Kitchen well stocked and freezer was stocked with fish, which was an added surprise. Nice sunrise view each morning and very few people around. Not a lay on the sandy beach area but great morning walks and easy walk to town.
Even though we keep a clean house, I was surprised how low the cleaning fee was especially in comparison with VRBO fee. We left money and note for housekeeping staff.

This was the second time here for my husband and I. We brought along 7 more people. We absolutely loved our time here. The house is surrounded by absolute beauty! The people of Loreto are wonderful - so kind and very friendly. There are so many things to do here - snorkel, paddleboard, kayak, beach walks, boat trips, etc - or you can just sit and look at the surrounding loveliness. The manager of this VRBO was fantastic!

This property is well equipped and the perfect layout for couples. Everyone has privacy. The only downside is the pool isn't heated but our weather was a little cool for swimming so it didn't matter. If you need transportation for a large group call Wild Loreto Tours. In addition to tours they provide transportation. They also have a great tour to the San Zavier Mission. It's worth having someone that can tell you the history and lunch was great.

The house was beautiful, spacious and well stocked. The location was perfect when you could easily walk north along the beach in solitude, or you could walk towards town. The entire town feels extremely safe with a charming town Square with the mission de Loreto as the central peace.
Unfortunately, the heater to the pool is broken and the water was truly too cold to hop in even though it’s a gorgeous swimming pool with a lap component along the whole south side of the house.

Lovely place - we truly enjoyed the entire stay. No complaints or issues. Would definitely do this again! Kathy was great in making sure we had all that was requested, chef, transportation, etc. Great Time!

Wonderful house for a large group
The house is right on the beach. The pool was nice, but the equipment was noisy and ran 24/7. We enjoyed cooking our meals and eating outside. The walk to town is not that long and along the beach. We had a few very windy days which might be normal for this time of year. The property manager was responsive to the questions we had.

Picture perfect place
The house is fabulous. It exceeded our expectations. Clean, well maintained, and comfortable beds. The house easily accommodated our large family. Kathy the host is very responsive and able to help with any requests. Simply put we loved it and were very grateful to stay there!!

We’ll be back!
We had a blast at this home on the beach! The beds/baths were very comfy and clean. The kitchen very large and great for entertaining! We especially liked the proximity to town, a 15 minute walk on the beach as well as the friendly locals! Kathy was very responsive to our needs and helpful with ideas for eats and entertainment! She even found us a baker to bake a cake for a birthday! The men went fishing and caught a ton of different varieties of fish with Dubious Charters and the ladies went shopping. 😊If there’s anything that we could change about the whole experience, it would be to have the pool heated and the kitchen stocked with the basics like a few spices, dish cloths, hand towels and staples for cooking in general. Kathy said due to Covid though, the left over items from others have to be thrown out…understandable. We loved the “all you can eat pizza night” at the Mision Hotel, free snacks at Augie’s, dinner at Orlando’s, lunch at Mita Gourmet and dinner at Buena Vida’s. We had great food made by our guys at the house and whenever we went out to eat! No complaints! Oh and I almost forgot…we liked Ley groceries the best. Like the title of this review says, we’ll be back!😊☀️🇲🇽

Amazing location and house
The house was beautiful, tastefully traditionally decorated with Talavera and Saltillo tile. The beachfront location and views were amazing and really allow for mental recharging. The location was quite private such that we hardly saw any other people. As an aside, the ocean was calm and the temperature of the water was perfect. It was nice to experience kayaking for the first time as the house has kayaks and life vests. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well appointed, lacking only in oven mitts but otherwise had a blender, coffee maker, juicer, an air fryer, toaster amongst many other things etc. The beds were all king size and we’re comfy as were the pillows. Water pressure in the showers was excellent. As for some of the downsides, the Wi-Fi was initially an issue the first day in which none of the tv’s worked and you couldn’t stream anything on any devices but the property manager responded promptly and had techs come out with no other issues after that. There’s no Ubers in the area. If you’re trying to relax, stay away from the books on the shelves as there’s way too many political titles haha. I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rental homes over the years and this is house is one of the best if not the best overall that we’ve stayed at.

Beautiful house amazing location
The house was incredible. We got there at 4:00. The time we were told. The housekeepers did not finish until 5:00. It did not provide what I feel are basics. There was only hand soap at the bathroom sinks. Nothing in showers. No coffee or sugar. The microwave did not work. With very minimal expense they could make this place incredible. I realize that there is Mexican time but 4:00 is a late check in time to begin with and waiting another hour is far from ideal.

Loreto's Finest
Great property, great location. All amenities necessary for an incredible vacation Kathy[Host], very informative as well as very accessible via text. Coordinated our Coved tests by having a Doctor and his assistant come directly to the house. Beach access, great neighbor full of friendly beach lover's. Would highly recommend this property for larger groups.

Beautiful Property
This is our second stay at the Villa.....we love the location for the proximity to town. It accommodates a large group comfortably, there were 9 adults this time. This visit we had difficulty getting taxis from the Villa in to town and sometimes waited hours but once we had one, they were so accommodating. There were several minor issues: no BBQ tools, two kitchen towels/no potholders, water cooler didn't dispense cold water, only 7 forks, no hot water in 2 bathrooms or kitchen, couldn't get TV to work. After contacting Property Manager, Kathy, these issues were taken care of in a timely manner and we appreciated her assistance. We are already talking a return trip!! We all love Loreto, the people and ease of getting there!!!

