Our unit features 2 bedroom, 2 bath(1 king, 1 queen,1 pull out sofa) Sleeps 6 or 4 adults & a couple of kids(1441 sq ft) The "perfect porch" is worth the price! Just completed a complete kitchen renovation with all new appliances(1/24)

Lovely home in a very convenient and nice community alongside the lake for easy boat and swimming access as well as walking, sunset and fireflies. Plush furnishings and linens, relaxing decor, kind owner that went out of her way to be welcoming and available (if needed), all the kitchen necessities needed, etc... it was so nice to relax and enjoy time exploring Lake Oconee. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough about this condo. Great location - nothing better than sitting on the patio enjoying the lake view. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Sandra was friendly, welcoming and communication was excellent. Great selection of restaurants and amenities in the nearby areas. Highly recommend!

We had the best time during our stay! The house is clean, beautiful, well-stocked and in a pristine location! The owners were wonderful and immediately available when we had a question. We are returning to the area in a couple of months, and will DEFINITELY book here again!

Fabulous stay! Charming, cheery, super clean.Great lake access for fishing, swimming at the lake/ beach spot. Short boat shuttle to Cuscowilla Cousins, perfect porch to view incredible fireworks, just a Fantastic spot for our Overflow July 4th Family. Thankful we know of this cozy, comfortable condo at Lake Okonee.

Was looking for a nice place to getaway, this was a perfect location and condo. Very quiet with view of the boat dock. Short walk to pavilion to watch the sunset. All around location with access to grocery shopping. Take a sunset boat ride. Our host was super nice!!!

We loved our weekend stay here! This unit was exceptionally clean and we loved walking in to the soft music, lighting and clean smell. My kids mentioned it felt like they were at a spa. The front porch was relaxing and we enjoyed watching all the people come and go on their boats. We will definitely come again!

We were attending a wedding party at Reynolds and happened on this gem of a cozy cottage with a great patio and lake and marina views. The owner was pure delight to work with and is the definition of a gracious host. Made the whole weekend special!

Sandra, our host was seriously "hostess with the mostest"; she went way above and beyond in making us feel welcome - she had lights on and music playing when we arrived...not to mention a box of chocolates, bottled water and the sweetest welcome note!!! Her place is wonderful. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. It was such a beautiful relaxing couple days on the lake!!! As I told Sandra, we will definitely be back and will tell all of our friends and family to book this VRBO property. Thanks Sandra!!

Everything about our visit was perfect. Sandra, the host, was a pleasure to work with. She responded to all my questions quickly and was as flexible as she could be. The property was clean and comfy. Sheets are amazing! The view is spectacular. We felt like we had all the comforts of home. It was the perfect getaway and place to stay (we were here for a wedding at Reynolds Plantation). Hope we can come back soon!

Very nice villa right on the lakefront with exceptional views of the water. This vacation property was very well furnished and equipped with everything provided even an automatic electric wine opener ! We had plenty of room to enjoy the lake, watch sporting events, and have a relaxing stay. The property was also very clean and well kept up. We would definitely stay here again !

This condo is perfect for your weekend getaway! Our friends own the condo next door so it was great to have our own space with kiddos and spend time together. It was easy to rent a boat from the marina, and we loved going for walks around the lake. The condo was so clean and we had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable too. We will definitely be back!

Stayed for 3 nights at end of July and it was Exceptional! Let me first say I'm a clean freak & this condo met all of my expections! The kitchen appeared very well stocked although we didn't prepare any meals here (had family staying nearby and spent a lot of time with them). The linens are upscale, beds are comfortable and the decor very tasteful. Extra linens, pillows, etc. are available should they be needed. Plenty of convenient parking. There is a boardwalk/wharf dock but it was full the entire weekend that we stayed. This is no fault of the owners, we just picked the last weekend before school started so everybody was wanting to enjoy the lake! One thing that we really appreciated was not having to run to Publix (although it's very close) to grab extra paper towels, toilet tissue, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. Everything was furnished - you only need to bring your clothes & personal toiletries along with whatever food you might need and you're in business! I asked several questions before we arrived and Sandra (owner) was super quick in responding. In addition, the book in the condo was very informative. One last thing, the lake view was wonderful! Wish we'd had more time to spend here and would definitely return.

We came up for a relaxing stay on the water at Lake Oconee. Even though we arrived at night we were still able to easily gain access to the home. We especially enjoyed sitting on the covered porch which overlooks the beautiful lake. We saw both amazing an amazing sunrise and sunset. The colors were stunning. We went to a local restaurant which we found by looking through the owner’s guide. The bed was very comfortable. We definitely will be booking this rental again in the future !
