Esperamos volver con mejores resultados

Las camas son muy cómodas, el paisaje es hermoso y el Lunch del beach club es muy rico!

La estancia estuvo muy agradable, hubo algunos detalles los cuales no esperaba, entiendo que es un lugar al aire libre y en la naturaleza, pero había cucarachas en el baño. También, el camping o habitación que nos tocó, no era para nada como en las fotos que vimos, las camas son muy cómodas, los blancos estaban limpios pero ya manchados, el personal fue amable, la comida Fue buena. Sobre todo en el Lunch/cena, la playa está increíble así como su beach club bastante lindo, pero había demasiadas colillas de cigarros en la arena justo en el Área de el beach club. Costo de alimentos y bebidas bastante razonable ☺️. Y ese día hubo problema de internet (entendemos Que no era problema del alojamiento) pero tampoco tuvimos leña para poder usar el fire pit, a lo Que nos Comentaron que ese día les habían quedado mal con la leña. Fuera de ello, esperamos poder regresar y poder Vivir la experiencia como esperábamos ☺️

Cute, unique place to visit!

The yurts were very unique and a fun place to spend a few days. They also offered paddle boards and kayaks for no additional charge. The beach bar was a cute place to hang but a little more on the pricey side for Mexico.

We loved the property, just be aware that the yurts get very hot once the sun was out. We expected this and didn’t plan on staying inside during the day anyways.

Exceptional

Amazing glamping experience at ChiloChill. Location is the best part of La Ventana beach, best sand and great launch area for kiters. We stayed for kiting and this was an ideal location, less busy than Playa Central. Really good food and drinks at the on-site restaurant / bar, staff was friendly and recommended a couple really off site activities. Sleeping in the glamping tents was a very unique experience, beds were super comfortable and the outdoor washroom was nice. Bring warm cloths if travelling here in winter months, we were there in January and it gets COLD at night.

Fun unique experience worth the visit!

The property was beautiful and the unique experience of sleeping in a tent was so fun, we only wish we had more time. We spent one night here and wished we had 2 nights so we could have had one full day to enjoy the property more.

The service was a little slow but it's also ChiloCHILL so I guess that makes sense. We traveled with kids so the DJ playing until 10pm felt late for our family but we get it. All great things.

Awesome views, TERRIBLE service.

The hotel is in a superb location with impressive views and a fantastic beach. It's also a pretty spot, with nice touches without being luxurious.

SERVICE. IT's been one of my worst experiences recently. Management should pay attention to this, URGENTLY. I wouldn't come back only because of this. Staff is not well trained. Waiters act as order-takers only, with no sense of service whatsoever. Hope they fix this soon!

Unique Glamping Experience!

Awesome beach, hammocks, and camping vibes! The place is decorated nicely. The hotel staff provided us free mosquitoes repellants.

Mosquitoes (I should have been better prepared with mosquitoes repellants). Their kayak was broken during our stay. The bonfire could not be lit due to rain a couple of days ago.

A different sort of wonderful experience, but remember it is a Tent!

Breakfast not bad but a bit pricey. Otherwise its a car trip for breakfast food. Resort has a beach with breathtaking views. The resort is well maintained. Our first night was full and it was a bit noisy until later in the evening. We are early sleepers so not surprising. Very good value. Not recommended for hot summer climate--fan only in the tent, of course.

Nothing much to complain about. We were traveling with friends so we did not do much more than sleep there and have breakfast. Would like to check out the water sports equipment sometime.

Incredible location, free usage of paddleboard and kayak. Beds are confortable. Beach facilities are very nice.

Using the bathroom at day can get you sunburned, it has no roof, however a midnight shower w no lights on watching the stars is worth it.
