After initially putting us in a room that faced a patio, where people naturally gathered to talk, they were kind enough to change our room to an upper floor, with full privacy. Breakfast was tasty, no-limit wine throughout the stay…overall a great vibe.
There was no room service so if you want to drink more wine or eat your breakfast in the room, you need to pick it up from the lobby.

The spa treatment was great, it's convenient, there's a bar right next to the spa and you can have as much wine, beer, etc. as you wish, alongside, coffee, tea (great variety of premium teas), soft drinks in adorable mini cans from an Arab village nearby (Mirinda, 7Up, Pepsi). The wines are great quality, Tishbi vineyard, really delicious, and again, you can have as much as you want, just no taking bottles into your room (you can take the wine glasses, though).
Where to start? Our room opened right onto the open air, so that means rain right up to our doorstep. Try walking in spa slippers in the rain, not a great experience. The room wasn't very clean, we had ants right under the bed. The shower had a curtain with rust stains on it. It was very hot in the room (the Israeli winter isn't very cold), but you couldn't turn the AC on cold, so the only alternative is to open a window (which again, leads directly into the internal courtyard where people walk by). The room's mini-fridge ran hot...after some fiddling with it, it was ok again, but when you stay for just a day, a warm mini-fridge for half the time isn't amazing. The room had an internal storage door, leading to some equipment for the place, the door of this small warehouse was half ajar and couldn't be closed. The place is right next door to a meat restaurant, so some smell (especially as our room was right next to it. The spa bathrobe I initially had was torn with holes in it, and only 1 loop for the belt. There was no other bathrobe. So, each thing wouldn't be a big deal, but all together, many small things felt like lack of care.

Small, quiet and quaint. Not far from the middle of things.
Every space seemed a tad small. Reception. Patio area. Room. Just seemed a bit tight wherever you went.

Nice quite spacious room with a big bathroom. Free bar with Israeli wine, beer - very unusual but such a great compliment for the guests!
A bit tired room - we had a hole in the wall just near a coffee place, the floor in the room has a lot of black strips from suitcases.
There is a big bottle of water which is great but there are no glasses for it. No spoons at coffee place.
Construction works just near the hotel - it was quiet during shabbat but you can see this construction site when you go out of the hotel.

Location and room were great - very comfortable with all facilities. Coffee room was a nice bonus with sweets etc
Breakfast wasn't in the hotel - it was a short walk away, which wasn't a problem. It was OK but very expensive for what we got. No decaffeinated coffee and nothing sweet - no croissants or anything. Perhaps we are spoiled by the usual Israeli breakfasts but this was very limited and very expensive.

The hodel is perfectly placed near the midrachov.
Cozy and clean with a perfect breakfast in the nearby shef restaurant.

The hotel and staff were lovely.
The open bar was delightful.
The bread and coffee at breakfast were good.
The breakfast was okay but a little disappointing. The place was stifling hot with inadequate air movement.
Upon asking where the toilets are, a waitress told us that the toilets were out of order and we would need to use public toilets. So we went off to look for the public toilets and could not find them We came back to the restaurant to ask where the public toilets were and we were then told by someone else that she had made a mistake and was told to say that to people asking to use the toilets who were not customers. Unpleasant and confusing.
The food was okay although limited and without any choice of salads or items in the small dishes. I asked what was in the main salad and the waitress did not know what to say...she answered just ''different things''. I told her I need more inforation as people have likes and dislikes and alllergies. Eventually I established that there were tomatoes which one of our party cannot have. So they served one salad without tomatoes- which was fine. BUT there were nuts and seeds in the salad , which although this was not a probelm for us it could be life threatening for someone else so this should be made clear or a choice of salad provided. The juice was sweetened and also limited in choice.

The place is very clean
On Saturday the breakfast is very poor, feels like a picnic. In addition, there is no private place to eat since the patio is not private so the whole guests are there.
The main disadvantage is there is not enough space. The rooms are small, no balcony and the patio is too crowded.

free bar, drinks and snakes.
Close to Efi Shawni Park, it is recommended to combine a concert with a trip (we were at Morrissey's concert)

The hotel is unique and have a beautiful design.
There is a nice area downstairs that offers beverages, wine and coffee.
The location is great for visiting zichron Yaakov
Very small hotel that allow peace and quiet
Minor cleaning issues.

erie located 500 meters away by walking.

The room is definitly too small. Not possible to open 2 suitecases

Good location, and very nice facilities with an open bar. Free breakfast, though it was difficult to find the place. The breakfast was very good though.
The room was a little small, and the bathroom had a glass wall which made for an awkward bathroom experience.

Fantastic stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, though the parking was a bit hidden. The jacuzzi was fun, and the room was cozy and clean (though not too large).
We had an issue with the need to cancel/move our booking due to legit personal circumstances; the initial response was inappropriate, but ultimately, we were offered a reasonable option. I'd happily give it a '9' if the hotel were to provide a more humane and accommodating initial response to our inquiry.
The hotel does not have breakfast on site, and the voucher we got was for a very average breakfast not aligned with a top Israeli hotel.

The staff was warm, helpful and professional. The hotel offers a small but very comfortable bar with free wine, beer, soda and cookies all at no charge.
We were unable to access TV in English or to access English sun titles for viewing

Location, wine bar, nice shower. Decent overall price.
Smaller room then expected. Spa facilities are small and outdoor. Jacuzzi is not available all day. Minimal TV entertainment.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The location was great, right on the main street with all the restaurants and shops. For the most part, the staff was OK.
The hotel is more like a motel. Very small and doesn't serve meals. They gave us a voucher for breakfast at a place that wasn't that good or clean.
I called a couple of days before to inform them that it was our anniversary and if it was possible to have a bottle of wine with 2 glasses, and maybe some nice cake when we arrive (I would gladly pay for them). They said that there is no way that they can bring us cake, but assured me that we would have the wine in our room. Well, that didn't happen.
Being that the hotel is in Israel, one expects it to be kosher (98% of them are). Obviously they have no kosher certificate because they don't serve meals, but they have a bar /coffee corner (wine, whiskeys, coffee, tea, cookies, ...etc.) where they serve non-kosher wine (and maybe other stuff as well). I felt that at the very least they should have told us that the place wasn't kosher, or have a sign saying that it wasn't.
The spa facilities were a bit disappointing. The treatment center was very good, but the jacuzzi was like a bathtub outside near the walkway. The sauna was also a small hut outside. It was fine for us because we were the only ones there, but I dread to think what it would be like if there are other guests wanting to use it at the same time, or if it's a cold day.

Carying logage through the stairs, very limited view sights from the window.
