Room needs a bit of an update

Location great. Room size great. Good size bed.

The room could have been cleaner, kitchen sink and bench were a bit dirty. Kitchen table and chairs also in need of a good clean . Few cockroaches in room dead on floor and also some live ones.

No value for money

Staff, Clean sheets and towels. Place was clean but just needed alot of maintenance.

I didn't really see where my money went, for the price i kinda expected to be a little bit more updated i guess. There was no blockout blinds and the main bedroom only 2 windows had window furnishings so the big door in the bathroom alot of light came through. Furniture was extremely out dated and mixed matched. Tiles were extremely painful on my feet in the shower. Toilet paper was 1 ply. Mold in the silicone and in the grout. No blind in the main bathroom. I get that you have a penthouse with a bush veiw so no one could see but i still didnt feel comfortable showering with the lights on. A blind on that bathroom door would be alot better. The main bathroom vanity cupboards didnt close very messy looking. No real instructions on the jacuzzi to make the heat stop as thw weather was hot i didn't really want to get into a hot jacuzzi. The water in the jacuzzi didn't smell that great. Expected easier parking not all car parks were undercover. No lift to the penthouse. Aircon wasnt that cold. The fan in the toilet didn't work. Overall i think this place needs a massive renovation for me to even consider staying again. But the lovely young girl at reception was 10/10.

great location, and nice big master room with ensuite

apartment wasn’t very clean, found coco pops all over the sofa, a beer can left in the shower and floors dirty. Didn’t see anyone working there in the 5 days. Had to reuse towels as couldn’t get clean ones. when we did ask they sent 2 towels for a 3 bedroom apartment There was lack of cleaning stuff to wash up our plates ect.

Good location but not a resort in my opinion.

The private spa. The bed was comfy. The location was excellent to walk into Airlie.

The road noise deflated any relaxing atmosphere. To check i had to walk to the property next door and then back to the reception of the property before i could get the keys. The room wasnt as clean as one would expect, especially for a "resort". The glass tables had smeary streaks all over them. The phone was not working so had to ring reception from my own phone, where i was told "yer i meant to get that fixed". The bath room was not the cleanest with dirt n hair on the outside of the bowl. Was dissapointed on such a dated property charging such a high rate, stating they are a resort. Not even tissues in the room.

Spacious venue close to town to stay with friends

Location, Balcony, Large Lounge Staff were helpful and allowed us to store cold food earlier when room wasn’t ready

Nothing. Very poor experience.

Cleanliness, poor facilities, tradesman working in room during stay, security and overall poor service. Parking limited and very tight.

Good location

Apartment was absolutely filthy and in need of upgrade . Third bedroom only had double beds, inappropriate for adult couple . Renovations were occurring downstairs without us being told in advance . We were awoken two mornings to drilling . Way over priced , would not recommend

Close to Airlie beach

The room was very outdated, there was no blanket on the bed but we found a thin throw in the cupboard to use, there wasnt really any marina views.. The tv was old and no netflix only local free to air channels, nespresso machine but no coffee pods... It was quite an expensive room for a very basic looking room/bathroom. The bottom of the shower was also broken and cracked.

Disappointing

The location was good and the lady on reception came from the hotel next door so I could pay my bill the next morning. She was polite

Shower had mould on roof, it was furry. Apartment was dusty, didn't use the balcony spa as the balcony was filthy, Austar had a line through the screen . For the price I just found the apartment was really shabby. But as we arrived late on the Friday there wasn't much opportunity to complain or change

Considering this a penthouse appartment, being charged out at $300 plus per night. I was very dissatisfied with my stay

The location was perfect

First of all the photos for the property are misleading! The property was rundown. The property was dirty. The remotes for tv, Foxtel etc had no batteries. The fridge smelt of prawn juice, from previous tenant. the previous tenant had left dirty socks on sofa. The master bathroom rainfall shower head is unserviceable. The Foxtel box is extremely dated and reception is very poor! The hot tub has been relocated to a un private area of balcony, different to website photos. There were dead insects through out the premises. Sagging curtains in bedroom (needs hooks)

Too expensive for what you're getting

The blinds in our bedroom where missing blinds so a lack of privacy, whoever was in the pool area could see straight into our room. Also mold and even MUSHROOMS growing from shower ceiling near windows.

Loved the location but let down on the penthouse room.

The location was in within a 10 min walk to town. Beautiful look out from the deck. The penthouse was ok.

We booked this penthouse as a special occasion to celebrate my 50th with the family. On entry into the penthouse i was happy with the look of the apartment, but then as we went in the rooms we were disappointed. The master bedroom had a cupboard that was made with 2 milk crates, timber and a piece of metal rail. the ensuite was very old, dirty floors under the bed and in the corners. Bedroom 2 had a curtain that was just hanging on with a few clips. The main couch has stains on it, austar reception was bad and we never given a wifi password even they said it was to be txted to us. The spa had a terrible smell while using it. We did appreciate the kitchen facilities, great oven & cooking equipment. Overall as we did pay over $500/night we would have expected a higher quality facility.

great pool and location. apartment has everything you need

dirty…. house keeping need to pick their game yet. had to clean the bathroom myself when we arrived because there was urine all over the toilet seat. they service it each day but don’t vacuum. also no vacuum available for us to do it ourselves.
