This updated four-bedroom condo is nestled between Four O’clock Run, Breckenridge’s longest ski run, and the Snowflake Lift for easy access to Peak 8. Check out our reviews - our guests have been very pleased with the location and the accommodations!! We believe in continuous improvement to make sure you have the best experience possible (AND I love to decorate) so we are constantly refreshing.
This location has it all! Beautiful views from each of the three wraparound balconies…some of downtown and the eastern mountains and some of the ski slopes and the western mountains; some balconies have both. All balconies are within shouting distance of Four O'clock Run (adjacent to wooden fence in pictures). Watch your skiers/hikers/bikers come in from the mountain from the balconies or through the kitchen and living room windows.
Start your day on the mountain at Snowflake Lift, located steps away from the condo complex. (Note, lift tickets and equipment rental is also conveniently located at the Snowflake Lift!). When you are ready to take a break, ski Four O'Clock run back to the complex and store your equipment in the convenient first floor storage locker before heading up the elevator to your third floor retreat!
During the summer months, take a hike on one of the many trails starting right out the door, including a beautiful family-friendly trail to the Sawmill Reservoir for some trout fishing! It’s also a short walk to the center of quaint downtown Breckenridge and the Riverwalk, or you can catch the free ride directly across the parking lot to anywhere in town.
The dedicated locked storage closet for skis/boots is on the lower level of the complex within steps of the entrance. After leaving your skis in the storage closet, take the elevator (steps away) to the third floor, where our 2-level penthouse shares the floor with only one other unit. There are no shared walls. You will enjoy four bedrooms and three full bathrooms: 1 – king, master; 2 – 2 twins; 3 – twin over queen bunk bed; 4- Queen. Dine together at the gorgeous dining room table which seats 8, with additional seating at the counter. Or use the picnic area and grills located in the Tyra common area. Recap your day while relaxing in the oversized, comfortable couch and two chairs in the living room, or take a soak in one of the Tyra hot tubs, located in the center common area of the complex
Owners frequently rent from vacation rental websites and have made every effort based on their experiences to make your stay in this mountain penthouse enjoyable and comfortable. Amenities including all linens, hair dryers in every bathroom, humidifiers and fans in every bedroom, comfortable beds and bedding, extra pillows and blankets, a television in each bedroom, a 55-inch television in the living room, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. A starter kit of basic toiletries and paper supplies is included to get your vacation off to a good start!

The location of the property was perfect for us. The condo was very clean and had plenty of beds for our group. Kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the management agency was excellent.

Excellent place to stay. Across the street from Snowflake and a ski-in through 4 o’clock. Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Short walk/shuttle ride to the Main Street. Humidifiers in each room were a great touch as the air is quite dry high up in the mountains!

It really is 2 min walk to the Snowflake lift and can ski right to the parking lot 50 feet from the door.

Aside from the altitude, there's really nothing I'd change about this place or about the trip. The rooms were nicely sized, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The unit's location was top-notch. We could walk or ski the 30 yards or so to the Snowflake lift, and Main Street was a nice downhill walk (and the bus brought us back to the Snowflake lift so we could avoid the uphill walk back). I also can't say enough about the communication from our hosts. Whether they were answering questions about the parking lot, giving me advice about altitude sickness, or answering my questions about checkout, I was so impressed at how promptly they responded to us. 5 stars all the way!

This property was in an ideal location! Easy to get to the snowflake lift and completely ski back home at the end of the day. The place was really well stocked… it was organized and had anything you might need. The communication with both the owner and the property manager was so incredibly easy. They were very prompt with any reply, and super helpful. I would absolutely recommend staying at this wonderful property!

Ideal location for our group of 6, very short walk to the Snowflake lift and equipment rental. Ski back in at the end of the day down Lower Four O'Clock. Does not get much more convenient than that at Breck. Gorgeous condo, top floor and quiet end of the hall. Fantastic experience with this rental. Highly recommended!!!

