Very nice beach block duplex upper unit in great northend neighborhood close to everything, 1/2 block to beach on one of best streets at North End. Galley style kitchen, stainless steel appliances, hard wood floors, ceiling fans, A/C's throughout, wireless internet, LCD TVs/cable in BRs, 37 inch HDTV in LR with wireless Blue Ray/DVD to stream movies, laundry room/sun porch with full size W/D. BRs 1 & 2 - Queens, BR 3 - 2 twins, futon in living room. Large outdoor shower doubles as dressing room, rear deck & elevated front porch w/seating for 6. Short walk to guarded beach & boards, restaurants, OC Island Grill and Brown's on boardwalk, Pesanos variety, local delis, coffee shop and ice cream. Off street parking for 1 car. 4 bikes, beach badges & beach chairs included. Sleeps 6 comfortably. OC Life Guard Station is close at 1st which is an added benefit. Highlights: Updated large galley style kitchen with stainless appliances, original hard wood floors throughout house, ceiling fans and window A/Cs throughout, wireless internet, living room with 37 inch Samsung TV, wireless Sony Blue Ray DVD player for streaming movies from the internet, bedrooms each have LCD flat screen TVs with cable. Garage is equipped with 4 beach chairs and 4 adult bikes. The beach is a half block walk up Stenton Place, pick from three great beaches at Stenton, 1st Street or St James to hang at the beach. The Ocean City life guard Station with bathrooms is also located at the boardwalk and 1st which is an added benefit. The house includes 4 beach tags. After the beach, you can kick back on the porch and grill up a nice dinner on the retro grill or head out to one of the local restaurants.

Location: Great location and you can walk or bike to most destinations within 5 minutes. The Boardwalk starts at St. James Place which is one block south of Stenton and a very short walk. There are many other destinations in close proximity for eating out or if you have a simple grocery need. Some establishments in close proximity include the OC Island Grill and Berranato’s Deli both down the street at 1st and Atlantic, Brown's on the boardwalk at St. Charles, TJ’s Ice Cream and Express Pizza at Atlantic and Battersea, Pessano’s 5 & dime at 3rd and Atlantic. There are also great full service restaurants with bars in Somers Point which is a short drive north over the Long Port Bridge. Some favorites are the Anchorage and Smitty's Clam Bar all on Bay Street in Somers Point. OC Island Grill sells fresh fish and meats that are great for grilling.

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Cozy Beach Digs. It was our first time staying for a week in Ocean City, and this home was perfect. Check-in was a breeze. It was so enjoyable just to sit on the front porch and enjoy the ocean breezes. The home is located on a quiet street, one block over from the start of the boardwalk, and a short one block walk to same street beach access! The amenities made for a stress free experience... bikes, beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, gas grill, and good old fashion clothes line. This home was welcoming, clean, and odor free. We loved it!

Everything was straightforward, and the owner is very responsive. After touring the island, this is clearly a much quieter street with exceptional access to the beach and boardwalk. I’m not sure my 3 week stay at OCNJ could have been better.

In the 16 years of doing summer rentals in OC NJ this is the first time we stayed so far north and it was perfect!! Walking distance to every and riding bikes on this side was much more enjoyable. The street had such a great neighborhood vibe with everyone knowing each other. Amazing time!

The house was perfect for a family of four. It was refreshing to see it stocked with the basics like TP, paper towels, soap etc. The AC worked really well and all rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed having access to a grill and huge walk-in shower especially with little kid sand monsters. The location can't be beat and the hosts are great. We look forward to staying again.

I enjoyed very much staying at this home. It was very clean and had everything we needed to. Have a wonderful week! I especially like the fact that they supply beach chairs as well as bicycles. It makes packing a breeze! The only thing I suggest is they get better nonstick pans. I was unable to make decent eggs or pancakes for the family because their pans had lost all the non-stick. But other than that it was wonderful!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The location is very quiet as it is at the very end of the boardwalk. With little kiddos, this might not be ideal, but we drove and paid for parking when we took our 2.5 y/o to the boardwalk for rides/shops. Kevin, the owner, was very easy to contact and very responsive. This property is a beautiful place to enjoy your vacation!

This rental was beautiful and had great space for our 2 adult 2 teen family! We loved the amenities including washer/dryer, kitchenware, beach tags, TVs for down time, and a gorgeous peaceful front porch. The location was perfect and made it so easy for our teens to have some independence on their vacation. We walked most places. The owner was immediately responsive when we had an appliance question and other questions. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly! We hope to book the same week next year and could not ask for a better place.

This property was perfect for our trip and the one car driveway made parking simple and stress free since parking can be challenging to find on the street. The host was extremely responsive when we arrived and the previous tenants had not left the key where instructed. We were only delayed entering the property by 30 minutes and the host kept us informed every few minutes while we waited for where to pick up a new key. We will definitely rent this property again.

This property is super close to the beach (my 3 and 6 year olds walked to and from every day, multiple times a day), the boardwalk and TJ's Ice cream, which was the extent of our OC activities during the pandemic. Would definitely recommend this property to a small family.

We had a nice time. House was clean and in good order. Boogie boards and beach chairs have seen better days, but were in useable condition. I would recommend bringing your own pillows to increase bed comfort. I would also recommend BYO toilet paper because there was none at the house when we arrived, which was a little tough after a long drive with two small children. We left some behind so that the next family would have some. Beach was lovely, easy to walk to and the location was terrific. Grill propane tank was empty when we went to use it. Owners were quick to respond with any issues we had.

This house has the perfect layout for a small family. It’s even larger than it appears on VRBO and extremely well maintained with a really solid kitchen. Beds were fine and has a big tub if you have kiddos. It’s the perfect location - a block and a half from the beach and close to Browns, cafes, good restaurants and plenty of ice cream shops. Grocery store is just down the way. It comes stocked with all the beach chairs, toys, beach carts and amenities any family needs and doesn’t want to have to stuff in their car from home. Easy parking. We have a 3.5 and 6 month old and the trips to and from the beach everyday were painless. The front porch is a perfect add on for more space. My kids loved being out there. Leslie was quick to respond to any questions we had and made everything from start to finish easy and convenient. We had a great trip. We’ll be back.

Updated 2nd floor apartment, fully renovated. Beautiful old wood floors and well-appointed kitchen. Easy beach access, one block from the quiet north end of the Boardwalk. It provided a peaceful, pleasant shoulder-season experience for us. The owner was accessible and graciously answered our few questions.

We really enjoyed our short stay here. The owner addressed any questions we had and was super easy to work with. The house was really nice and was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was fully stocked, not like some places with one or two pans. A short walk to the boardwalk and beach! Would definitely stay here again!!!! Thanks for a great weekend!
