Great location for cotswolds and village centre, clean accommodation, lovely village with great pubs/ restaurants , good sized rooms.
It lacked attention to detail, missing blinds in kitchen, no table or side lights in lounge, garden table broken ( previously flagged in reviews), seems when things are broken they are not replaced.... lacks love/ care.

Nice near to local shop
Mattress need upgrading, very lumpy, smell of mould when you walk in, all so need updating with decor, lots of dents and scratches and shower needs descaling , front needs tending too, weeds , and table needs to be removed outside as dangerous, would not stay again due to smell of mould, also wardrobe Smelt mouldy so could not hang items in there ,

As we were 3 guests and using the sofa bed it was good that everyone had easy access to the bathroom. The beds were very comfy and so was the sofa bed. The kitchen diner downstairs was large and well lit , great for meals or sitting chatting and playing games.
There was no t-towel or kitchen towel in the kitchen; I would have expected these to have been provided. There was only one spare toilet roll so we were in trouble when it got soaked because I didn’t close the shower curtain properly!

easy to get to and clean and well maintained

The location and size of the property was ideal for our needs.
The bed even though large wasn’t the comfiest, also every item of cutlery and crockery needed to be washed before they could be used. There a couple of blinds missing downstairs so passers by could easier see in, these need replacing. We’d also suggest seat cushions on the dining room table chairs.

Location was excellent, very close to the centre and the church.
Broken radiator meant that the lounge was far too hot and when we tried to open the window the handle came off.

The house was lovely, clean and well appointed for a self-catering stay. Northleach is a charming little town and the local residents were friendly.
The church bells that ring through the night take a bit of getting used to. One of the local residents was correct when he said you do stop hearing them after a while.

Very good setup. It’s clean and neat. The king bed is very comfortable. In a pretty little town itself.
No shampoo or shower gel provided. Have to bring your own.

Great size property, great location, comfortable beds, very peaceful and quiet location
The kitchen floor and table were not clean and were covered in several long dark hairs on arrival - we had to give the downstairs area a good clean - upstairs was pretty much spotless!
The dripping water tank in the bedroom was quite irritating through the night but Im not sure what they can do to sort that out but if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs! You might also want to mention that there isn't a freezer at the property, just a fridge.

Quirky little property. Comfy bed. Very clean.
The church bells are a major issue. They go all through the night and at 12, 3 and 6am do a full three verse chime. Google Northleach church bells to get a taster. If you’re a light sleeper this is going to be a challenge.
Also property desperately needs a house manual in the house and not just online.
Also pretty pricey really for a dinky place. If two or more then worth it. As a single traveller not economical really.

Excellent location, close to amenities, very quiet. Comfy bed.
Oven needs cleaning. Only cooked a pizza in it and the fire alarm went off due to fumes from the oven .

Location is spot on. A 5 min walk to the market square via the church. Amenities are good; coffee shop, wine bar, pubs, supermarket and butchers. The locals were very pleasant. Rooms were suitable for couples and small families. Church bells 🔔 🙏 on the hour. Facilities were reasonable. Warm upstairs. Cooler downstairs.
Some things were not that clean but live able. No instructions/information on arrival, only message sent. No extra towels. No washing up liquid, scrub sponges and kitchen towel. No outside seating. Living room is up stairs with the kitchen downstairs. No table to put cups or glasses on in the living room. No coasters. Kitchen table wobbles.

Location was fabulous as so near the town centre. Parking was great and so was the bed and linen. Sofa was great and tv. Bathroom had a good shower.
Externally the property isn’t the prettiest and the fenced off area at the front needs another coat of wood stain but inside the property is great.

Perfect location for my trip to visit my daughter and family in Northleach.
Excellent facilities, very clean and well-appointed.
Nothing the proprietors could do anything about, but the church bells do ring all night!

Loved the location of the property. Very convenient and close to shops and restuarents. We received great instructions before we reached the property, making it easy to find and enter the property. The place was well kept, heating was good, kitchen was well stocked and we were provided fresh towels. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were a good size. Overall very pleasant and highly recommended.
Nothing much to improve.
