My go-to place to stay when needing to be close to Athens airport. Always 100%

I have stayed at this location want times but this is the first time in this studio. It was brand new, very well designed and had everything needed. Ideal for short layover between flights. The check-in process is always seamless with automated instructions. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Perfect stopover accommodation of good value.

Lovely apartment. Had everything we needed. Easy access. Very helpful staff. We were able to leave our bags at hotel opposite until check in time. (It was an overnight stay to catch the ferry. So handy to the Port. Our gate was E9 and it took no longer than 15 minutes to get there).

No negatives from us :)

Only stayed one night. Late check in and early check out for the ferries. Close to the port. All night access and check in. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bare bones, not Boutique

That it was there when we needed a place to stay when BA lost my baggage, leading to us missing the last ferry.

The room smelled of cigarettes, and only the entrance hall of the hotel had a whiff of boutique about it. Check-in was in the squalid hotel across the road.

first of all the check in was across the street in a 24 hr Hotel Dive, that was so smoke filled we couldn’t sit in the lobby, the lady took a bag over and went to clean the apartment then took us across the street to the apartments wasn’t Smokey in lobby , we went upstairs to our room 5a smelled like bad fish, we went in room our room smelled of smoke , we had to make up bed only sheets on bed, the split air conditioner would not work so we checked coffee situation the hot pot kettle had sludge in bottom , no coffee pods at all no tea nothing , the one coffee cup in the room had old rings of coffee inside looked like it was just rinsed not clean, the bathroom toilet was running and leaking from the base , we never unpacked we took the keys across the street and left to another hotel downtown, I was horrified at the condition, I will never use booking.com again

there was no hot water during our whole stay and the hotel could neither offer a solution nor compen

there was no hot water during our whole stay and the hotel could neither offer a solution nor compensation. in response the hotel suggested they already upgraded up in advance. the upgrade? a bath. with cold water. regarding the hotel response: it is not really useful for two people to have hot water for just a few minutes. if i say there was no hot water i mean that there was no hot water to shower with. i am not sure why you are debating this.

OK for very independent travellers. Not set up for staying more than a night.

Breakfast wasn't included. Location was not far from the metro station or coffee shops. Large balcony with excellent soundproofing. Nice shower room. Newly renovated studio apartment. Very clean.

We changed between two rooms during our total stay and neither had any hanging rail or wardrobe for clothes. The road itself was a bit scruffy and the balconies overlooked that road. The kitchen area had no microwave and no facility for heating anything up. Very basic. We had an emergency issue with printing our boarding passes whilst in Piraeus and the owners/reception staff weren't exactly helpful when we asked if they could allow us to use their printer or print them out for us. Their English wasn't very good so as long as all goes well and there are no problems then they are pleasant.

Comfortable large room at a great location with an easy walk to the port, metro and train stations. Kettle for tea and Nespresso machine with a few pods supplied.

No security safe in the room.

Short 1 night stay close by the port at a budget hotel

Good location in the heart of Peiraias, only few mins from the port. We arrived late at night but we were able to check in with no issues. Room was clean and comfy. Overall this is a fair option within a budget.

Neighbourhood didn't look particularly nice.
