After a long drive, we stayed here.....

Check-in speed was great. The staff was very friendly.

The bathrooms were horrible and smelled musty. Phones didn't work so we had to go to the restaurant to order room service.

Exceptional

The updating of this hotel has made it an even better value. Love the new lounge chairs around the pool. What has been upgraded looks terrific.

The rooms that have not been upgraded look very bad from the outside. Torn screens, curtains pulled off rods, doors not upgraded. That section of the hotel looks tacky...

An oasis in the desert

The hotel has a wonderful on-site restaurant, and the place looks like a resort. Great pool, bed and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Very convenient and relaxing.

This property is lovely and much is updated. A plus is the restaurant—the food was great. The staff is very friendly too.

The bathroom tile could use some TLC. At one time it was probably beautiful but it needs new grout and new windows for a cleaner look.

Across from the hotel was an open amphitheater where a musical concert was going for an entire Friday night. The music w

the room had n open screen window at the top of the main window in the bathroom. Cool air came in during the evening and made the room cool. The heater didn’t work.

Superb

They are sprucing up the hotel...rooms looking alot fresher. Restaurant and pool area as nice as ever. Outside looks like it has been repainted and lobby was welcoming with fresh flowers.

Parking lot needs help.

Where to begin the desk person didn't speak any English i booked two rooms he couldn't have put us any farther apart then he did after I got mad he finally found a room 4 rooms away made me go get my luggage out and bring key back before giving me the key to other room. I like the hotel but seems if they deal with alot of Americans and Canadians they would have someone that spoke or understood a little English i proud myself on respecting others and I tried my brother in law is old and needs help and I feel bad that I lost my cool also my other friends room had refrigerator why not all I was in my first room second room and my brother in law s room no refrigerator i guess I am asking alot traveler from Seattle stayed in 6 hotels only one without a refer. Ok thats enough

Great restaurant! Very friendly staff. Lobby and outside areas are very pretty.

Room was very disappointing. nothin like the photos online. Sink in room was clogged up, no electrical outlets to charge phone, pretty shabby. I booked a room with a Queen bed but was given a room with 2 double beds.