The Scanlons have an amazing property in Breckenridge! It’s super cozy, yet roomy and met all of our needs. Kim gave amazing customer service and helped us work through some parking pass issues. My teammates and I enjoyed every second of our stay and are keeping it in mind for next year’s conference!

Cannot say enough about the property & the owner, every single detail, and then some, was addressed. Four women celebrated our birthday here and we loved the venue so much we stayed in most nights. Hiking close & everywhere you look, decks with views, half a mile to town and spacious yet cozy. 🏔️
What also has to be said is that we needed some help with the property a few times, self created, and response rate & friendliness unbelievable. Not a thing missing from coffee filters to condiments for cooking (the basics) and I’ll absolutely be returning to this piece of heaven on earth!!!

This is our second time staying here. Always great communication with host. Beautiful views. Parents love watching skiers come down 4 o’clock run. Across the street from base of snowflake lift. Super easy ski in ski out. We’ve already booked again for next year!

Awesome true ski-in, ski-out property. Snowflake lift steps away and could literally ski to our door off the lower 4'oclock run. Clean and well-stocked. Storage locker downstairs and indoor/outdoor hot tubs were added bonuses. We had a wonderful week in Breck!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home in Breckenridge. It was one of the few four bedrooms I found. The owner was very attentive to our needs. Great views, clean and conveniently located near town. There is a shuttle right across the street to take you into town but we found it to be unreliable. Breckenridge is a fun town with lots of shopping and restaurants.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home in Breckenridge. It was one of the few four bedrooms I found. The owner was very attentive to our needs. Great views, clean and conveniently located near town. There is a shuttle right across the street to take you into town but we found it to be unreliable. We invited friends over for dinner (total of 12) and there was plenty of dishes and silverware for everyone. The cleaning company left usable items in the refrigerator which we appreciated (ketchup, mayo etc.) and other items such as coffee filters, tea bags and hot chocolate! The beds were very comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was nice. Extra bonuses we appreciated: elevator (unit on 3rd floor), ski locker, and humidifiers in each room. Parking can be tight if you have a large vehicle but its doable. I highly recommend this unit and the owners are easy to work with and communication with Kim is great. Thank you for sharing your place and helping make our ski vacation perfect.

The condo was perfect for us! It was clean and had the room we needed. It was perfectly located on 4 O'clock run (we literally skied right to our parking lot and walked 50 feet into our condo). It was a walk through the parking lot and across the street to Snowflake Lift which takes you on your way up the mountain to go anywhere. Couldn't ask for a better location. The bus picks you up at Snowflake Lift every 14 minutes to take you into town. We walked many times as it is only a 10-12 minute walk. This location and condo was ideal for us. Would highly recommend!

The condo was perfect for us! It was clean and had the room we needed. It was perfectly located on 4 O'clock run (we literally skied right to our parking lot and walked 50 feet into our condo). It was a walk through the parking lot and across the street to Snowflake Lift which takes you on your way up the mountain to go anywhere. Couldn't ask for a better location. The bus picks you up at Snowflake Lift every 14 minutes to take you into town. We walked many times as it is only a 10-12 minute walk. This location and condo was ideal for us. We went with family to ski In Breckenridge, and the condo was in perfect location! The ski lift right across the street was great for getting to the slopes in the am (Peak 8 is our favorite) and the skiing back to condo from Four O’clock trail was amazing at the end of the day! The owners of the condo were awesome-they went out of their way to check in on us to make sure we were there and having a good time. We loved all of the games they had and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking in several nights. We enjoyed the walks downtown from the condo to go out to dinner and shopping.

Our 4 night stay with our family of 9 was exceptional—more than was described or expected. Our host, Kim, was very thorough and went out of her way to see that we had everything we needed to make our trip amazing. The view out of every window was gorgeous! We could sit in the living area and watch skiers coming down the slopes—we were that close! And the free shuttle to downtown was truly right across the street from the condo. Our family had a very memorable Christmas and highly recommend Peak 8 @ Tyra II!
