Come relax by Lake Oconee! Immaculate 3 bedroom and 3 bath top floor condo. Look out on one of Reynolds Plantation's beautiful golf courses and Lake Oconee in the distance. A short walk to the Lake Club and the Lake Club Marina with day use boat slips. Large great room with fireplace and built-in bookshelves. Dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar. Master suite has large walk-in closet and private bath. Guest rooms have access to full bath, second floor has private suite and bath. 10% Military Discount. 10% Discount for weekly rentals.

Condo was perfect for our family while we celebrated a friend's wedding! Very close to the Ritz, just a couple of minute drive. Host was very responsive and even provided coffee! Would definitely recommend and stay here again myself!

Beautiful area of Georgia and a perfect place to stay. Very clean and quite spacious. Had all the amenities we needed. It really lacked nothing. Host was very responsive to our questions and we would definitely stay again if we travel back to this part of Georgia!

Five ladies in our sixties that are childhood friends. This was our seventeenth year going on our trip to Lake Oconee. We love the food and shopping in Greensboro, Madison, and Athens. We have stayed in the condo for several years. Love it. The owners are so friendly and helpful. We feel like they are family!

We rented the place for overflow guests for our son’s wedding and it didn’t disappoint. Clean and cozy and it had everything they needed and the location is amazing as well. Would recommend highly.

This place is always clean and comfortable. This is my second time staying here. I can’t say anything negative. It would be helpful if there was some kind of cart that could help older guests get there things inside. Put everything on one cart and push it inside.

The balcony looks out into the beautiful hardwoods and pine trees- a quintessential Georgia landscape. The house was well-stocked with essentials, and we were comfortable and relaxed there. We will return to this unit each summer when we visit family.

Over the last 23 plus years, in July we have stayed at the Ritz Carlton, except twice including this year. Our visit this year was by far the most relaxing and impressive. Beautiful Condo, Great location, would highly recommend. Plan on a return visit.

Great location-close to golf course, marina, and the Ritz Carlton. Comfortable, clean and well stocked with towels, bedding, kitchen and laundry items.

The Condo was lovely and the perfect size for our family of 6. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We were there for a college golf event. We enjoyed long walks around the great walking paths and the close proximity to the Ritz Carlton for evening cocktails. We will definitly be back and recommend this condo to friends and family.

The picture on line could not show the peaceful setting of this condo. The pictures showed true pictures of the unit which was clean, quiet, and in a peaceful community. We loved our stay!

Location and general space in this property was outstanding. We had 3 different family subsets and it worked beautifully. Lake club proximity was great and fireworks at the Ritz was spectacular. The property could use a little TLC as it is starting to show some wear primarily in the kitchen regarding dishwasher, pots and pans and dishes. Refrigerator had no filtered water and ice available which meant we had to use bottled water. The refrigerator ice and water was turned off.

Excellent location and checking in was just like the host described it. Comfy beds and lots of room throughout. Parking was no problem. If we had one suggestion it would be to get a water softening system or change out dishes and untensils more frequently as many of them had hard water stains.

We have stayed at this property twice before and will plan to stay again. We love everything about the area. The only thing this time the upstairs bedroom and bath needed a little more cleaning attention. None of the bathrooms were stocked. We had to search for toilet tissue for all three bathrooms. Overall we would give this condo at 4.75.

This condo is close to the Reynolds Lake Club and the Ritz-Carlton. Lots of walking trails in the area. My only recommendation would be that the heat was turned on prior to our arrival as it was really cold when we got there and took a while to warm up. Other than that, it was perfect!

We were wedding guests for a wedding at the Ritz Carlton. We had three couples so it was convenient to have a three bedrooms and three bathrooms stay. We got outside to walk along trails, and had coffee on the porch, it was very nice New Year’s.
