quickly rectified and they dealt with it all for us.

Airlie central apparments

The view was lovely and location close enough to walk into town .

Room needs a bit of maintenance. Dryer didnt dry clothes. (If you need something to wear that night). The towel rack came of the wall. So nothing major otherwise a lovely room .

it was big and very comfortable and I could cook for myself

hahaha… I am a Dive Instructor Certifier so had 2 really big , heavy bags. the beautiful apartment was up several fights of stairs …. but I am sure this would not be an issue for most people.

Lovely apartment with good views.

After a small problem getting the keys it was nice to walk in the door to a lovely apartment with good views. The kitchen had everything you could need at meal time, the tv was enormous and Wi-Fi was very good. The balcony was very large with good views and all a very short walk to the shops.

The amount of stairs from the basement car park to the apartment on the second floor. Also the oversized furniture and very high stools in the kitchen and on the balcony. The bedroom could have had a bedside lamp on both sides of the bed.

Comfortable apartment in a great location.

Great sized apartment within easy walking distance to the main hub in Airlie, but far enough away so that it was quiet. Excellent cooking facilities. Lovely deck with table and chairs, and a comfortable egg chair to fit two people. Partial sea view of the marina. Washing machine and clothes dryer.

We were surprised that there wasn’t an iron, particularly when there was a washing machine and a clothes dryer.

Close to town, small view of the ocean from our balcony. Comfy bed, nice shower. Laundry facilities. Nice pool.

Great find

Good location to the centre of town - linen clean and crisp. Loved the outside sleeping cabana/sun bed. Unit clean and unexpected water views. Pool area very nice. Massive TV 📺

Bit too many stairs but kept us fit. Fridge and microwave tripped at fuse box lucky hubby know how to fix it saved us embarrassment of phoning owner 😊

Never met any staff!

Location and the large balcony. Comfortable bed.

Apartment was a little tired - definitely needed a new bathroom. The fridge leaked water onto the floor. There were not enough bowls or anything in which to make even a basic salad. And no dining table or chairs - just a bench with high chairs and no backs, not very suitable for older people.