Beautiful property with an incredibly bad policy
Home is beautiful. On the beach, short walk from town and very comfortable. Paddle boards and kayak’s to use and a great pool. The problem is their weird key policy. You are asked to not shut any bedroom doors or you get locked out. Apparently the owner doesn’t share codes and only one person, not the property host, has a key when it locks and the code isn’t known. Just crazy. We spent all Sunday afternoon trying to track down the one person who has a key as two bedrooms were locked. Who wants to always have to leave their bedroom door open? I wouldn’t stay here again with the policy in place. Thank goodness the property host, Kathy, took time from her family visit to track down help when the magic key guy couldn’t be found. It was finally resolved after 3 hours or so.

Beautiful property on the beach
Very classy, lovely place right on the beach. The pool and garden are beautiful and the house had all amenities. Kathy the manager was excellent and responsive. It's about a 10 minute drive into the heart of the town, but there's little reason to leave.

Casa Blanca
The property is really perfect for families or any group. On a corner on the beach. A rock and shell beach but very pretty with great views of the islands. Fifteen minute walk to town. Did not get much of an orientation but most of it is pretty easy to figure out. There are lights in the pool that cycle different colors, very pretty and all but one room on that side of the house have black our screens inside and roll down storm screens on the outside. The one bedroom at the entry does not have black out interior screens and when we were there 2/11-2/16/20 the exterior storm screen was not working so the pool lights and outside security lights came on and off all night. Best not to put the garbage out as dogs roam the area, no danger, but they do get in the trash and make a mess. The agent is available to help when needed and can book fishing and meals if needed. We had two nice and successful fishing trips booked through the agent, thought the second one the fishing licenses did not get to the captain or he misplaced them and the license office was closed Sunday at 6 AM so we went without but did not have a problem.
This is a really beautiful property, well situated, planned and laid out, we highly recommend it.

Fantastic winter break !
Beautiful large home with 5 large bedrooms with each there own bathroom. The landscaping and location was great the open space on right of house made it feel more private , 20 min.walk or short cab ride to town was wonderful ( our driver Ernesto was great ) . All communication with property manager was by e-mail or text which worked out fine but would have liked to have had some face to face contact with someone while at property, with this being said Kathy did a very good job of answering our questions and filling our requests. It would be very helpful if an information book with Telephone numbers for emergency contacts , cabs to town and airport , with names of recommended restaurants and tours be available at the house . This property is a 5 star for sure and our group will be coming back for sure , will highly recommend to everyone we know.

Nine Large Men Fishing
We've been to Loreto many times but never stayed anywhere but a hotel. This was a far more luxurious stay. The house is gorgeous, comfortable, and perfectly located. The walk to town is longer than expected. But, taxis make it simple enough. The house was the big start though. A wonderful place we'll look forward to returning to.

great house in Loreto
Property manager was incredibly responsive, house and pool were great. Beach is rocky and when we were there the weather was quite windy. Stand up paddle boards and kayaks were a lot of fun!

Perfect Home for a Great Holiday!
Beautiful, modern, clean beachfront property with all the amenities. This home is very comfortable, including the beds! Pool looked very inviting, although pool temp a little cool during our Winter stay. Owner left kayaks and stand-up paddle boards for our pleasure - nice touch. Great home for families and accommodated our group of 8 very well. Location is a lovely 15 minute beach walk to central Loreto or 5 minutes by car/taxi. Kathy Hunter, the property manager, was amazing!! Was extremely friendly and responsive to our requests/needs and offered excellent recommendations on restaurants plus organized for us an amazing 5-course Chef dinner at the house on our last night. Great stay - we will be back!!! Thank you so much.

Perfect beachfront hacienda...
This was the perfect house for Loreto! It is a perfect location on the beach in a private community and only a short walk along the beach to town. The house is in great condition and perfect big groups. Jay and Kathy were awesome hosts and took great care of us...thanks for an amazing trip!!

Excellent Beachfront Property with Breathtaking View!
Gorgeous beachfront property with a spacious living room, a full modern kitchen and five bedrooms each with its own private bath...sooo convenient. The back patio is a few steps away from the beach with miles of glistening sand hugging a calm undulating sea lapping ashore. The back patio also has a large L-shaped lap pool, a grill ideal for entertaining outside and a view of the Gulf of California stretching up against a mountainous background with a breathtaking picture of the changing hues and shades of brilliant gold created by seemingly endless sunrises and sunsets...this alone is worth the trip to this vacation home which has allowed us to create memories for a life time. The host has treated us comfortably well and has paid attention to our needs. Well maintained and kept clean daily, the property is located conveniently close to town as well. The question is not WILL we be back but WHEN will we be back! For us, unquestionably and for its value, this is the most ideal get-away place in Loreto!

Great location. Perfect for families and groups looking to take advantage of Loreto's charm.
First time traveling to Loreto and Baja. Great house with comfortable accommodations in all rooms. Easy to walk to town on the beach. Proximity to everything that this fantastic area has to offer is amazing. 15 min. to airport. Kayaks and Paddle Boards available at the house were used every day. The manager and his crew were always available to answer questions about the area and to make suggestions on restaurants and how to take side trips to local islands. Their availability and willingness to handle issues that came up with the house was immediate and always helpful. So much to do and see, we can't wait to figure out how to make a return trip.
